Men moet er zeker van zijn dat de produkten
die worden “behandeld” niet worden
beschadigd door het vacumeringsproces.
Levende have mag nooit worden
gevacumeerd!
De vacuümmachine moet horizontaal op een
stabiele en stevige tafel of werkblad worden
geplaatst. Kantel de machine nooit, dit kan
beschadigingen aan de vacuümpomp tot
gevolg hebben.
Laat voor ventilatie minstens 5 cm vrij rondom
de machine. Bouw de machine nooit in.
Controleer het oliepeil van de pomp in de
machine.
De nieuwe machine wordt indien hij verpakt is zonder olie in de pomp
geleverd. De pomp dient voor gebruik te zijn gevuld met de juiste
(bijgeleverde) olie.
Mini Jumbo: De olie dient 2/3 deel van het oliepijlglas te vullen.
Jumbo Plus: De olie dient ¾ deel van het oliepijlglas te vullen.
Controleer of de op het typeplaatje vermelde
spanning overeenkomt met de netspanning.
Sluit de machine alleen aan op
wandcontactdozen voorzien van randaarde.
Alleen dan kan er veilig gewerkt worden met de
machine.
De omgevingstemperatuur van de machine
moet liggen tussen 10°C en 30°C. Indien dit
niet het geval is raadpleeg dan Henkelman B.V.

Make sure that products being treated will not
be damaged by the vaccum process. Living
material must never be vacuum packed!
The vacuum machine must be placed
horizontally on a solid, sturdy table or
workbench. Never tilt the machine, this can
cause damage to the vacuum pump.
For ventilation allow at least 5 cm space on
each side of the machine. Never build it in.
Check the oil level of the pump in the machine.
If the new machine is delivered in a box, there is no oil inside the pump.
Before using the machine the pump has to be filled with the right
(shipped) oil.
Mini Jumbo: The oil has to fill 2/3 of the oilsightglass.
Jumbo Plus: The oil has to fill ¾ of the oilsightglass.
Check if the voltage indicated on the model
specification plate corresponds with your local
voltage.
Only connect the machine to a power outlet
with proper earthing. Only then can the
machine be used safely.
The temperature of the room in which the
machine is situated must be between 10°C and
30°C. If this is not the case contact Henkelman
B.V.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die behandelten
Produkte nicht durch den Vakuumprozess
beschädigt werden. Lebendes Inventar darf
nie vakumiert werden!
Die Vakuummaschine muss horizontal auf einen
stabilen und soliden Tisch oder Arbeidsplatte
gestellt werden. Die Maschine niemals schräg
halten oder stellen. Dies kann zu
Beschädigungen der Vakuumpumpe führen.
Zum ventilieren rund um die Maschine
mindestens 5 cm frei lassen. Die Maschine
niemals einbauen.
Kontrollieren Sie den Ölstand der Pumpe in der
Maschine.
Die neue Maschine wird ab Werk ohne Öl ausgeliefert. Die pumpe muss
vor Inbetriebnahme mit dem richtigen Öl (mitgeliefert) gefüllt werden.
Mini Jumbo: Das Ölschaglas muss zu 2/3 Teil mit Öl gefüllt sein.
Jumbo Plus: Das Ölschauglas muss zu ¾ Teil mit Öl gefüllt sein.
Kontrollieren Sie ob die angegebene elektrische
Spannung auf dem Typenschild mit der
Netzspannung übereinstimmt.
Schließen Sie die Maschine nur an einen
geerdeten Stromanschluss an. Nur dann kann
die Maschine sicher betrieben werden.
Die Umgebungstemperatur darf zwischen 10°C
un 30°C liegen. Ist dies nicht der fall, setzen Sie
sich mit Henkelman B.V. in Verbindung.

Le processus d’emballage sous vide ne peut en
aucun cas endommager le produit. N’emballez
donc jamais des éléments vivants!
Placez la machine à vide horizontale sur une
table stable et solide. Ne faites jamais basculer
la machine; cela peut endommager la pompe à
vide.
La machine doit pouvoir ventiler. N’encastrez
donc jamais la machine. Veillez à ce qu’il y ait
un espace d’au moins 5 cm de chaque côté de
la machine.
Vérifiez le niveau d’huile de la pompe à vide.
La nouvelle machine est livrée dans un carton, sans huile. Avant usage, la
pompe doit être remplie avec l’huile fournie en même temps.
Mini Jumbo: le voyant d’huile doit être rempli aux 2/3.
Jumbo Plus: le voyant d’huile doit être rempli aux ¾ .
Assurez-vous que le voltage indiqué sur la
plaquette de type correspond à la tension du
pays.
Branchez toujours le câble réseau sur un réseau
avec terre, pour usage de la machine en toute
sécurité.
La température ambiente de la machine doit
être constamment entre 10°c et 30°C. Si ces
limites sont dépassées, contactez Henkelman
BV.

Zorg dat de steker van de machine uit de
wandcontactdoos is.
Verwijder de achterwand van de machine door
de 4 schroeven los the draaien.
Draai de schroef los waar de
componentenplaat mee geborgd zit.
Schuif de componentenplaat een iets uit de
machine.
Draai met bijgeleverde stifftsleutel de
olievulplug (1) los.
Vul de olie in kleine scheuten bij. Laat na elke
scheut de olie eerst stabiliseren.
Herhaal dit tot de olie 2/3 deel van het
oliekijkglas (2) vult (max).
Herhaal dit tot de olie ¾ deel van het
oliekijkglas (2) vult (max).
Draai de olievulplug (1) weer in de pomp en
bevestig alles weer zoals het was.
Make sure that the power cord of the machine
is disconnected from the power supply.
Remove the back cover of the machine by
removing the 4 screws.
Remove the lockingscrew of the component
plate.
Shift the component plate slightly out of the
machine.
Remove the oil fill plug (1) with the allan key
supplied.
Pour the oil in small amounts in the pump. Let
the oil stabilize before pouring again.
Repeat this till the oil fills 2/3 of the
oilsightglass (2) (max).
Repeat this till the oil fills ¾ of the
oilsightglass (2) (max).
Screw the oil fill plug (1) back in and return all
parts to their original positions.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Stecker mit
Speisekabel aus der Steckdose gezogen wurde.
Die Rückwand entfernen, indem Sie die vier
Schrauben lösen.
Die Sicherungsschraube der
Komponentenplatte entfernen.
Die Komponentenplatte ein wenig aus der
Maschine schieben.
Die Ölfüllschraube (1) mit Hilfe des
mitgelieferten Imbusschlüssels entfernen.
Das Öl in kleinen Schüben einfüllen. Nach
jedem Schub das Öl zuerst stabilizieren lassen.
Diesen Vorgang wiederholen, bis das Öl
2/3 des Ölschauglases (2) füllt (max).

Die Öleinfüllschraube wieder in die Pumpe
drehen und alle Teile in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge wieder befestigen.

Assurez vous que le câble réseau n’est pas dans

Schakelaar aan/uit. De machine is gereed voor gebruik indien het
lampje van deze schakelaar oplicht.
Zet de schakelaar UIT als de machine niet wordt gebruikt.
Het gewenste vacuüm kan met deze knop worden geregeld. Hoe hoger de
instelling, des te langer de vacuümtijd. Als aanvangswaarde dient U de
machine in te stellen op stand 5. De vacuümtijd is o.a. afhankelijk van de
hoeveelheid lucht die moet worden afgezogen. Wanneer bijvoorbeeld
inlegplaten uit de vacuümkamer worden genomen, betekent dit een
volumevergroting, met als gevolg een langere vacuümtijd. U kunt zelf
testen of de vacuümtijd juist is ingesteld: sluit het deksel en volg de
vacuümmeter. Wanneer de meter zijn maximale waarde heeft bereikt moet
de machine nog 10 seconden vacumeren.
De rode lamp geeft aan dat de machine aan het vacumeren is.
Met de vacuüm-stop-knop kunt u het vacumeerproces onderbreken. De
vacuüm-stop-knop is o.a. nuttig bij het vacumeren van soepen of sausen.
Na het vacumeren van het produkt wordt de vacuümzak geseald. Dit
gebeurt d.m.v. de sealbalk waarop een weerstandsdraad is gemonteerd
die gedurende een korte tijd zo sterk wordt verhit dat de vacuümzak kan
worden geseald. De SEALTIJD kan middels de sealregelaar worden
ingesteld. Hoe hoger deze wordt ingesteld, hoe langer de machine zal
sealen. De juiste instelwaarde zal proefondervindelijk moeten worden
vastgesteld.
Tijdens het sealen zal deze lamp oplichten.
De vacuümmeter geeft het vacuümpercentage aan.

Bij het vacumeren zal de vacuümmeter oplopen. Bij het beluchten zal de
vacuümmeter weer naar zijn uitgangspositie terugkeren.

knob. The longer the sealing time, the longer the sealing process. The
optimal value must be decided with a few sample trials.

The vacuum meter indicates the vacuum percentage.

Schalter Ein/Aus. Die Maschine ist betriebsberiet wenn die Lampe dieses
Schalters brennt. Den Schalter auf “Aus” stellen, wenn die Maschine nicht
benutzt wird.
Das gewünschte Vakuum lässt sich mit diesem Knopf regeln. Je höher die
Einstellung, desto höher die Vakuumzeit. Als Anfangspunkt müssen Sie die
Maschine auf Stand 5 einstellen. Die Vakuumzeit ist u.a. abhängig von der
Luftmenge, die abgesaugt werden muss. Wenn zum Beispiel Einlegplatten
aus der Vakuumkammer entnommen werden, entsteht dadurch eine
Volumenvergrößerung, die eine längere Vakuumzeit als Konsequenz hat.
Sie können selbst testen ob die Vakuumzeit richtig eingestellt ist: schließen
Sie den Deckel und beachten Sie den Vakuum-messer. Wenn der Messer
seinen maximalen Wert erreicht hat, muss die Maschine noch 10
Sekunden vakumieren.
Die rote Lampe zeigt an, dass die Maschine vakumiert.
Mit dem Vakuum-Stopp-Knopf können Sie den Vakuumprozess unter-
brechen. Der Vakuum-Stopp-Knopf ist u.a. nützlich bei der Vakumierung
von Suppen und Soßen.
Nach der Vakumierung des Produktes, wird der Vakuumbeutel verschweißt.
Dies geschieht durch den Einschweiß-balken woran Widerstandsdrähte
montiert sind, die während kurzer Zeit so stark erhitzt werden, dass der
Vakuumsack eingeschweißt werden kann. Die EINSCHWEIßZEIT kann
durch den Einschweißregler eingestellt werden. Je höher diese eingestellt
wird, umso länger wird die Maschine einschweißen. Der richtige
Einstellungswert muss erfahrungsgemäss festgestellt werden.
Während der Einschweißung wird diese Lampe aufleuchten.
Der Vakuummesser gibt die Vakuum- Prozentahl an.

Bei dem Vakuumprozess wird der Vakuummesser ansteigen. Bei der
Belüftung wird der Vakuummesser wieder zur Ausgangsposition
zurückkehren.

intercalaires de la chambre à vide, vous agrandissez son volume, ce qui se
traduit par un temps de vide plus long. Vous pouvez vérifier vous-même si
vous avez bien réglé la durée du temps de vide: rabattez le couvercle et
suivez l'aiguille du vacuomètre. Une fois que le vacuomètre a atteint sa
valeur maximale, la machine doit aspirer de l'air pendant encore environ
10 secondes.
Le témoin rouge indique que le cycle de vide est en cours.
Le bouton STOP VACUUM vous permet d'interrompre le temps de vide.
L'interruption du temps de vide s'avère particulièrement intéressante pour
l'emballage sous vide de produits tels que des soupes ou des sauces.
Le bouton Seal Time vous permet de régler la durée de soudage. Après le
temps de vide, le sac à vide est hermétiquement fermé: sur la barre de
soudure est monté un fil de résistance qui, pendant quelques instants,
émet une telle chaleur qu'il ferme hermétiquement le sac à vide. Vous
pouvez régler la durée de soudage vous-même. Plus vous tournez le
bouton à droite, plus le soudage dure longtemps. L'expérience détermine
la durée précise de soudage.
Le témoin indique que le soudage est en cours.
Le vacuomètre indique le pourcentage de vide.

Bij onderhoud aan de machine aan het
volgende denken:
!De steker van de machine uit de wandcontactdoos
halen.
!De machine nooit reinigen met een hogedrukreiniger.
!Bij een nieuwe machine moet de olie in de pomp na de
eerste 100 uur gebruik dan wel na drie maanden na
ingebruikname vervangen worden.
!De deksel nooit met een synthetisch reinigingsmiddel
schoonmaken.
!Volg het onderhoudsschema.
Onderhoudsschema:
!Reinig de vacuümkamer en het deksel, na gebruik van
de machine met een vochtige doek.
!Controleer het oliepeil (zie oliesticker op de achterzijde
van de machine). Eventueel bijvullen met de juiste
oliesoort.
!Controleer de de sealbalk op beschadigingen. Vervang
de sealdraad en/of teflontape indien nodig.
!Controleer het dekselrubber, vervang dit indien nodig.
Let bij het afknippen op de lengte, de uiteinden
moeten exact op elkaar aansluiten er mag geen
opening onstaan waardoor het vacuum kan
ontsnappen.
!Vervang de olie, doe dit bij intensief gebruik om de
drie maanden.
!Inspectie van de gehele machine. Speciale aandacht
gaat hierbij uit naar de staat van:

Vacuümkamer
Bedrading
Dekselrubber
!Vervanging van deksel en gasveer.
Important facts to keep in mind when
servicing the machine:
!The machine must always be disconnected from the
power supply.
!Never clean the machine with a high-pressure cleaner.
!The oil in the pump must be changed after 100 working
hours or after the machine has been in use for three
months.
!Never use a synthetic cleaning agent to clean the lid.
!Follow the maintenance plan.
Maintanance plan:
!Clean the vacuum chamber and the lid, after using the
machine, with a clean damp cloth.
!Check the oil level (see oil level sticker on the back of
the machine). Fill, when required, with the right type of

!Check the sealing beam for damage. Replace sealing
wires and/or teflon tape if necessary.
!Check the lidgasket, replace it if necessary. Pay
attention when cutting off the length, the ends must
match exactly to prevent any leaks in the chamber.
!Change the oil. If intensively used, change the oil every
3 months.
!Inspection of the entire machine. Pay special attention
to the condition of:

Bei der Wartung der Maschine ist folgendes
zu beachten:
!Die Maschine muss vom Spannungsnetz abgekopplet
werden.
!Die Maschine niemals mit einem Hochdruckreiniger
sauber machen.
!Bei einer neuen Maschine muss das Öl in der Pumpe
nach den ersten 100 Arbeitsstunden, oder spätestens
drei Monate nach der Inbetriebnahme, erneuert
werden.
!Die Deckel niemals mit synthetischen
Reinigungsmitteln reinigen.
!Den Wartungsplan befolgen.
!Wartungsplan:
!Reinigen Sie nach Gebrauch der Maschine die
Vakuumkammer und den Deckel mit einem feuchten
Tuch.
!Kontrollieren Sie den Ölstand (sehe Ölstandkleber an
der Rückseite der Maschine). Eventuell mit der
richtigen Ölsorte nachfüllen.
!Kontrollieren Sie ob der Schweißbalken beschädigt ist.
Falls nötig, ersetzen Sie den Schweißdraht und/oder
das Teflonband.
!Kontrollieren Sie das Deckelgummi, ersetze falls nötig.
Achten Sie beim Abschneiden der Länge darauf, das
die beiden Enden genau aneinander anschließen, da
sonst die Kammer nicht gut vakumiertwird.
!Ölwechsel, bei intensivem Gebrauch, alle drei Monate.
!Inspektion der ganzen Maschine. Spezielle Beachtung
gilt dabei dem Zustand folgender Teile:

!Ersetzen des Deckels und der Gasfeder.

l’arrière de la machine). Ajoutez si nécessaire le bon
type d’huile.
!Vérifiez si la barre de soudure n’est pas endommagée.
Remplacez le fil de soudure et/ou la bande téflon si
nécessaire.
!Vérifiez le joint du couvercle et remplacez-le si
nécessaire en veillant à bien serrer les bouts l’un contre
l’autre, de sorte qu’il n’y ait pas d’ouverture par
laquelle de l’air puisse entrer.
!Vidangez l’huile. Un usage intensif demande une
vidange trimestrielle.
!Faites inspecter la machine complète. Plus
particulièrement le:

Câblage
Joint couvercle caoutchouc
!Faites remplacer le couvercle et le ressort de gaz.

Maintenance of the
Sealing beam
Het sealresultaat is afhankelijk van de staat waarin de
sealbalken verkeren en met name het teflon ervan.
Demontage van de sealbalk:
!Om de sealbalk uit de machine te nemen dient u de twee
kartelschroeven, die zich aan de zijkant van de sealbalk bevinden, los
te draaien.
!Nu kan de sealbalk uit de machine genomen worden.
Demontage sealdraad:
!Om de sealdraad te kunnen vervangen , dient u eerst de taflon tape te
verwijderen.
!De sealdraad is nu vrij toegankelijk en kan worden gedemonteerd door
de aan de uiteinden geplaatste schroeven los te draaien.
!Als de draad verwijderd is moet de sealbalk eerst worden ontdaan van
lijmresten en andere verontreinigingen.
Montage sealdraad:
!Knip de sealdraad af op een lengte van 420 mm. Leg een uiteinde van
de draad onder de sealdraadklem en draai de schroef aan.
!Plaats de sealbalk met de draad naar beneden gericht in een
bankschroef.
!Steek het andere uiteinde van de draad onder de sealdraadklem door
en trek de draad met een tang strak. Zorg ervoor dat de draad recht en
in het midden van de sealbalk ligt.
!Draai de schroef van de sealdraadklem nu vast.
!De restanten van de sealdraad moeten nu zo afgeknipt worden dat
ongeveer 5 mm overblijft om terug te vouwen over de sealdraadklem.
Aanbrengen van de teflon tape:
!Alvorens de teflon tape aan te brengen moet de sealbalk eerst goed
worden ontvet zodat de tape goed hecht.
!Knip een stuk teflon tape af en plak dit gelijkmatig op de sealbalk.
!Snij de restanten met een scherp mes af.
Montage sealbalk:
!De sealbalk kan in de machine worden geplaatst. Wees er zeker van
dat de sealbalk in de onderste positie wordt gedrukt.
!Draai daarna de twee kartelschroeven weer handvast aan.

The sealing result is dependent on the condition of the
sealing beam and in particular the teflon tape.
Removing the sealing beam:
!To remove the sealing beam from the chamber of the machine, loosen
the two knurled screws located on the side of the sealing beam.
!Now the sealing beam can be lifted out of the machine.
Removing the sealwire:
!To remove the seal wire, first take off the teflon tape.
!The seal wire is accessable and can be taken of the sealing beam by
loosening the two screws on seal wire clamps on each end of the sealing
beam.
!When the seal wire is removed, the sealing beam must de freed from
any residues of tape and other pollutions.
Fixing of the seal wire:
!Cut the sealing wire to a lenght of 420 mm. Place one end of the wire
under the seal wire clamp and tighten the screw.
!Place the sealing beam in a (bench) vice with the sealing wire facing
down.
!Stick the other end of the seal wire through the sealwire clamp en
tighten the wire with a pair of pliers. Make sure that the seal wire is
straight and in the middle of the sealing beam.
!Tighten the screw of the seal wire clamp.
!Cut both ends of the seal wire so that you have about 5 mm left to fold
back over the seal wire clamp.
Fixing the teflon tape:
!Any grease must be removed from the sealing beam before the teflon
tape can be fixed.
!Cut a piece of teflon tape to length and place it evenly on the sealing
beam.
!Cut off the ends of the teflon tape neatly.
Replacing the sealing beam:
!The sealing beam can now be put back into the machine. Make sure
that the sealing beam is pushed into the lowest position.
!Tighten the two knurled screws by hand.

Schweißbalkens
Entretien de la
barre de soudure
Das Schweißresultat hängt vom Zustand des Schweiß-
balken und vor allem dessen Teflonschicht ab.
Demontieren des Schweißbalkens:
!Um den Schweißbalken aus der Maschine zu nehmen, die beiden
Rändelschrauben, die sich seitlich am Schweißbalken befinden, lösen.
!Nunn kann der Schweißbalken aus der Maschine genommen werden.
Demontieren des Schweißdrahtes:
!Um den Schweißdraht ersetzen zu können, zuerst das Teflonband
entfernen.
!Der Schweißdraht ist jetzt frei zugänglich und kann durch losschrauben
der beiden Schrauben am Ende des Schweißbalkens entfert werden.
!Wenn der Schweißdraht entfernt ist, zuerst der Schweißbalken von
Leimresten und anderen Verschmutzungen befreien.
Montieren des Schweißdrahtes:
!Den Schweißdraht in einer Länge von 420 mm abschneiden. Den Draht
unter die Schweißdrahtklammer legen und die Schraube anzeihen.
!Den Schweißbalken mit dem Draht nach unten in einem Schraubstock
einklemmen.
!Das andere Ende des Drahtes unter der Schweißdrahtklammer
befestigen und den Draht mit einer Zange anziehen. Dabei ist darauf
zu achten, dass der Draht gerade und genau in der Mitte des Balkens
liegt.
!Nun die Schraube der Schweißdrahtklammer von Hand anziehen.
!Die herausragenden Drahtenden so abgeschneiden, dass an beiden
Seiten noch ungefähr 5 mm Draht übrig bleibt. Diese 5 mm nach
hinten über die Schweißdrahtklammer legen.
Anbringen des Teflonbandes:
!Der Schweißbalken vor dem Anbringen des Teflonbandes entfetten. Die
benötigte Länge Teflonband abschneiden und das Band gleichmäßig
auf dem Schweißbalken anbringen. Das eventuelle Reststück kann mit
einem scharfen Messer abgesnitten werden.
Montage des Schweißbalkens:
!Nun kann der Schweißbalken in der Maschine montiert werden. Dabei
darauf achten, dass der Balken in die unterste Position gedrückt wird.
!Anschließend die beiden Rändelschrauben wieder von Hand anziehen.
La qualité du soudage dépand de l’état dans lequel se

!Desserrez les deux vis à tête moletée situées sur le côté de la barre de
soudure.
!Retirez ensuite la barre de soudure de la machine.

!Desserrez ensuite les deux vis situées aux deux extrémités de la barre
de soudure.
!Quand le fil de soudure est démonté, la barre de soudure doit être
nettoyée pour enlever les restes de colle de la bande téflon et autres
encrassements.
Montage du fil de soudure:
!Coupez un fil de soudure d’une longueur de 420 mm. Placez le fil de
soudure sous la bride de fil et serrez la vis.
!Calez la barre de soudure dans un étau (le fil dirigé vers la bas).
!Placez l’extrémité libre sous l’autre bride et tendez fortement le fil de
soudure. Regardez si le fil est droit et au centre de la barre de soudure.
!Serrez la vis de la bride.
!Coupez les deux extrémités en laissant dépasser 5 mm. Plier ce 5mm
sur la bride de fil.
Fixation de la bande téflon:
!Dégraissez d’abord la barre de soudure.
!Prenez un morceau de bande téflon dont la longuer correspond a celle
de la barre de soudure. Collez la bande de téflon ensuite sur la barre
