Mit dem HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set können Sie Leuchtmittel
mit E27 Standardgewinde sicher im Terrarium anbringen. Das
Produkt ist zum Betrieb von Leuchtmitteln bis 250 Watt bereits
komplett vormontiert.
Zur Montage benötigen Sie eine Bohrmaschine oder einen
Akkubohrschrauber, Metallbohrer 4,5 und 8 mm, eine
Stichsäge mit Metallsägeblatt, eine Metallfeile und einen
Schraubendreher.
1. Kleben Sie die beiliegende Schablone an gewünschter
Position von außen oben auf das Lochblech des Terrariums.
2. Bohren Sie vier 8 mm Löcher, die dem Ansetzen der
Stichsäge für den Ausschnitt sowie zwei 4,5 mm Löcher,
die der Befestigung des Produktes dienen.
3. Entfernen Sie die Schablone und entgraten Sie die
Schnittkanten mit einer Feile.
4. Führen Sie Kabel und Schalter des Gerätes von innen
durch die gesägte Öffnung nach außen. Befestigen Sie
die oberhalb der Keramikfassung montierte Metallplatte
mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben und Muttern durch die
gebohrten Löcher.
5. Schrauben Sie Ihr Leuchtmittel in die Keramikfassung.
Richten Sie mit dem Kugelgelenk Ihr Leuchtmittel in die
gewünschte Position (siehe Abb. 5a). Stecken Sie den
Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
Sicherheitshinweise
• nur für Innenräume
• Mindestabstand zu beleuchteten Objekten 20 cm
• nur zugelassen für Leuchtmittel bis 250 Watt
• das Produkt ist nicht zugelassen für den Betrieb
mit Heizmitteln, die kein Licht abgeben, wie Elstein
Keramikstrahler
• bei Beschädigungen an Zuleitungen, Produkt nicht in
Betrieb nehmen
• beschädigte Zuleitungen dürfen nur von geschulten
Fachkräften ersetzt werden, nur Leitungen vom Typ
H03VVH2-F 2 x 0,75 mm² dürfen verwendet werden
• zum Austausch von Leuchtmitteln immer erst Netzstecker
ziehen und Produkt sowie Fassung abkühlen lassen
Con el HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set puede colocar, de forma
segura, medios luminosos con una rosca estándar E27 en el
terrario. El producto está ya completamente premontado para
el funcionamiento con medios luminosos de hasta 250 vatios.
Para el montaje, necesita una taladradora o una atornilladora
taladradora accu, una barrena para metal de 4,5 y 8 mm,
una sierra caladora con hoja metálica, una lima de metal y un
destornillador.
1. Pege el patrón adjunto en la posición deseada, en la parte
de arriba y desde fuera, en la chapa perforada del terrario.
2. Taladre cuatro agujeros de 8 mm para aplicar la sierra
caladora para el recorte, así como dos agujeros de 4,5 mm
que sirven para la sujeción del producto.
3. Retire el patrón y desbarbe los bordes de corte con una
lima.
4. Pase el cable y el interruptor del aparato a través de la
abertura serrada, desde dentro hacia afuera. Fije la placa
metálica, montada por encima del portalámparas de
cerámica, con los tornillos adjuntos y tuercas a través de
los agujeros taladrados.
5. Atornille el medio luminoso en el portalámparas de
cerámica. Enderece su medio luminoso con la articulación
esférica, en la posición deseada (ver fig. 5a). Introduzca el
enchufe en la toma de corriente.
Indicaciones de seguridad
• sólo para interiores
• distancia mínima con el objeto luminoso 20 cm
• sólo para medios luminosos permitidos, de hasta 250
vatios
• el producto no está autorizado para ser usado con medios
de calefacción que no emitan luz, como el radiador de
cerámica Elstein
• si los cables están deteriorados, no poner el producto en
funcionamiento
• los cables deteriorados sólo deben ser cambiados por
personal técnico cualificado, sólo se pueden usar cables
del tipo H03VVH2-F 2 x 0,75 mm²
• al sustituir los medios luminosos, desenchufar siempre
antes el producto y dejar que éste y el portalámparas se
enfríen
Met de HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set kunt u lampen met een
E27 standaard fitting veilig in uw terrarium aanbrengen. Het
product is voor het gebruik van lampen tot 250 Watt reeds
compleet voorgemonteerd.
Voor de montage heeft u een boormachine of een
accuboormachine, metalen boren 4, 5 en 8 mm, een
decoupeerzaag met zaagblad voor metaal, een metaalvijl en
een schroevendraaier nodig.
1. Plak het meegeleverde sjabloon op de gewenste plaats aan
de buitenkant bovenop de geperforeerde plaat van het
terrarium.
2. Boor vier gaten van 8 mm, die als insteek voor de
decoupeerzaag dienen, en twee 4,5 mm gaten, die voor
de bevestiging van het product dienen.
3. Verwijder het sjabloon en ontbraam de gezaagde randen
met een vijl.
4. Leidt de kabel en schakelaar van de installatie van binnen
naar buiten door de uitgezaagde opening. Bevestig de
boven de keramische fitting gemonteerde metalen plaat
met behulp van de meegeleverde schroeven en moeren in
de geboorde gaten.
5. Schroef uw lamp in de keramische fitting. Plaats met
behulp van het kogelscharnier uw lamp in de gewenste
positie (zie afb. 5a). Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
Veiligheidsinstructies
• alleen geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis
• minimale afstand van te belichten voorwerpen 20 cm
• alleen goedgekeurd voor lampen tot 250 Watt
• het product is niet goedgekeurd voor gebruik met een
verwarmingselement, dat geen licht uitstraalt, zoals Elstein
keramische verwarmers
• in geval van beschadigingen aan het kabel, mag het
product niet meer worden gebruikt
• beschadigde kabels mogen alleen worden vervangen door
de erkende vakman, er mogen alleen kabels van het type
H03VVH2-F 2 x 0,75 mm² worden gebruikt
• voordat u de lamp vervangt, dient u altijd eerst de stekker
uit het stopcontact te trekken en het product en de fitting
af te laten koelen

Pe mezzo del HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set potete montare
in modo sicuro nel terrario delle lampadine con i filetti
standard E27. Il prodotto è completamente premontato per il
funzionamento delle lampadine fino a 250 Watt.
Per il montaggio avete bisogno di un trapano o di un di un
trapano a batteria, con punta metallica da 4,5 a 8 mm, una
sega a balestra con una lama metallica, una lima metallica e
un giravite
1. Incollate la sagoma in dotazione nella posizione desiderata
ponendola dall’esterno sul foro della lamiera del terrario.
2. Forate 4 fori da 8 mm, che servono a far appoggiare la
sega a balestra per il taglio e anche due fori da 4,5 mm,
che servono per il fissaggio del prodotto.
3. Rimuovete la sagoma e sbavate gli spigoli di taglio con una
lima.
4. Conducete il cavo e l’interruttore dell’apparecchio
dall’interno verso l’esterno attraverso l’apertura segata.
Fissate la piastra metallica montata sul supporto di
ceramica con le viti in dotazione e i dadi attraverso i fori
forati.
5. Avvitate la vostra lampadina nel supporto di ceramica.
Disponete il perno sferico della vostra lampadina nella
posizione desiderata (ved. Fig. 5a). Mettete la spina nella
presa.
Misure di sicurezza
• solo per ambienti interni
• spazio minimo di 20 cm dagli oggetti illuminati
• solo ammesso per lampadine fino a 250 Watt
• il prodotto non è omologato per il funzionamento con
mezzi riscaldanti, che non emettono luce, come i radiatori
termici in ceramica Elstein
• in caso di danni alle prese, non mettete il prodotto in
funzionamento
• le prese danneggiate dovranno essere sostituite dal
personale specializzato, dovranno essere utilizzate solo le
linee elettriche del tipo H03VVH2-F 2 x 0,75 mm²
• prima di sostituire le lampadine togliere dapprima la spina
e far raffreddare il prodotto e il supporto
Avec le HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set, vous pourrez installer vos
agents lumineux E27 à filetage standard en toute sécurité
dans votre terrarium. Le produit est adapté aux agents
lumineux de 250 Watt et déjà complètement prémontés.
Pour le montage, il vous faut une foreuse ou une perceuse
à percussion sans fil, des forets en métal à 4,5 et 8 mm, une
scie sauteuse avec lame de scie pour métaux, une lime à métal
et un tournevis.
1 Collez le pochoir ci-joint sur le côté extérieur de la surface
de la tôle perforée du terrarium à la position souhaitée.
2. Perforez quatre trous de 8 mm qui serviront comme point
de départ pour la découpe à la scie sauteuse ainsi que
deux trous à 4,5 mm pour la fixation du produit.
3. Retirez le pochoir et polissez les bords de coupe avec la lime.
4. Faites passez les câbles et interrupteurs de l’appareil de
l’intérieur vers l’extérieur par l’ouverture sciée. Fixez la
plaque métallique montée au-dessus de la monture en
céramique par les trous perforés à l’aide des vis et écrous
fournis.
5. Vissez votre agent lumineux dans la monture en
céramique. Orientez votre luminaire dans la position
souhaitée à l’aide de la rotule (voir fig. 5a). Branchez la
fiche secteur dans la prise.
Mesures de sécurité

Safely attach illuminants with an E27 standard thread inside
the terrarium using the HOBBY Ceramic Socket Set. The
product is completely pre-installed to operate illuminants up to
250 watt.
You require a drilling machine or a cordless drilling screwdriver,
metal drills of 4.5 and 8 mm, a jig saw with a metal saw
blade, a metal file and a screwdriver for the assembly.
1. Glue the enclosed stencil to the top of the perforated plate
of the terrarium from the outside in the desired position.
2. Drill four holes of 8 mm intended for positioning the jig
saw for the cut-out, as well as two holes of 4.5 mm for
attaching the product.
3. Remove the stencil and debarr the cutting edge with a file.
4. Lead the device cable and switch through the sawn
opening outwards from the inside. Attach the metal plate
installed above the ceramic fitting to the screws and nuts
included in the delivery via the drilled holes.
5. Screw your illuminant into the ceramic fitting. Position it
with the ball joint (see picture 5a). Insert the power plug
into the socket.
Safety guidelines
• only for interiors
• minimum distance to illuminated objects 20 cm
• only approved for illuminants up to 250 watt
• the product is not approved for operation with heating
means which are not light-emitting, such as Elstein
Ceramic Spots
• do not operate the product, if the feed lines are damaged
• damaged feed lines may only be replaced by specialised
personnel, only H03VVH2-F 2 x 0.75 mm²-typed lines may
be used
• always pull the power plug and let the product and the
fitting cool down before exchanging illuminants
