Maintenance
Water contains minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium. These
minerals can accumulate on the Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer
resulting in device failure. To ensure optimal Force of Nature Pro
Electrolyzer performance, we recommend descaling the Electrolyzer
after every 500 Force of Nature Pro Activator Capsules, or every 3
months, whichever comes first.
Descaling Procedure:
1. Unplug and drain your Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer
2. Add 32 oz white vinegar (5%)
3. Let the vinegar soak for 2 hours
4. Discard the vinegar
5. Fill the Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer with water and swirl it
around to rinse
6. Discard the water
Troubleshooting
If nothing happens after pressing the desired Start Button:
Unplug the Pro Appliance, wait 20 seconds, then plug it back in at both
the outlet and in back of the appliance. Press desired Start Button again.
If no response, plug the Pro Appliance into a different outlet and try
again.
If the light ring around your Pro Appliance is half red:
The Pro Appliance has not been properly filled with water and/or the
appropriate number of 10 ml Pro Activator Capsule(s). Check to make
sure that the Pro Appliance is filled to the desired Fill Line with cool
water and that you added the corresponding required Pro Activator
9

Capsule(s): One Pro Activator Capsule for Fill Line 1, or 2 Pro Activator
Capsules for Fill Line 2.
If the light ring around your Pro Appliance is all red after you
have made a batch:
The cleaner has expired. If the light ring around your Pro Appliance is all
red during the making process, the cycle did not properly complete.
Unplug the power cord from the Pro Appliance, pour out your solution
and re-fill with water to the desired Fill Line. Add the contents of one
Pro Activator Capsule for Fill Line 1, or two Pro Activator Capsules for Fill
Line 2. Re-plug the Pro Appliance in and press the desired Start Button.
If you encounter the issue again, please contact our support team at
1-888-985-8099 or by email at [email protected].
If at first the Spray Bottle won’t dispense:
Pull the trigger a number of times until the Spray Bottle dispenses. Also
ensure you have opened the nozzle of the spray head by twisting it
counter-clockwise to open.
