Deck Mounted Bath Shower Mixer
Fitting Instructions
Before starting any installation project please consider the following:
Prior to drilling into walls, check there are no hidden electrical wires
or cables or water supply pipes with the aid of an electrical detector.
If you use power tools do not forget:
- Wear eye protection
- Unplug e uipment after use
Please keep these instructions for future reference and request of replacement parts

ater Pressure.
This mixer is suitable for minimum of 0.2bar, however for optimum performance both the hot & cold
supplies should be reasonable balanced. This mixer should be installed in compliance with Water
Regulations. Where supplies are unbalanced i.e. hot water from the cylinder tank/cold from the
mains, then approved check valves must be fitted in the supply pipes. For further details contact
your Local Water Authority.
Installation.
1. Check all components are present & correct before staring installation.
2. Fit the mixer (7) to the bath using O ring above & washer (9) below the bath, secure in place
using the back nuts (10).
3. Attach the cradle (6) to the body using washer supplies between the mixer & the cradle.
4. Attach the shower hose (5) to the cradle (6) with the washer in place.
5. Connect the handset to the shower hose using the other washer.
6. Connect the water supplies to the inlets.
7. Fully open both valves, letting them run for a few minuets & check all connections & joints for
leaks. Operate in both modes rotating the diverter lever to switch between the two modes.
8. To fit wall bracket position ensuring that the handset will reach it. Mark out & drill holes to suit
wall plug (2), then screw the back part of the wall bracket (4) to the wall using fixing screw (3).
Assemble the rest of the bracket using the spring, metal washer & handset holder.

Maintenance.
If the fitting begins to drip:
1. Isolate water supplies, unscrew indice from the head, remove head screw & lift off the head.
2. Unscrew the valve shroud & valve, carefully clean tap & seating rubber washer on the valve.
3. Refit the valve shroud, refit the head & tighten the screw. Refit the indice.
4. If problem persists please contact Heritage.

Aftercare Instructions.
Your fitting has a high uality finish and should be treated with care to preserve the visible surfaces.
All surface finishes will wear if not cleaned correctly, the only safe way to clean your product, is to
wipe with a soft damp cloth. Stains can be removed using washing up li uid. All bath cleaning powders
and li uids can damage the surface of your fitting even the non-scratch cleaners.
