Quick Installation Guide
2. Before you start, please ensure you
have:
• An Amazon account. Visit hps://
alexa.amazon.com to create an Amazon
Account if you do not have one currently.
• SIP account credenals. These credenals can
be obtained either from your VoIP service
provider or your IT team, if you do not have
them already.
• Mobile phone on the same WiFi network as
the one the BuddyTalk device will use.
3. Download and install the InnoMedia
BuddyTalk Setup App from the Google
Play Store or the iOS App Store onto your mo-
bile phone.

4. Power on the device and wait a minute or
so unl you see an orange rotang Ring LED
on the device.
5. Use the BuddyTalk Setup App to guide you
through the following three stages:
• WiFi Setup *
• Amazon Setup
• SIP Telephony Setup
*If you would like to use Ethernet, connect the Ethernet
cable (provided) to the WAN port of the device and the
other end to your network router.

6. Once BuddyTalk setup is complete, you
should be able to:
• Ask simple quesons such as: “Alexa,
what me is it?”
• Make calls: “Alexa, call [number]” or
“Alexa, call [name]”
• Answer an incoming call: “Alexa,
answer call”
• Hang up a call: “Alexa, hang up”
• Connect a POTS phone to the PHONE
connector at the back of the unit and
dial the number you wish to call.
