Utility Trailer. Align the two mounting holes at the bottom of the Upright Panels
with the two mounting holes in the slots. Then secure the Side Panel Assembly
to the Utility Trailer, using one Bolt (part #5), one Washer (part #6), and one Nut
(part #14) for each Upright Panel Support. (See Assy. Diagram.)
2. Repeat Step #1 for the remaining Side Panel Assembly (part #10).
(See Assy. Diagram.)
3. With assistance, insert the
two
Upright Panel Supports (part #12) of one Front
Panel Assembly (part #11) into the
two
mounting slots located on the front end of
the Utility Trailer. Then, secure the Front Panel Assembly to the two Side Panel
Assemblies (part #10) by locking the Latch (part #9) in the Latch Plate (part #7).
(See Assy. Diagram.)
4. Repeat Step #1 for the remaining Rear Panel Assembly (part #11).
(See Assy. Diagram.)
5. For convenient loading and unloading, simply unlock the Latch (part #9) from the
Latch Plate (part #7). Lift up on the Front/Rear Panel Assembly (part #11), and
temporarily remove the Front/Rear Panel Assembly. CAUTION: ALWAYS
reattach the Front/Rear Panel Assembly to the Utility Trailer and lock all four
Latches after the Trailer has been loaded and unloaded. (See Assy. Diagram.)
INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Wooden Side Panel.
Check for loose mounting bolts, misalignment or binding of moving parts,
cracked, bent, or broken parts, accidentally unlocked Latches (part #9), and any
other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise or vibration
occurs, have the problem corrected before further use. Do not use damaged
equipment.
2. TO CLEAN, use only water and a mild detergent. Keep the Wooden Side Panel
Kit clean and dry, if possible, to prolong the life of the wood.
