Use this inflator with 12V DC systems only. It is for 12 V DC
only, that is equipped with 12V-DC cigarette Lighter Socket Plug,
not the 110V AC plug.
This does not support truck tires, for instance: light duty
truck tires (LT), heavy duty truck tires (HT) or any truck tires.
This can only be used to inflate tires on cars, bikes, sedan and
midsize SUV (Engine size under 3.5 litre). Additional adapters
include needle valve (for basketball, football etc.,), short
cone/long cone adapters (swimming pool accessories, tents etc.,)
Do not disassemble. Do not attempt repairs or modifications.
Refer to qualified service agencies for all service and repairs.
Do not use it if there is damage to the device or wires are
exposed. Do not use this product near flames or explosive
materials or where aerosol products are being used.
Do not use this product in an area where it can fall or be pulled
into water or other liquids, which can lead to electric shock.
Never allow children to operate this inflator. Well it is simple to
use and looks like a toy, but it doesn’t mean it is child friendly.
Close supervision is necessary when this inflator is being used
near children.
Do not use any tools or attachments without first determining
maximum air pressure for that tool or attachment. Never point
any air nozzle or air sprayer toward another person or any part of
the body.
This product should never be left unattended during use.

instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or

Do not operate this product where oxygen is being
administered. Do not pump anything other than atmospheric air.
Use only in well ventilated areas.
This inflator will become very hot during as well as
immediately after use. Do not touch any part of this inflator with
bare hands other than the ON/OFF switch during and immediately
after use.
This inflator is designed for occasional use only. Operation
over an extended period of time will overheat the unit and
damage the inflator.
Always operate the car tyre inflator at or below the maximum
pressure rating of the inflator. (Refer to Specifications section
of this manual). Operations exceeding maximum pressure ratings
will result in damage to car tyre inflator.
Only operate the car tyre inflator in well ventilated areas.
Inflator performance is enhanced when operating with vehicle
engine running.
Before using the car tyre inflator, inspect the exterior to ensure it
is free from defects. Do not use the car tyre inflator if it is
damaged.
It is strongly recommended that you keep the vehicle’s engine
running while using the car tyre inflator to prevent discharge of
your vehicle’s battery.
Connect the pump only to a 12V DC, 10-15A cigarette lighter;
You may also use a 12V battery charger to power this inflator, but
it must be rated at 10A or more to avoid damage to the inflator
(but not highly recommended).
Do not overinflate tires. High pressure air can cause injury.
Do not use air inflator on high pressure tires such as those used
on large trucks.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Never touch the car tyre inflator or fittings connected to the
inflator other than the ON/OFF switch with bare hands during
or immediately after use. The hose and fittings connected will
become very hot during and after use.
Always make sure the inflator’s power cord is uncoiled and fully
extended to avoid overheating the power cord.
The inflator shut off suddenly after extended use, do not
attempt to restart it.Turn the switch to OFF position, as the
automatic thermal overload protector will automatically reset
when internal temperature drops below safe level.
The portable car tyre inflator is used to inflate tires on cars,
bikes, sedan and midsize SUV. The additional adapters include
needle valve (for basketball, balls), short cone/long cone adapters
(swimming pool accessories, tents and so on).
Other usage apart from this is discouraged. This does not Support
truck tires, for instance: light duty truck tires (LT), heavy duty truck
tires (HT) or any other truck tires.
This is simple to use; Simply plug into a car cigarette lighter plug,
start inflating and turn off the unit manually once the desired
pressure has been reached.
This can inflate a standard tire (fully) in 3-5 minutes.
It has a compact size for easy storage, can easily be held with one
hand. It really doesn't take up any space at all.
It has two switch positions, to illuminate and a bright LED flash
light so you won't have trouble seeing what you're doing with
your tire during night-time or when you're working in a shadowy
garage or something, also to aware other vehicles from a distance
to avoid any sort of hazards.
The product also has an overheat protection, which automatically
shuts off the inflator when it overloads.

Remove all packing materials. Make sure the delivery contents
are complete and free of any damage. If you find that parts are
missing or show damage, do not use the product but contact your
dealer. Using an incomplete or damaged product represents a
hazard to people and property.
Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed for
assembly and operation.

Remove the valve cover from the tire you want to pump up.
Make sure valve from the car tyre inflator is unlocked (the thump
latch from the valve should be pulled open to unlock and if the
thumb latch is up against the hose then locked)
Place the valve from the inflator onto the air valve of the tire. It
should slip firmly into place over the threaded tip of the valve.
Push down on the thumb latch on the inflator's valve to lock into
place.
Connect the car cigarette lighter adapter of the inflator to the
cigarette adapter of the car. (some cars may need to be turned on
for the cigarette lighter to have power, so make sure that the
engine is running)
Make sure the inflator is sitting on a flat surface
Turn ON the switch of the inflator and it will start pumping air
into the tire.
To illuminate/turn flashlight on, simply press the light switch to
required positions.
Always monitor the inflator and the tire as air is being pumped.
Check the air pressure gauge on the inflator to monitor the status
of the tire.
Once the gauge reaches the recommended tire pressure, turn OFF
the inflator.
Uncouple the inflator's valve from the tire and replace the tires
valve cover.

WARNING! Unless directions are followed, physical injury or
property damage may result. When using the compressor, never
leave it unattended.

Select the suitable adapter or nozzle provided with the product
and insert it into the connector.
Insert adapter into valve to be inflated. Plug power cord into
cigarette lighter receptacle. Turn ON the switch.
When proper pressure is reached, turn off switch, unplug power
cord. Remove adapter from inflated article and remove adapter
from connector.
This car tyre inflator is equipped with permanently lubricated,
maintenance-free motor. Never try to lubricate the inflator.
Regularly clean dust and dirt from inflator cooling fins and motor
housing.
All repairs should be performed by manufacturer or authorized
service agencies only.
Keep the product clean. Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive
or other aggressive detergents or disinfectants to clean this
product as they might be harmful to its surfaces. Clean the
product with a dry cloth.
Always store the product in a place that is inaccessible to
children. We recommend using the original package (a pouch bag
is available with the product) for storage or covering the product
with a suitable cloth or enclosure to protect it against dust.

Suspected malfunctions are often due to causes that the users can
fix themselves, therefore check the product using this section.
