BOARD FALL CONFIGURATIONS:
1. BOARD FALL: kit includ s Board Fall, Mounting Hardwar (4 scr ws), 8’ & 4” of 1/2” Fl x PVC Pip , 1-Union
2. BOARD FALL-L: kit includ s Board Fall parts PLUS LED Lights Ass mbl d (RGB), Color Controll r, 35’ of
Wir (10’ on unit – 25’ on controll r), Coupl r. NOTE: No transformer is provided.*
STEP 1: INSTALL BOARD FALL WATER FEATURE ON T7 BOARD:
If purchas d, attach th optional wat rfall ass mbly to th und rsid of th T7™ diving board as follows:
IMPORTANT: To keep the BOARD FALL from cloggi g whe i stalli g o a Sa d Filter System, a i -li e
cartridge filter is recomme ded o the BOARD FALL water supply li e.
A) Th c nt r (c ntral) rib on th und rsid of th diving board is hollow and is capp d at th factory. R mov th
cap from front of th c nt r rib xposing th hollow chann l.
B) Th BOARD FALL com s from th factory with an 8' l ngth of 1/2" fl x PVC pip attach d. Th 8' l ngth
go s thru th board and attach s with PVC glu to on sid of th 1/2" union. Th 4" l ngth of fl x PVC
pip attach s with PVC glu to th stub-up and th n to th oth r sid of th 1/2" union.
C) If purchas d, your BOARD FALL wat rfall com s with an optional pr -wir d, factory install d LED lighting
syst m. Simply thr ad th wiring attach d to your wat rfall lighting syst m down th conduit in th c ntral
rib on th board along sid th 1/2” PVC tubing.
TIP: You may find it simpl r to put nd of wir into nd of hos or tap th wiring to th nd of th 1/2”
fl x PVC and thr ad th m thru th conduit at on tim .
Th LED lighting syst m com s with 10’ of wir attach d to th LED which go s through th board
and attach s to th coupl r, th additional 25’ of wiring attach s to th coupl r and th n pass s
through th custom r install d conduit to th color controll r.

g ntly pull th nd of th tubing until th wat rfall ass mbly is pull d g ntly but snugly against th nd of
th c nt r rib.
E) Attach th wat rfall unit to th Diving Board by ins rting th 4 provid d scr ws thru th pre-drilled hol s in
th wat rfall ass mbly; hand tight n only (DO NOT USE SCREW GUN), ov r tight ning th scr ws will
caus th m to strip insid th board or br ak th wat rfall housing, and voids th warranty.
*WARNING: Do not attach th color controll r dir ctly to 110V, th LED lighting is a low voltag syst m
r quiring a transform r (not includ d) to provid pow r to th color controll r. Int r-Fab r comm nds th
Int rmatic PX100 transform r. If th Int rmatic PX100 is not utiliz d th color controll r Input Rating is:
12 VAC, 1.7 Amp 60/50HZ. Exceedi g the i put rati g will severely damage the color co troller
a d void the warra ty.

D) Mark th hol locations for attaching th BOARD FALL unit to th board.
For a Duro-Beam aquaBoard™:Locat th BOARD FALL unit flush to th nd of th BOARD FALL r c iv r.
(Fig. D) Us a mark r or p ncil to mark through th BOARD FALL hol s onto th board. Pull BOARD FALL
unit slightly out of r c iv r. (Fig. E) Using a 1/8” drill bit, drill th 4 hol s 1/2” d p. Us tap to mark th
drill bit d pth. IMPORTANT: Do not drill the holes deeper than 1/2” as there is a risk o drilling all
the way through the board.
For a Edge aquaBoard™:Locat th BOARD FALL unit all th way to th back of th BOARD FALL r c iv r.

th 4 hol s 1/2” d p. Us tap to mark th drill bit d pth. IMPORTANT: Do not drill the holes deeper
