2 Battery Pack Assembly procedure
2.1 Solder the cable of the battery mount on the bike.
Step 1: Please disassemble four screws which are marked by red circles in the photo
as below. And remove the cover from the battery mount.

Step 2: Open the cover. Then, the DC-Jack connector has connected with 2 wires by
soldering and fixed by gluing already. No more processing.
(Red wire is C+, Black wire is C-)

Step 3: Solder the cable in sequence by the PIN definition of discharge connector.
Soler the cables from P+ → C+→CAN-H→CAN-L→P-/C-.
Please attention, the two wires P- and C- must be soldered to the same PIN.
Please see the PIN definition as below drawing for your reference.

Step 4: Please knot the cable after soldering to prevent the soldering area are separated
caused by an external force.
Step 5: After soldering cables, please assemble the cover back by four screws to the
battery mount. And make sure the cable position is the same as the marked
by red circle as the below photo.

2.2 Assemble the battery mount to the down tube of the bike
Step 1: Please note, when fixing the screw head, the height of the screw head cannot
exceed the battery frame, to avoid interference during battery assembly and
affect the stability of battery fixing.
Step 2: Extend the lock holder out by the key.
** After turning the key inward, the lock holder can be extended. See the above photo.

2.3 Install the battery pack to the battery mount
Step 1: Please turn off the battery pack power before installing to the battery mount.
a. Press the power button from the battery pack, the LED light will light up in
sequence and run from the left side to the right side, and then run back to the
left side. And the LED will display the remaining capacity, which means that
the power is on.

b. To ensure the safety of installation, please press and hold the Power button on
the battery pack for 5 ~ 10 seconds until LEDs turn off to make sure the
battery pack is powered down already. Then, install the battery pack to the
bike frame.

Step 2: Install the batteyr pack to the bike frame.
a. Place the bttery pack discharge connector toward the discharge end of the bike
mount on the bike frame. See the photo as below.
b. Hold the front of the battery pack, please do not press the battery pack power
button.

c. As shown in the photo below, after pressing the battery pack down by the arrow,
you can hear a " Click" sound, indicating that the battery pack has been fixed on
the bike mount, and the key can be removed.

2.4 Remove the battery pack from the battery mount
Step: Turn off the power from the battery pack. And insert the key to turn the lock
head to the direction as shown in the photo below to retract the lock head
holder to remove back. And then, take the battery pack off from the bike
mount.
