remember toapplythethermalconductivitycompound ontheCPU.

1. TheDIMM slothas anotch, sothe DIMMmemory modulecan onlyfit inone direction.
2. Insertthe DIMMmemorymodulevertically into theDIMM slot.Thenpush it down.
3. Closethe plastic clip at both edges of theDIMM slots to lock the DIMM module.
4. DIMM must be populated in order starting at the nearest slot from the ATX power.
Each logical DIMM must be made of two identical DIMMs having the same device size on
each and the same DIMM size.
5.Reversetheinstallation steps when you wishto removethe DIMM module.

GS-SR168 provides expansion riser slot for one PCI-X 64/66MHz slot; and one with PCI-E
x8slot.Toinstalltheperipheral,pleasegothroughthefollowingsteps.
Note!!BeforeinstallingthePCIexpansioncard,pleasecheckthecard sizelimitation.Sizelimitation
for PCI-X height is 203.4 mm x 95 mm.
Step1 Lifttheriserbracketslightly,then pullitoutfromthe serverchassis.
Step2 Aligntheexpansioncardwiththeguidinggroove.Slidetheexpansioncardintotheslotuntil
thecard firmlyseats.
Step3 Aligntheriserbracketto thesystemmodule(seethearrow directionmark1),andpush
ittolockedposition.
Step4 Reverse Step 1 & 2 to lock the riser bracket firmly. Installation completed.
