The Helios™ Charging Disc was developed by Leggett & Platt®, Incorporated. The
Charging Disc uses inductive coupling to charge your Qi-certified device without the hassle
of cords. Charging made simple, convenient, and effortless.

Safety is dependent on the proper installation and servicing of this charger. It is important to read and follow all
instructions before using this product. You should not open the charger housings or make modifications to the
Helios Charging Disc or components unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative
of Leggett & Platt, Incorporated. Any changes or modifications will void the product warranty and may
create an unsafe condition.
During Setup
• DO NOT connect this charger to an electrical outlet until ALL other electrical connections are made safely
• DO NOT install equipment or route wiring cords in the path of any walkways or moving components
After Setup
• Test the Helios Charging Disc to ensure that it is working properly (See LED Indicator Lighting)
• File these instructions in a safe place and refer to them as needed

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Getting Started
Before discarding any packaging materials, check the Helios Charging Disc shipping carton and verify the following
items are included:
(1) Helios Charging Disc

Setup
1. Remove the Charging Disc and DC power supply from its packaging. Place the Helios Charging Disc on
a flat surface.
2. Connect the supplied DC power supply into the Charging Disc, as seen in Figure 1.
3. Place the properly assembled Charging Disc into the desired location and prepare to plug the DC power
supply into a nearby wall outlet.
4. Carefully insert the DC power supply into the wall outlet, as shown in Figure 2.
5. Place your Qi-compliant device (not supplied) on the center of the Charging Disc, as shown in Figure 3.
6. If you are using a Qi-compliant after-market sleeve (not supplied), please see the operations manual
provided by the manufacturer for installation. After you have properly installed your Qi-compliant sleeve,
place the device on the center of the Charging Disc, as shown in Figure 4.
7. The LED indicator light on the Charging Disc will illuminate, indicating your device is charging, as shown in
Figure 5.
Trouble Shooting
Phone Not Charging
• Check for proper installation of the Qi sleeve per the manufacturer’s instructions
• Conrm connection between power supply and the Charging Disc
• Conrm connection at the wall outlet
• Ensure that the phone is positioned properly on the Charging Disc
• Verify that the phone is Qi-compatible
• Conrm that the phone sleeve is Qi-compatible

LED INDICATOR LIGHT
The Helios Charging Disc is equipped with a tri-color LED indicator light. The LED has four states: Green,
Amber/Yellow, Red, and Off.
Each state communicates the following:
LED is Off = Helios Charging Disc is not charging
• No secondary device is present
• Secondary device is incompatible with the Helios Charging Disc
• Secondary device is not properly aligned
• Power supply is not properly attached to the Helios Charging Disc
• Power supply is not plugged into electrical outlet
LED is Green = Helios Charging Disc is not charging and the secondary device is fully charged
• Secondary device battery is fully charged
• Secondary device coils are aligned and not charging
LED is Amber/Yellow = Helios Charging Disc is charging
• Secondary device battery is receiving a charge
• Secondary device coils are aligned
LED is Red = Error in charging
• Secondary device battery is not receiving a charge
• Secondary device coils are aligned and there is a fault in the Helios Charging Disc or there is a fault in
the secondary device
• Helios Charging Disc is over-heating
CAUTION – To reduce risk of injury and to assure proper function, charge only Qi-certied products. Other
types of inductive charging devices may cause personal injury and damage and will not operate with the Helios
Charging Disc.

This Helios Charging Disc is supplied with a class II power supply having the following specifications:
Output Voltage: 19VDC 500mA
Input Voltage: 100 – 240VAC 50-60Hz
Operating Temperature: -5°C - +40°C
Operating Humidity: 30% - 85%
Energy Star Rating: V
Country of Origin: China
IMPORTANT – Under no circumstances should the end user use a power supply that was not originally
provided with the Helios Charging Disc.

INFORMATION REGARDING LIMITED WARRANTY
Leggett & Platt, Incorporated (“L&P”) provides a limited warranty for this Helios™ Charging Disc to the original
retail purchaser (the “purchaser”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
L&P warrants to such original retail purchaser that this Charging Disc at the time of such purchase in new and
unused condition will be free of defects caused by L&P in workmanship or material. This warranty will expire one
(1) year following such date of purchase by the original retail purchaser and any claims under this warranty must be
submitted in writing to L&P within such one-year period. This warranty does not extend to any other purchasers or
persons, and is subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty does not apply: (a) to any damages caused by the purchaser or any person other than L&P; (b) if
there has been any repair or tampering of the product by an unauthorized person; (c) if the Charging Disc has been
mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise
used, operated, stored, installed, or maintained in any manner inconsistent with the procedures and instructions
outlined in this instruction manual or this warranty; (d) if there has been any modication of the Charging Disc or
power supply without prior written consent by L&P; (e) any malfunction/damage caused by environmental factors
such as re, pollution, abnormal voltage, and natural disaster (earthquakes, lightening, wind, and ood damage);
(f) any malfunction/damage caused by commercial use or any other use except household use; (g) any malfunction/
damage caused by using non-Qi-approved devices.
L&P is not liable under any theory of contract, tort law, or otherwise for any loss, damage, death, personal injury,
special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damage of any nature arising directly or indirectly from
or relating to the improper usage of L&P products.
Repair or replacement of the Charging Disc shall be the sole remedy of the purchaser. The decision to repair or
to replace defective parts under this warranty shall be made by L&P at its option and in its sole decision. L&P
reserves the right of final interpretation of the above.
IN NO EVENT WILL L&P HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY, UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE,
FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE,
CLAIMS, OR LOSS NOT EXPRESSLY COVERED BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. THE LIMITED WARRANTY
STATED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY L&P, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY
APPLICABLE LAW.
