1. ご使用される前に本取扱説明書、および付属に入っている全ての説明書類を必ず
お読みください。また、いつでもすぐに読めるように、この取扱説明書を大切に

before using the tool. Save this Instruction Manual and make it available for review whenever necessary.
Safe operation
1. Such safety devices as the safety cover and the like are not attached to this tool. When performing
connection, use this tool while fully considering so that the fingers or the like are not caught in the
handle section.
Application
1. This tool shall only be used for its originally intended purpose while following the instructions specified
in this Instruction Manual. Hirose assumes no responsibility for any misuse of the tool other than the
intended use.
2. Modifications to this tool is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for accidents resulting from
modifications.
Maintenance
1. To prevent possible accidents caused by unfamiliarity with the operation of the tool, repair and
adjustment of the tool shall be conducted only by maintenance personnel who have a full knowledge of
the tool. Any repair and adjustment beyond the range covered by the instructions given in this
Instruction Manual is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for accidents caused by improper repair
or adjustment or the use of non-genuine part(s).
2. To protect against personal injury, check to be sure that screws and nuts are properly tightened after
the completion of repair/adjustment works or replacement of the parts.
3. Periodically cleaning of the tool is recommended.
4. In the event that your tool fails to perform normally after repair or adjusting immediately stop the work
and contact us for service so as to protect against personal injury.

加締め工程までの作業方法につきましては、「結線作業手順」を参照願います。
Refer to the "Connecting procedure" for the procedure to be taken before the caulking process.
① 予め、｢外筒端子の加締めまでの工程を行ってく
ださい。
② ケーブルを持ち、治具のガイド端面に外筒端子を
突き当てながらセットしてください。
③ ハンドプレスのハンドルを、ラチェットが切れる
まで前に倒してください。
④ ハンドプレスのハンドルを上げ、加締めた外筒端
子を取り出してください。
⑤ 加締めた外筒端子の外観に、著しいキズや変形な
がないことを確認してください。
⑥ 加締めハイトを測定してください。加締めハイト
が規格値内に入ってない場合は、｢４−２. 加締め
ハイト調整方法 を参考に治具を調整してくださ
い。
(1) Perform the processes until "Outside tube terminal
caulking" in advance.
(2) Hold the cable and set the outside tube terminal while
making the outside tube terminal come in contact with
the guide edge of jig.
(3) Tilt front the handle of hand press until the ratchet is
off.
(4) Raise the handle of hand press, and take out the
caulked outside tube terminal.
(5) Confirm the remarkable flaw, deformation, etc. are
not seen around the appearance of the caulked outside
tube terminal.
(6) Measure the caulking height. If the caulking height is
not within the standard value, adjust the jig referring
to "4-2. Caulking height adjusting procedure".

① クリンパ固定ボルトをゆるめてください。
② 調整ダイヤルを引きながら回してください。加
締めハイトが規格値より大きい場合は、調整ダ
イヤルの数字が大きい方に回してください。同
様に加締めハイトが規格値より小さい場合は、
数字が小さい方に回してください。調整ダイヤ
ルは、数字が１つ異なると加締めハイトが約
0.1mm 変わります。
③ クリンパを上方向に押しながら、クリンパ固定
ボルトにて締め付けてください。
④ 加締め作業を行い、加締めハイトを測定してく
ださい。
(1) Loosen the crimper fixing bolt.
(2) Draw and turn the adjusting dial. When the caulking height is larger than the standard value, turn the
adjusting dial toward the larger number of the dial. Similarly, when the caulking height is smaller than
the standard value, turn the dial toward the smaller number of dial. When the number of adjusting dial is
different by one, the caulking height is changed by approximately 0.1mm.
(3) Pressing upward the crimper, tighten it with the crimper fixing bolt.
(4) Perform the caulking operation, and measure the caulking height.

（１） クリンパの交換
① クリンパの交換方法は、｢４−２.加締め
ハイト調整方法 を参照し交換してくだ
さい。
クリンパは、表示番号が作業者側に向く
ように取り付けてください。
（２） アンビルの交換
① ２本のアンビル固定ボルトをゆるめてください。
② アンビル固定ボルトを外すことにより、アンビル
を固定しているケーブルレストが外れます。
③ アンビルを取り出してください。
④ アンビルを交換し、アンビルとケーブルレストを
アンビルホルダーに入れてください。アンビルは
表示番号がケーブルレスト側に向くよう取り付け
てください。
⑤ アンビルを下方向に押し付けながら、２本のアン
ビル固定ボルトで締め付けてください。
(1) Replacing the crimper
1. For the replacement procedure of the
crimper, refer to "4-2. Caulking height
adjusting procedure", and replace it.
Install the crimper so that the indication
No. faces the operator side.
(2) Replacing the anvil
1. Loosen two anvil fixing bolts.
2. By removing the anvil fixing bolts, the cable rest,
which is fixing the anvil, is removed.
3. Take out the anvil.
4. Replace the anvil with a new one, and place the anvil
and the cable rest in the anvil holder. Install the anvil
so that the indication No. faces the cable rest side.
5. Pressing downward the anvil, tighten it with two anvil
fixing bolts.

本治具を 日常使用していますと、治具本体のコネクタガイド周辺部にカスな が溜まります。
これらのカスな が溜まると、コネクタへ付着し不良の原因となります。溜ま ったカスな は、
１日の作業の前後に柔らかい布な できれいに拭き取ってください。
