PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION:
Read the Assembly Instructions in full before you begin to assemble.
Please check all contents of this package before attempting to assemble the product.
Please use CAUTION AND CARE WHEN LIFTING the product to avoid personal injury and
(or) damage to the product.
For ease of assembly, two people are recommended.
The expected time required for assembly is about 20-30 minutes.
The hardware packet contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM
CHILDREN.
A full checklist of components is provided. If any components are missing, please contact the
retailer from whom you have purchased this product or
Hayneedle’s Customer Care Center .
ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.

Panel and Fittings Identification:

Step By Step Assembly Instructions
Step 1:
Pre-assemble 4 Dowels (5) to Right Side Panel (D) and Inner Side Panel
(E) respectively. Position 2 Fixed Shelves (F) between Right Side Panel
(D) and Inner Side Panel (E), fasten with 8 Bolts (1) by an Allen Wrench
(6).

Step 2:
Pre-assemble Bottom Panel (B) with 6 Dowels (5) and 2 Pins (3).
Pre-assemble Fixed Shelf (N) with 4 Dowels (5) as shown. Affix Bottom
Panel (B) and Fixed Shelf (N) to Right Side Panel (D), Inner Side Panel
(E) and Left Side Panel (C) with 8 Bolts (1) and 2 Cams (8) by Allen
Wrench (6).

Step 3:
Pre-assemble Top Panel (A) with 6 Pins (3) and 6 Dowels (5).
Set up right the assemble unit. Attach Top Panel (A) to the top of Left
Side Panel (C), Right Side Panel (D) and Inner side Panel (E), lock with 6
Cams (8).

Step 4:
Attach Pivot Front (G) to Bottom Panel (B) through hinges with 4 Screws
(2). Pre-assemble Pivot Front (G) and Storage Back (J) with 4 Pins (3)
and 4 Dowels (5) respectively. Position Storage Bottom (K) and Storage
Sides (I, H) between Pivot Front (G) and Storage Back (J) as shown, lock
with 8 Cams (4).

Step 5:
Attach Chain (9) to Left Side Panel (C) and Storage Side (H) with 2
Screws (7) by a screwdriver.

Step 6:
Pre –assemble Drawer Front (O) with 4 Pins (3) and 4 Dowels (5). Also,
attach Drawer Handle (10) to Drawer Front (O) with 1 Bolt (11).
Pre-assemble Drawer Sides (P, Q) with 2 Dowels (5) and 2 Pins (3)
respectively. Position Drawer Bottom (S) into the grooves of Drawer
Front (O), Drawer Sides (P, Q) and Drawer Back (R) as shown, lock with
8 Cams (4). Do the same assembly steps to assemble the other drawer.

Step 7:
Carefully put the 2 assembled drawers evenly in until the drawer is
completely closed.

Step 8:
Affix Back Panels (L, M) to the assembled unit with 25 Screws (7).

Step 9:
Your New Hamper is now ready to use!
