Glo-Ray®Designer Heated Display Cases
For hot meals-to-go, the curved tempered glass styling
and incandescent lighting accentuates your product.
Glo-Ray’s exclusive heat pattern, combined with the
heated base, keeps all food at that “just made”taste
and temperature longer. Available in one-, two- and
three-pan models, dual or single shelves, with or
without humidity, in stainless steel exterior finish or
six powder-coated Designer colors.
Glo-Ray®Designer Merchandising Warmers
Provide self-serve convenience while holding hot wrapped or boxed foods
at optimum serving temperatures without affecting the quality. With the
efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding, Hatco Warmers have prefocused
infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base to
extend holding times of most foods. Available in single or dual shelf models
with slant or horizontal shelves. Designer powder-coated inset panels coordinate
these units with the décor while providing a durable, easy-to-clean surface.
Glo-Ray®Designer Buffet Warmers & Heated Shelves
Designed to keep all food at optimum serving temperature, the modern design is perfect for
front of the house use. Featuring prefocused overhead infrared heat and thermostatically
controlled hardcoated heated base, the Buffet Warmers also include sturdy acrylic breath
protectors that provide a safe environment when serving food.
For holding hot food in kitchen work areas, waitress pick-up stations or customer serving
points, the rectangular or round heated shelves can be used for wrapped product or behind
a sneeze guard with unwrapped food such as pizza, appetizers, biscuits, cornbread, muffins
and cookies. All models are available in six Designer colors.

heat up more sales by keeping hot foods at optimum serving temperatures until you’re ready to serve.
For meals-to-go, the Heated Display Cases use a combination of infrared top heat, directing heat to
the outer edges where heat loss is the greatest, and a thermostatically controlled heated base to keep
food at the peak of perfection. Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, they feature an exclusive
cool-to-the-touch construction, full view tempered glass sides and rollerless sliding doors.
Soft illumination created by shatter-resistant incandescent lights
adds even more “eye”appeal. Available in two-,
three- and four-pan models, single or dual
shelves, with or without humidity.

Offering the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-
to-server holding, these warmers have prefocused infrared top heat
and thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated bases to extend
the holding times of most food. Available in single or dual shelf
models with slant or horizontal shelves. Perfect for holding boxed
or bagged pizzas, the Glo-Ray Pizza Warmer series allows the
operator to keep pizza hot and fresh for convenient self-serve
or quick-serve areas. With base heat only, these warmers come
in dual, triple or quadruple shelf models with two depths.
As an alternative to “canned heat”or bulbs, Glo-Ray Hors d’oeuvre
and Buffet Warmers keep foods hot longer without drying up profits.
Ideal for holding hot food on buffet lines or at temporary serving areas, these
warmers feature a combination of top and bottom heat, as well as sturdy acrylic
breath protectors that provide a safe food-serving
environment. The Glo-Ray Heated Shelf
features a blanket-type foil element for
uniform heat distribution. Available as a
countertop model or as a built-in unit with
indented top surface or flush top, in a variety
of widths and depths.

Display Cabinets can help you cash in on the impulse sales of profitable hot
food. They keep food hot, delicious and at proper holding temperatures for
more hours of holding power.
Food can be prepared ahead of time, which reduces the labor required during
peak serving times. Hatco Flav-R-Savor and Flav-R-Fresh Cabinets keep
product fresh tasting for hours using a precise combination of heat and
humidity, which is uniformly distributed from the top of the cabinet to the
bottom, eliminating “hot spots.”Even after the door is opened and closed,
the quick recovery heating system maintains consistent inside temperatures.
Tempered glass door and side panels provide maximum heat retention while
allowing for full cabinet display. Showcase lighting illuminates the cabinet,
accenting your product. The “operator friendly”control panel contains
separate heat and humidity controls to regulate temperature and moisture,
providing optimum food holding times. A temperature indicator monitors
the cabinet heat, and a front-fill reservoir cup makes it easy to add water.
Hatco Holding and Display Cabinets are designed for maximum performance
with low energy use, saving on operating costs. All models operate on 120
voltage with no special wiring required.
A complete range of cabinet sizes, door options, rack types, merchandising
signage, food graphics and other options allows for perfect marketing and
customizing of all food serving operations. Flav-R-Savor models are available
in six Designer powder-coated colors to match decors and provide a durable,

Safe and convenient, Hatco Mini-Merchandisers create impulse sales while
ensuring food safety. Place fresh hot products in front of your customers
without losing valuable counter space. These warmers come in a variety
of shapes, sizes and six Designer colors, all holding hot food at peak serving
temperatures. Ideal for convenience stores, supermarkets, delis, concession
stands, snack bars, kiosks and pizzerias.
When offering your customers hot samples, the Glo-Ray®model
GRHW-.5P provides base heat and incandescent lighting to showcase your
product. A backlit sign holder with blank translucent sign panel and sturdy
acrylic breath protector are standard.
When counter space is at a premium, the GRFFL with sign holder is ideal
for creating impulse sales of wrapped product. This unit has top heat,
incandescent lights and a sign holder.
The GRKW-1 is designed to hold a variety of broiled or fried meat, poultry
and fish products with heat from above and below the product. Acrylic
doors provide a safe food environment. Incandescent lighting illuminates
your product and attracts your customers to today’s hot menu selections.

MAXIMUM PERFORMERS!
Perfect for generating hot food sales, the GRHW-1SG holds wrapped
product any time of day. This merchandiser features top and bottom heat,
a large sign holder, incandescent lighting and breath protector.
The portable Lamp Warmer LW- 2 features a specially designed powder-
coated stand that keeps food holding pans above the countertop, providing
an effective insulation to prolong serving times. This Warmer features an
adjustable stand, vented powder-coated lampshades with heavy-duty sockets
and an in-line on/off switch.
Top infrared heat and thermostatically controlled base heat in the GRBW-30
offer the flexibility to display and hold a variety of product for breakfast,
lunch and dinner. The acrylic enclosure provides a safe environment for the
products you serve. Ideal for showcasing pastries, sandwiches and pizza.
