Product management
The walking-assistant trolley is ready to be used right after removing the packaging.
Height adjustment with the aid of the built in shock absorber
The upper part of the walking-assistant trolley can be adjusted by means of the trigger lever (Figure
1).
Lifting the upper part: push the handle downwards; due to the shock absorber pressure, the uplift is
enabled.
Lowering the upper part: push the handle downwards; due to the slight pressure, the upper part is
now ready to be pushed downwards.
Please note that drag can occur in the shock absorber if the latter remains unused for a longer period
of time. In this way, it can be brought to a halt.
WARNING
After the shock absorber has been left unused for a long time, a slight pressure in the shock absorber
can be eliminated if the shock absorber is pushed downwards.
Troubleshooting
The height adjustment of the trolley is impossible:

POSSIBLE CAUSES: SOLUTION:
The adjustment of the shock absorber is impossible. There is drag in the shock absorber.
Push the shock absorber downwards.
The shock absorber is blocked. Loosen the lower attachment of the shock
absorber and turn it around in a clockwise
direction. Reattach the shock absorber.
The trolley refuses to move. The rear wheels are blocked due to the
brakes. Loosen the brakes.
