Inleiding
Wij feliciteren u met de aankoop van deze Buggy 30 papier annex blikkenpers van Hamach en danken
u voor het vertrouwen in ons product. Deze pers wordt gebruikt voor het reduceren van het volume
van papier of plastic en lege blikken tot wel 85%. De maximale inhoudsmaat van blikken die in deze
pers kunnen worden verkleind, is 30 liter. Lees de handleiding goed door. Bij onjuist gebruik van deze
pers, kan EMM Internationaal niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld.
De Hamach Buggy 30 is geproduceerd volgens de Europese Norm EN 13736:2003+ A1:2009
(Veiligheid van machines), overeenkomende 2006/42/CE richtlijnen.

Montage
Inspecteer de Buggy 30 direct na ontvangst. Beschadigingen veroorzaakt door transport dienen op de
dag van ontvangst te worden gemeld aan EMM International B.V.
De Buggy 30 wordt geleverd op een pallet, na verwijdering van de pallet kan de Buggy 30 op de vloer
worden geplaatst. Men kan de pers op de ondergrond verankeren, maar dit is niet noodzakelijk.
De Buggy 30 moet op een olie vrije persluchtleiding aangesloten worden. De manometer dient te
worden afgesteld op +/- 6 bar (werkdruk). Sluit de pers aan op perslucht (locatie 084121). Wij
adviseren de Buggy 30 aan te sluiten met een veiligheidskoppeling, zodat het eenvoudig is om de
luchttoevoer los te koppelen in geval van onderhoud.
Voor ingebruikname controleer het functioneren van de pers met een lege persrun. Sluit de deuren en
druk op de zwarte knop aan de rechterkant. Wacht tot de gehele persrun is doorlopen en open de
deur. De pers is klaar voor gebruik.
Aangezien op deze pers een zelf smerende drukcilinder geplaatst is, is het niet aan te raden de persen
te oliën.
De Buggy 30 is uitgerust met:

Perstafel te gebruiken voor het persen van blikken.
Opmerking:
De pers kan alleen in werking worden gesteld, indien beide kleppen gesloten zijn. Deze worden na het
sluiten automatisch vergrendeld. Alleen in deze vergrendelde situatie kan de perscilinder in beweging
worden gezet. De Buggy 30 voldoet aan de Europese eisen betreffende het gebruik en de
veiligheidsnormen van persen EN 13736:2003+ A1:2009.

Opmerking: Als de luchtdruk van de persluchtleiding wegvalt of de aansluiting van de perslucht wordt
weggenomen, kan de klep niet worden geopend. De klep kan pas worden geopend als de luchtdruk op
de pers weer wordt aangesloten. Deze veiligheid schakeling is voorgeschreven naar de Europese
Machine richtlijn voor pneumatische persen. Dit veiligheidssysteem van de pers zorgt ervoor, dat de
deur tijdens een persvoorgang niet kan worden geopend. Deze ook niet met geweld proberen te
openen. Men moet wachten totdat de persgang in zijn geheel is afgewerkt. EMM is niet aansprakelijk
voor gebruik van deze Buggy 30 anders dan omschreven in deze handleiding.
Ingebruikname bij het persen van blikken
De luchtdruk in de persluchtleiding mag niet meer bedragen dan 10 bar. De aanbevolen luchtdruk voor
de Buggy 30 is 6 bar (werkdruk). Indien de persluchtdruk anders is ingesteld, dan dient deze op de
pers op 6 bar druk te worden ingesteld. In het geval van persen van blikken, dient een perstafel
(inclusief) in de persruimte te worden geplaatst.
Open de deur van de Buggy 30 en plaats een leeg schoongemaakt blik in de pers, op de
perstafel. Het is evenwel mogelijk om meerdere kleine blikken in de pers te plaatsen. Zorg er
wel voor dat de meerdere blikken gelijkelijk verdeeld zijn. Dit voorkomt een voortijdig
optreden van slijtage van de hoofdcilinder en het mechaniek.
Als alle deuren goed gesloten zijn, dan kan de schakelknop aan de rechterzijde worden
ingedrukt. De pers zal dan de aanwezige blikken persen tot een klein volume.
Na het beëindigen van de persgang komt de persplaat in de basis stand (bovenste stand) te
staan. Pas daarna kunt u de deur openen en kunt u de geperste blikken uit het apparaat
nemen.
Attentie: Alleen volledig lege blikken mogen worden geperst!
Schoonmaken
Grote hoeveelheden achtergebleven verfresten in de combipers moeten meteen van de perstafel
worden verwijderd. Vastzittende verfresten kunnen de goede werking van de pers nl. negatief
beïnvloeden en zorgen voor slijtage aan de bewegende delen.
Pas op: Bij het reinigen van de pers kan deze aan de drukluchtleiding blijven gekoppeld.
Ingebruikname bij het persen van papier
Verwijder de perstafel uit de persruimte.
Boven op de pers bevind zich een cilinder welke is voorzien van een knot touw. Het begin van
het touw eerst door de opening van de achterwand doorvoeren. In de binnenzijde van de
persruimte dient het touw over de bodem, in de daarvoor bestemde gleuf te worden gelegd
en wel zodanig, dat het touw een flink eind aan de voorkant uitsteekt. Op deze manier is het
mogelijk het papier samen te binden, nadat het geperst is.
Sluit de onderste deur en vergrendel deze.
De bovenklep kan worden opengezet, zodat papier / karton / plastic in de persruimte kan
worden geplaatst. Indien de hoeveelheid papier uit de pers dreigt te komen, kan de bovenklep
worden gesloten en zo kan het papier tussentijds worden geperst. Als de bovenklep is
gesloten, kan de schakelknop worden ingedrukt.
Na een paar seconden is de perscilinder weer in de basisstand terug en kan de bovenklep
worden geopend. Nu kan de persruimte weer worden gevuld met een nieuwe hoeveelheid
papier. Dit kan men enkele keren herhalen, totdat de pers volledig is gevuld met papier.
Open de bovenklep en maak met het touw de papierbundel vast.
Ontsluit de onderdeur, door beide vergrendelaars te openen. Haal de papierbundel uit de pers
en sluit de onderdeur.

Onderhoud
Controleer regelmatig of alle bevestigingen, zoals schroeven of bouten goed vast zitten. De Buggy 30
is voorzien van een zelfsmerende cilinder, zodat smeren niet nodig is. De luchtunit van de Buggy 30 is
voorzien van een waterafscheider. Controleer regelmatig of er geen vocht c.q. water in het reservoir
aanwezig is. Indien nodig, verwijder dit water en maak de luchtunit schoon. Controleer regelmatig of
de luchtdruk nog op +/- 6 bar ingesteld staat.
Garantie
De Buggy 30 combipers heeft een garantie van 2 jaar vanaf verkoopdatum. Deze garantie is alleen
van toepassing op fabrieksfouten en vervalt bij onjuiste plaatsing van de pers, verkeerd gebruik of het
niet in acht nemen van deze gebruikshandleiding. De garantie is alleen van toepassing, indien de
garantiekaart, uiterlijk 14 dagen na verkoopdatum retour wordt gezonden naar EMM Internationaal in
Zwolle. Bij eigenhandige verandering aan de werking van de Buggy 30 vervalt iedere aansprakelijkheid
van de leverancier. Inzake claims of defecten aan de Buggy 30 dient altijd een kopie van de rekening
te worden overlegd.

Introduction
We congratulate you with purchasing this Hamach Buggy 30 and thank you for your trust. This press
can be used for reducing the volume of paper, plastic and empty tins up to 85 %. The Buggy 30 can
be used for tins up to 30 L. Please read the manual carefully. E.M.M. International BV does not accept
responsibility for inaccurate use of the Buggy 30.
The Hamach Buggy 30 is constructed in accordance with the European Norm EN 13736:2003+
A1:2009 (Safety of pneumatic presses), matching 2006/42/CE directives.

Assembly
Please inspect the buggy 30 unit, directly at arrival, any damages caused by transport should be
addressed to EMM International B.V. on the day of arrival.
The Buggy 30 is delivered on a pallet, after removal of the pallet the Buggy 30 can be placed on the
even floor. It is not necessary to bold the Buggy 30 to the surface it is placed on. The press should be
connected to an oil free air outlet. Manometer should be adjusted by turning, to +/- 6 bar (working
pressure). Connect the press to a compressed air supply (location 084121). We advice customers to
connect the Buggy 30 by a safety coupling, where it’s easy to disconnect the air line in case of
maintanance.
Before pressing any materials, check the functioning of the press, by an empty press cycle. Close the
doors and press the black press button at the right side. Wait till the whole press cycle is completed,
and open the door. Press is ready for us.
The Buggy 30 has a self-lubricating pressure cylinder, which makes additional oiling obsolete.
The Buggy 30 Combipress is equipped with:

Remark:
The press scan only be turned on, if both doors are closed. After closing these will be locked
automatically.
Note: When the compressed airline is removed, the press plate will go back in the lower position. In
this position the door cannot be opened. As soon as the compressed airline is reconnected you can
open the door. This safety circuit is stated in the European Machine Directives for Pneumatic Presses
EN 13736 Paragraph 5.2.1. The Safety System of the Press makes it impossible to open the door
during pressing mode. Don’t try to force it. E.M.M. International BV does not accept responsibility for
inaccurate use of the Buggy 30.
Attention! Only empty tins can be pressed.

First use pressing tin cans
The air conduit should not provide a higher pressure than 10 bar. The recommended air pressure for
the Buggy 30 is 6 bar (working pressure). When the pressure is set differently, then you need to reset
it to 6 bar. A pressing table (standard included) should be placed in the press room, in case of
pressing tins.
After opening the door of the press place empty tins (small models max 3 to 4 or 1 large tin),
Tins have to be empty. It is possible to press multiple small tins at once. Make sure that the
tins are symmetrically placed in this case. This prevents uneven wear of the cylinder and
mechanical parts.
Close the door of the Buggy 30 (84126). Push the pressure switch (084120). After pressing
the pressing plate returns in its upper position. Open the door and remove the pressed tins.
Cleaning
Big amounts of paint residues in the Buggy 30 should be removed immediately. This can negatively
effect the functioning of the Buggy 30 Combi press.
Attention! When cleaning the Buggy 30, the pressure on the press should be connected.
First use pressing paper and plastic
Remove the press table out of the press area.
On top of the press there is a cylinder which is equipped with a rope knot. Lead the beginning
of the rope through the opening on the backside. Place the rope in the slit on the bottom of
the press area and make sure the rope is partly sticking out on the front. This way it is
possible to bind the paper after it is pressed.
Close and lock the bottom door.
The top door can be opened so paper, carton and plastic can be placed in the press area. If
the quantity of paper threatens to come out of the press, the top door can be closed and
intermediate the paper can be pressed. If the top door is closed, the switch button can be
pressed to start the press process.
Unlock the top door to turn the door handle. After a few seconds the press cylinder will go
back to the primary position and the top door can be opened. Now you can continue to fill the
press area with a new quantity of paper. This can be repeated several times until the press is
completely filled with paper.
After pressing open the top door and fasten the rope around the bundle of paper.
By opening the latches, you can open the bottom door. Remove the bundle of paper from the
press and close the bottom door.
Maintenance
Regularly check all the screws and functioning of the press as a whole. The press is equipped with a
self-service pressure cylinder, so greasing is not necessary and not recommended. The air unit of the
Buggy 30 provides a water separator (084121). Regularly check if there is no moisture or water in the
reservoir. If necessary remove this water and clean the air unit. Regularly check if air pressure stays at
+/- 6 bar working pressure.
Guarantee
The Buggy 30 Combipress has a guarantee of 2 years starting the date of purchase. The guarantee is
only applicable on workmanship and expires in case of incorrect mounting of the press, abusive use or
not following the instructions in this manual. Claims on warranty are only possible when the warranty
card will be returned to EMM International B.V. in 2 weeks after the date of sale at the latest. When
changes are made to the function of the Buggy 30, every responsibility of the supplier will void. In
case of claims of defects to the Buggy 30, a copy of the bill always needs to be handed over.

entgegengebrachtes Vertrauen. Diese Presse reduziert ihr Abfallvolumen an Abdeckpapier, Folie oder
Leerdosen um bis zu 85%. Die Buggy 30 kann für Leerdosen bis max. 30 Liter eingesetzt werden.
Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Für alle Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der
Bedienungsanleitung entstehen, lehnt die Firma EMM Deutschland GmbH jegliche Haftung oder
Gewährleistung ab.
Die Hamach Buggy 30 wurde entsprechend der Europäischen Norm EM 13736: 2003 + A1: 2009

Aufstellung/Montage
Bitte überprüfen Sie die Buggy 30 direkt nach dem Wareneingang auf Transportschäden. Melden Sie
eventuelle Schäden unverzüglich bei EMM Deutschland GmbH an.
Die Buggy 30 Kombipresse wird auf Palette angeliefert. Nach dem Absetzen von der Palette muss die
Buggy auf einem ebenen festen Untergrund aufgestellt werden. Ein Verankern mit dem Untergrund ist
nicht zwingend notwendig. Die Presse muss an eine ölfreie Druckluftleitung angeschlossen werden.
Die Buggy 30 hat einen selbst schmierenden Zylinder welches nachträgliches Ölen überflüssig macht.
Schließen Sie die Presse an die Druckluftversorgung (Art. Nr. 084121) an, und stellen den
Arbeitsdruck am Manometer der Buggy 30 auf +/-6 bar ein. Wir empfehlen, die Buggy 30 mit einer
Sicherheitskupplung an die Duckluftzufuhr anzuschließen, um die Druckluftzufuhr im Notfall einfach
trennen zu können.
Überprüfen Sie die Buggy 30 vor dem Pressen von Abfallmaterial mit einem leeren Pressdurchgang
auf die korrekte Funktion. Schließen und Veriegeln Sie die Türen und betätigen Sie den schwarzen
Drucktaster (084120) auf der rechten Seite. Warten Sie, bis der Pressduchgang beeendet ist und
öffnen die Tür. Die Presse ist nun betriebsbereit.

Wichtiger Hinweis!!
Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass entweder Papier oder Folie gepresst wird. Vermeiden sie
ein Vermischen, denn es könnte sonst zu Problemen durch den Entsorger kommen, da es 2
verschiedene Abfallprodukte sind.
Inbetriebnahme zum Pressen von Dosen
Lesen Sie zuerst die Bedienungsanleitung gründlich durch. Beachten sie, dass der Druckluftanschluss
am Gerät (vor dem Druckminderer) nicht höher als 10 bar betragen darf. Der korrekte reduzierte
Arbeitsdruck für die Buggy 30 beträgt 6 bar. Bitte reduzieren oder erhöhen Sie entsprechend den
Eingangsdruck über den Druckminderer am Gerät auf 6 bar Betriebsdruck. Der standartmäßig
mitgelieferte Presseinsatz für Leerdosen befindet sich im Pressraum. Entriegeln Sie nun alle beiden
Türen und stellen Sie den Presseinsatz für Dosen in das Unterteil des Buggy 30. Danach schließen und
