How to charge your wireless device:
1. Connect the supplied AC wall adapter to the charging base and to the wall outlet.
2. Place the wireless charging-enabled device on the wireless charging base as shown
below. Be sure that the center of the device is aligned over the center of the charging
base. Charging will automatically begin. You will be able to identify the status of your
charge with the LED light indicator (chart below).
3. Enjoy wireless charging.

*What do i do if my light Indicator is blinking green?
1. Try removing your phone from the charging device and placing it back on the center of
charging pad.
2. Be sure to remove any metal plates/rings on the back of the phone and place the phone
back on the charging device.
3. Try unplugging and plugging the charging adapter and placing the phone back on the
charging device.
4. If the light indicator is still blinking green after trying the previous solutions, please contact
our Willis Customer Success Team at support@caseologycases.com for further assistance.
Safety Instructions
Please read these instructions before using the Caseologywireless charging device to ensure
safe and proper use.
Keep your wireless charging base dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.

Do not clean your wireless charging base with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just
wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Connect the included Caseologywall adapter of the wireless charging pad into a socket
outlet that is clear of any obstacles and easy to disconnect from the source.
For indoor use only; keep away from liquids, moisture, wet or damp environments.
If unused for a long period of time, please unplug the wireless charging pad adapter
from the socket outlet.
Do not store your device in very hot or very cold areas. The charging pad is
recommended to be used in room temperatures no higher than 40℃.
To have the safest and fastest charge, use the original Caseology® wall adapter supplied.
Warning
Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product. Improper use of this product may
result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire or explosion, for which damages you
(“Purchaser” or “Purchasing Adult”), and not the Caseology (“Manufacturer”) are responsible.
Do not attempt to replace any part of this device (including using third-party cables
and/or charging adapters).
Do not store device in high-temperature environment, including heat caused by intense
sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place device in fire or other excessively hot
environments.
Do not disassemble this device or attempt to re-purpose or modify it in any manner.
If you experience problems with the wireless charging pad, including but not limited to
visible defects, please discontinue use immediately. Safely unplug the wall adapter of
the wireless charging pad from the socket outlet and contact Caseologyfor assistance.
Do not attempt to service or disassemble.
If this device is accessible to or may be used by a minor, the purchasing adult agrees to
be solely responsible for providing supervision, instruction, and warnings. Purchasing
adult agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Manufacturer harmless for any claims or
damages arising from unintended use or misuse by a minor.
All products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection. If you find that
your device is excessively hot, is emitting odor, is deformed, eroded, cut or is
experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal functionality, immediately stop all product
use and contact Manufacturer.
