Cavity Sam’s dog, Rex-Ray, ate some things he shouldn’t have. It’s up
to you to help him feel better. Take turns using the Dog-o-scope
to move the ailments through his belly and out his tail end!

BATTERY INFORMATION
CAUTION:
1. TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE
a. Always follow the instructions carefully.
Use only batteries specified and be sure
to insert them correctly by matching the
+ and - polarity markings.
b. Do not mix old batteries and new batteries or
standard (carbon-zinc) with alkaline batteries.
c. Remove exhausted or dead batteries from the
product.
d. Remove batteries if product is not to be played
with for a long time.
e. Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
f. RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES: Do not mix these with
any other types of batteries. Always remove from
the product before recharging. Recharge batteries
under adult supervision. DO NOT RECHARGE OTHER
TYPES OF BATTERIES.
2. Should this product cause, or be affected by, local
electrical interference, move it away from other
electrical equipment. Reset (switching off and back
on again or removing and re-inserting batteries)
if necessary.

The youngest player goes rst.
ON YOUR TURN
1. Drop one of the ailments
from the pile into Rex-Ray’s
mouth and into his belly.
2. Use the Dog-o-scope to drag
the ailment through Rex-Ray’s belly
and out his tail end! Try to stay on
the path or else you might get buzzed!
• If the ailment falls out of Rex-Ray’s
belly, your turn ends. Put the ailment
back in the pile in front of him.
• If you remove the ailment
successfully, Rex-Ray will fart
or bark in relief! Keep that
ailment as a point.
3. Now pass the Dog-o-scope to
another player. It’s their turn!
Keep playing until all the ailments have
been removed successfully!
END OF THE GAME
Store the ailments in the space behind the kickstand.
The game will turn off on its own.
WIN
Once all the ailments have been removed
successfully, the player who got the most wins!
GET READY
The rst time you play, replace demo batteries with alkaline batteries. (See diagram on back.)
1. Flip out the kickstand to prop up the Pet Scan unit.
2. Place all of the ailments in a pile in front of Rex-Ray.
PRACTICE MODE: If you want to
practice playing without the ailments falling,
place the Pet Scan unit at on the table.
Press his nose to hear fun sounds!
Press and hold for 3 seconds for
an immediate fart!
