For optimal mounting and charging, please follow the detailed instructions
within this manual when using the Auto Sense Wireless Charging Mount.
iOttie is not liable for possible damages due to product misuse.
Critical Information
Mounting at a perpendicular angle
to the mount works best with the
proximity sensor.
If mounting at an angle, phone will
need to be very close to sensor for
arms to open.
Smartphone cases
Reflective smartphone cases work best. Dark colored or textured cases do
not reflect light well, making it dicult for the proximity sensor to detect the
phone. If using a dark colored or textured case, the phone will have to be very
close to mount for arms to open automatically.
Compatibility
The Auto Sense is compatible with all Qi-enabled smartphones including
Google, Apple, & Samsung devices. (Qi charging speed is dependent on the
phone make and model.)
Qi Wireless Charging in Vehicle
Use the included iOttie car charger and micro USB cable. If you use a third
party car charger, ensure that it is Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or above.

Installation
A. Connect the Mount Cradle with
the Ball Joint.
B. Then, tighten the Cradle Knob.

Choose an installation method: Dashboard/Flat Surface (A) or Windshield (B).

Dashboard or Flat Surface Installation
Choose an area on a flat surface on the vehicle’s dashboard and wipe any
dust or debris from the surface. Prior to mounting product, we recommend
surface and product be above 40°F.

Using the Auto Sense Mechanism
Once it is unplugged or car is turned o, the Auto Sense’s internal battery
keeps a charge for up to one hour.
Adjusting the Mount
Foot Knob
Out of box, the foot knob is set to
regular sized phones. Foot will need
to be adjusted for plus sized phones
or cases with thicker bottoms.
Telescopic Knob
Located on top of Telescopic Arm,
loosen to extend the arm, and
tighten to secure distance.
Pivot Knob
Located on the side of the Mount
Base, turning allows you to pivot
telescopic arm. Tighten to secure
position.
2. Once phone is placed in mount,
arms will automatically close after
one second. Qi wireless charging
will start immediately.
Buttons under the light on both sides
of device can also open
and close the arms. One or both
buttons can be pressed.

second when phone is detected in
front of Proximity Sensor on mount.
• The Auto Sense is powered via a
micro-USB cable and coil cell battery.
There is no on/o switch on the device.
Once it is plugged in, the device will
remain on unless the vehicle shuts o

The Qi Receiver Coil is usually located in the center area of the phone. Check
with your phone's manufacturer for Qi coil location. Below are some examples
for commonly used phones.
Qi Alignment Guide
For larger/plus phones or larger cases, knob on mount will need to be
adjusted as indicated by laser etching on back for proper alignment
with Qi coils.
The Qi coil on the mount is located at the top, above the iOttie logo.
Please follow the guide below to line up your phone with the device for
an optimal wireless charging.

proche du support pour que les bras s’ouvrent automatiquement.

Le « Auto Sense » ore une charge rapide sans fil 4 tous les smartphones
compatibles avec Qi (la vitesse Qi dépend de la marque et du modéle du
téléphone).

Une fois que le mécanisme de détection automatique est débranché ou que
la voiture est allumée, la batterie interne de ce mécanisme garde une charge
pendant une période allant jusqu’à une heure

Guide d’alignement des Qi
La bobine du récepteur Qi est généralement située dans la partie centrale
du téléphone. Consultez le fabricant de votre téléphone pour connaître
l’emplacement de la bobine Qi.
Pour les téléphones plus grandes ou les étuis plus larges, le bouton sur le
support devra être réglé comme indiqué par les marques qui apparaissent
sur le dos pour arriver à un bon alignement avec les bobines Qi.
La bobine Qi sur le support se situe en haut, au-dessus du logo iOttie.
Veuillez suivre le guide suivant pour aligner votre téléphone avec le
dispositif pour un chargement sans fil optimal.

Informazioni Critiche
Per sfruttare al meglio il sensore
di prossimità, montare ad una
angolazione perpendicolare alla
montaturar.
Se montato con un’angolatura, le
braccia si apriranno solo se il telefono
è molto vicino al sensore.
Custodie smartphone
Le custodie che riflettono la luce sono le più adatte. Le custodie ruvide o di
colore scuro, non riflettendo bene la luce, rendono dicile la rilevazione del
telefono da parte del Sensore di Prossimità. Se si usa una custodia scura o
ruvida, le braccia si apriranno automaticamente solo se il telefono è molto vicino
alla montatura.
Compatibilità
Compatibili per ricarica veloce wireless con Google, Apple & Samsung.
Auto Sense permette una ricarica wireless veloce di tutti gli smartphone con
tecnologia Qi (la velocita Qi dipende dalla marca e dal modello di telefono).

Usare il Meccanismo Auto Sense
Una volta staccato, o se la macchina è accesa, la batteria interna dell’Auto
Sense mantiene la carica per un massimo di un’orar.

Il pomello del piede, alla vendita, è
posizionato per telefoni di normali
dimensioni. Il piede dovrà essere
regolato per telefoni particolarmente
grandi o custodie più spesse.

2. Una volta che il telefono viene
posizionato sulla montatura, le
braccia si chiuderanno dopo un
secondo. La carica Qi Wireless
inizierà immediatamente.

La bobina del ricevitore del Qi si trova di solito nella parte centrale del telefono.
Verifica con il produttore del telefono la posizione della bobina Qi. Di seguito

Guida di allineamento della Qi
Per telefoni o custodie più grandi, il pomello della montatura deve
essere regolato come da segni sul retro, in modo da avere il perfetto
allineamento con le bobine Qi.
Ti consigliamo vivamente di utilizzare la guida per il posizionamento
inclusa per posizionare la piastra metallica nella parte inferiore dello
smartphone o della custodia in modo da poter ricevere una carica ottimale.

Befolgen Sie für einen optimalen Einbau die detaillierten Anweisungen in
diesem Handbuch, wenn Sie das Auto Sense verwenden. iOttie haftet nicht
für mögliche Schäden, die auf Grund einer unsachgemäßen Verwendung des
Produkts entstehen.
Kritische Information
Die Montage in einem senkrechten
Winkel zur Halterung funktioniert am
besten mit dem Näherungssensor.
Wenn das Smartphone in einem
Winkel montiert werden soll, muss es
sich sehr nahe am Sensor befinden,
damit sich die Arme önen können.
Smartphone-Hüllen
Reflektierende Smartphone-Hüllen funktionieren am besten. Bei Verwendung
einer dunkel gefärbten oder strukturierten Hülle muss sich das Smartphone
sehr nahe an der Halterung befinden, damit sich die Arme automatisch önen
können.
Kompatibilität
Kompatibel mit Google, Apple und Samsung kabellosen Schnellladern. Das
Auto Sense bietet kabelloses Schnellladen fur alle Qi-fahigen Smartphones
(die Qi-Geschwindigkeit hangt von der Marke und dem Modell des Telefons ab).
Aufladen im Fahrzeug mit Qi Wireless
Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte iOttie-Autoladegerät und das Micro-USB-Kabel.
Wenn Sie ein Autoladegerät eines Drittanbieters verwenden, stellen Sie sicher,

Verwendung des Auto Sense-
Mechanismus
Sobald die Vorrichtung vom Stromnetz getrennt oder das Auto gestartet wird,
ist der interne Akku von Auto Sense ungefähr eine Stunde lang geladen.
2. Sobald das Smartphone in der
Halterung platziert ist, schließen
sich nach einer Sekunde die Arme
automatisch. Das drahtlose Qi-
Laden beginnt sofort.
Die Tasten auf beiden Seiten der
Vorrichtung können die Arme ebenfalls
önen und schließen. Es können eine oder
beide Tasten gedrückt werden.

önen sich automatisch für eine
Sekunde über einen leisen
Schrittmotor, wenn das Smartphone
vom Näherungssensor der
Halterung erkannt wird.
*Die Stromversorgung von Auto Sense erfolgt

verfügt über keinen Ein-/Ausschalter. Nach
dem Einstecken bleibtdie Vorrichtung
eingeschaltet, esseidenn, dasFahrzeug
schaltetsich im Parkmodusaus.

Die Qi-Empfängerspule befindet sich in der Regel im mittleren Bereich des
Telefons. Informieren Sie sich beim Hersteller Ihres Mobiltelefons über die
Position der Qi-Spule.
Qi-Ausrichtungshilfe
Bei größeren (Plus)-Smartphones oder größeren Hüllen muss der Knopf an
der Halterung entsprechend der Markierung auf der Rückseite eingestellt
werden, um eine korrekte Ausrichtung mit den Qi-Spulen zu gewährleisten.
Bitte der untenstehenden Anleitung folgen, um das Smartphone mit der
Vorrichtung für eine optimale drahtlose Ladung auszurichten.

Información Importante
El sensor de proximidad funciona
mejor si el soporte está montado en
ángulo perpendicular.
Si se lo monta en ángulo, el teléfono
deberá estar muy cerca del sensor
para que los brazos se abran.

Fundas para teléfonos
Las fundas reflectivas para teléfonos son las que mejor funcionan. Las fundas
oscuras o con textura no reflejan bien la luz y le hacen más difícil al sensor
de proximidad detectar el teléfono. Si usa una funda oscura o con textura, el
teléfono deberá estar muy cerca del soporte para que los brazos se abran de
manera automática.
Compatibilidad
Compatible con carga inalambrica de Google, Apple y Samsung.
El Auto Sense ofrece carga rapida inalambrica para todos los teléfonos
inteligentes habilitados para carga Qi (la velocidad de Qi depende de
la marca y modelo del teléfono).
Carga inalámbrica en el vehículo
Utilice el cargador de coche iOttie incluido y el cable micro USB. Si utiliza
un cargador de coche de terceros, asegúrese de que sea Qualcomm Quick
Charge 2.0 o superior.

Instalación
1. Colocación del soporte

Elija un área en una superficie plana en el tablero del vehículo
y limpie todo el polvo o residuos de la misma.
