Mains Plug or Direct plug-in adapter is used as disconnect
device and it should remain readily operable during intended
use. In order to disconnect the apparatus from the mains
completely, the Mains Plug or Direct plug-in adapter should
be disconnected from the mains socket outlet completely.

Setup
Using the Adjustable Stand
1. Press the Stand Release Switch on the back of the dock to extend the Adjustable
Stand out from the dock.
The Adjustable Stand will extend out and lock into multiple positions allowing for the
optimal viewing angle.
2. The Adjustable Stand can be rotated 90˚ allowing you to place the dock in portrait or
landscape mode.

Docking an iPad
Playing Music from a Docked iPad
Playing Video from a Docked iPad
1. When docking an iPad, attach the
included Rubber Spacers to the Dock
as needed to provide support for the
iPad.
2. Connect the iPad to the connector
inside the Dock for iPad.
3. When the dock is plugged in, using AC
power, the docked iPad will charge.
1. Follow the instructions for Docking an
iPad.
2. Press the Power/Play/Pause button to
power on the Dock for iPad.
3. Press the Power/Play/Pause button to
begin playing music from the docked
iPad.
4. Use the Volume buttons on the Dock
for iPad to adjust the volume.
1. Follow the instructions for Docking an
iPad.
2. Press the Power/Play/Pause button to
power on the Dock for iPad.
3. Adjust the Video Source switch on the
back of the Dock for iPad to “iPad”.
When playing videos through the
Composite Video Output, adjust the
Video Source switch to “TV”.
4. Use the Videos App on your iPad to
play and control your videos.
5. Use the Volume buttons on the Dock
for iPad to adjust the volume.

Using the Composite Video Output
Requires an RCA composite video cable
(not included)
1. Connect the RCA composite video
cable to the Composite Video Output
on the Dock for iPad and a composite
video input on a television.
2. Adjust the Video Source switch on the
back of the Dock for iPad to “TV”.
When playing videos directly on the
docked iPad, adjust the Video Source
switch to “iPad”.
3. Videos played from the docked iPad
will now play on the connected
television.

3.5mm Audio Input
Using the 3.5mm Audio Input
Requires a 3.5mm audio cable
(not included)
1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable to the
3.5mm Audio Input on the Dock for
iPad and an audio output on an MP3
player or other audio source.
2. When the 3.5mm audio cable is
connected, the Dock for iPad will
automatically switch to Line In mode.
Disconnect the 3.5mm audio cable to
switch from Line In mode to iPad mode.
3. Use the native controls on the
connected MP3 player or other audio
source to play and control audio
played through the Dock for iPad.
