First things first
1. Plug the Quick Start thumb drive into your computer’s USB port - Open thumb drive titled “HemaPRO.”
2. Register your HemaPRO warranty - We provide a free one-year standard warranty which begins on the date
of purchase. To activate your standard warranty open the “Register HemaPRO” link in the Quick Start thumb
drive or visit HardyDiagnostics.com/Register-HemaPRO.
3. Get to know your HemaPRO – Open the “HemaPRO Videos” link to review the instructional videos on YouTube.
