Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,wie
man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen.
Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf
das entsprechende Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist.
Anzugsmomente beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!

VORBEREITUNG
PREPARING
Die mitgelieferten Gummipuffer auf der Rückseite kürzen und mit den
Klebepads aufkleben. Die Schrauben der Original- Gepäckbrücke
ausdrehen sowie die abgesetzten Distanzen vorne entfernen - diese
entfallen.
Shorten the supplied rubber buffers on the back and stick them on with
the adhesive pads. Cut rubber bumpers before.
Unscrew the screws of the original rear rack and remove the original
spacers at the front - these are obsolete.

Vorbereitung des Aluracks:
Den beiliegenden TC-Bügel mit den Zylinder-
schrauben M6x12 hinten unter dem Alurack
verschrauben.
Der TC-Bügel ist nur bei Anbringung eines
Hepco & Becker Topcases erforderlich.
Preparing of the Alurack:
Fix the bow to the rack with allen screws
M6x12.
The bow is needed in use with a Hepco & Becker
Top case only.

Montage der Adapterplatte vorne:
Die Adapterplatte in die Bohrungen der
Originalbrücke einstellen und mit den
Senkschrauben M8x55 befestigen.
Montage der Adapterplatte hinten:
Die hintere Befestigung der Adapterplatte
wird mit der Gegenhaltelasche von unten ver-
schraubt. Die Senkschraube M8x50 von
oben durchstecken und in das Gewinde der
Gegenhaltelasche einschrauben.
Achtung: Gegenhaltelasche so verschrauben,
dass das Gewinde nach unten zeigt.
Fastening of the adapter plate front:
Set the adapter plate into the holes of the ori-
ginal bridge, and secure with the countersunk
screws M8x55.
Fastening of the adapter plate rear:
The rear mounting of the adapter plate is bol-
ted to the retaining tab from below. Insert the
countersunk screws M8x50 from above and
screw into the thread of the retaining tab.
Warning: the thread of the retaining tab is
facing downwards.

Montage des Easy-/Aluracks:
Das Alu-/Easyrack auf der Adapterplatte
ausrichten.
Die Befestigung erfolgt
VORNE
mit den Zylinderschrauben M6x16 sowie
U-Scheiben Ø6,4.
HINTEN
mit den Zylinderschrauben M6x16 sowie
Viereckscheiben 20 x 20 x ø6,4 und Tensilock
Mutter M6. Anschließend die Kunststoffab-
deckung(en) montieren.
Fastening of the Easy-/Alurack :
Align the Alurack / Easyrack on the adapter
plate.
Fix the rack
FRONT
with allen screws M6x16 and washers ø6,4
REAR
with allen screws M6x16, square disks
20 x 20 x ø6,4 and tensilock nut M6.
Mount the plastic cover(s).
