Dokumentation gemäß Anhang VII, Abschnitt 2 der Richtlinie
93/42/EWG des Rates vom 14. Juni 1993 über Medizin-
produkte hergestellt wurde und den einschlägigen Anfor-
derungen dieser Richtlinie entspricht. Dabei wurden unter
Berücksichtigung des Stands der Technik und der zur
Verfügung stehenden und gültigen Normen die grundlegen-
den Anforderungen im Anhang I der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG
erfüllt.
Die Erklärung gilt für folgende Artikelnummern:

die beginnend mit dem 01. Juli 2005 hergestellt und in den
Verkehr gebracht wurden.

accordance with the technical documentation pursuant to
Annexe VII, Section 2 of Guideline 93/42/EEC issued by the
Council in respect of medical products on 14 June 1993 and
conforms with the relevant requirements set out in this direc-
tive. In so doing, and giving due consideration to currently
accepted technical practice and valid standards, the funda-
mental requirements set out in Annexe I of Guideline
93/42/EEC are deemed to have been met.
The Declaration applies to the following item numbers:
