insbesondere für die fachgerechte Verlegung der Busleitungen und die Inbetriebnahme des KNX Gerätes
Das Gerät ist zur Verwendung für folgende Aufgaben vorgesehen: Überwachung der Luftgüte in der Gebäudesystemtechnik (Schule,
Büro, Hotel, Tagungsstätte etc.), Datenübertragung und Regelung per Bus-System.
Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb gemäß den aufgeführten technischen Daten geeignet.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Einsatz in trockenen Räumen geeignet.
Das Gerät ist nicht geeignet für sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben, wie z.B. Fluchttüren, Brandschutzeinrichtungen, Gärkeller etc.

Die Messergebnisse des Gerätes
können durch äußerliche Einflüsse
negativ beeinflusst werden.
Mögliche Störquellen sind:
■ Zugluft und Luftbewegung: z.B.
durch Fenstern, Türen,
Konvektion, Heizung oder
Personen.
■ Erwärmung oder Abkühlung: z.B.
Sonnenbestrahlung oder der
Montage an einer Außenwand.
■ Wärmequellen: In direkter Nähe
zu elektrischen Verbrauchern, z.B.
Dimmer
■ Erschütterungen oder Schläge, denen das Gerät
ausgesetzt wird oder wurde.
■ Verschmutzung durch Farbe, Tapetenkleister,
Staub, etc.: z.B. bei Renovierungsarbeiten
■ Organische Lösemittel oder deren Dämpfe: z.B.
Reinigungsmittel.
■ Weichmacher aus Aufklebern und Verpackungen:
z. B. Luftpolsterfolie oder Styropor
Das Gerät ist nicht für eigenmächtige bauliche Veränderungen,
Reparaturen und sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben vorgesehen.
Das Gerät ist nicht für den Einsatz im Außenbereich und in
Nasszellen vorgesehen.
Das Gerät ist nicht für sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben geeignet. Die
Steuerung des Gerätes dient alleine zur Überwachung
und Regelung der Luftqualität.
Die bestimmungswidrige Verwendung des Gerätes kann zu Sach-
und Personenschäden führen.
Das Gerät ist umweltgerecht und entsprechend den
Elektrovorschriften zu entsorgen.

MONTAGE
Montage
Vor Montage- und Installationsarbeiten Spannung freischalten und
Spannungsfreiheit prüfen!
Beachten Sie unbedingt die weiteren, oben aufgeführten Sicherheitshinweise!
Das Gerät ist für die Montage auf einer Unterputzdose oder für die
Wandmontage geeignet
Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass kein Staub in das Gerät gelangt
Nach Inbetriebnahme benötigt das Gerät ca. 5 Minuten bis zur ersten korrekten
Messung.
STEP 1: Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse an der Unterseite
und nehmen Sie die Geräte-Abdeckung ab!
STEP 2: Verschrauben Sie die Geräte-Rückwand auf einer
Unterputzdose bzw. an die Wand (siehe Montage-Hinweis)
STEP 3: Drücken Sie den blauen „Lern-Knopf“ um das Gerät in Betrieb
zu nehmen (dies ist auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich!)
STEP 4: Setzen Sie die Geräte-Abdeckung nach der Montage wieder auf!
Montage-Hinweis: Zur einfacheren Montage können Sie das Flachbandkabel (Logik-Verbindung zwischen Geräte-Abdeckung und Geräte-Rückwand) abziehen und die Geräte-Abdeckung komplett abnehmen. Beachten Sie, dass Sie das Flachbandkabel nach
Befestigung der Geräte-Rückwand, auf einer Unterputzdose bzw. an einer Wand, für eine einwandfreie Funktion des Gerätes wieder verbinde n müssen!

Observe the regulations and instructions in the ZVEI/ZVEH handbook (building system technology). Especially the professional
installation of the bus lines and the professional installation and start-up of KNX devices must be observed!
The device fits for the particular use of the following tasks: monitoring of the air quality in building systems technology (schools,
offices, hotels, conference venue etc.), data transfer and regulation via bus system.
The device is intended for use in accordance with the defined technical data.
Operate the device exclusively in a dry room!
The device is not qualified for security relevant tasks such as emergency doors, fire protection equipment, fermenting cellar s etc.

Operation of GS 41.00 knx
The measurement results of the device can
be negatively influenced by external factors.
Possible sources of interference are:
■ Draught and air movement: e.g. through
windows, doors, convection, heating and
people
■ Warming and cooling: e.g. sunlight or
mounting on an outside wall
■ Heat sources: close to installed electrical
consumers e.g. dimmers
■ Vibrations or shocks, which the unites are
or were subjected to
■ Pollution due to colors, wallpaper paste,
dust e.g. at renovation work
■ Organic solvents or their vapours: e.g.
detergents
■ Plasticizers from stickers and packaging:
e.g. bubble wrap or polystyrene
The device is not intended for use of unauthorized constructional
alterations, repairs and security relevant tasks

ASSEMBLY
Assembly
Disconnect device from power supply for wiring and installation
purposes! Check power supply is disconnected!
Attention! You have to check and consider the safety instructions above!
This device is suitable for wall mounting or for mounting on a flush-mounting box.
The device should not be exposed to dusty environment.
Ensure that no dust get inside of this device.
After initial startup, the device requires up to 5 minutes until the first correct
measurement is possible
STEP 1: Open the device at the bottom and remove the front cover!
STEP 2: Mount the rear cover to the wall or on a flush-mounting box
(see installation note)
STEP 3: Press the blue „learn button“ to put the device into operation
(you can do this later at any time!)
STEP 4: After completing the installation the front cover must be reattached!
Installation note: For an easy mounting and installation, you can unplug the ribbon cable to remove the front cover completely. (Ribbon cable: logic cable connection between front -cover and back-cover). After mounting / installation => For a proper function of
the device you have to reconnect in the ribbon cable.
