Before installation
1. Before you install your iseeBell, you need to prepare a drill, a
crosshead screwdriver, a flat screwdriver, fixing screws and sockets.
We do not provide these tools.
2. Pleas do not install iseeBell on the metal frame or metal surface.
3. Pleas keep iseeBell away from the heat or humid sources, such
as heating radiators, kitchen etc.
4. Operation voltage: AC/DC 9-24V/1A
5. Please do not expose the camera in the sunlight
User registration/Login
Registration and Login Touch “+” to add iseeBell device
Download the latest iseeBell APP from App Store or Google Play. Connect to the power 4.Make sure outdoor camera and
smart phone connect to the same Wi-Fi.
The iseeBell outdoor camera will stay idle when no motion is detected.
When a motion within 3 meters is detected by the PIR motion sensor,
outdoor camera will be activated and the icon will flash. The motion
will trigger iseeBell outdoor camera to automatically take one or a few
snapshots. These photos will be saved on Cloud storage, meanwhile, users
will receive a push notification on their smart phones. Users can view these
photos from the iseeBell App, or they can watch a live streaming from the
camera.
When a visitor touches the Call icon , the indoor chime will ring, and
the outdoor camera will take a photo of the visitor. Users will receive a Call-
in notification on their smart phones with the option to live chat with the
visitor or hang up.

Pair Indoor Chime with iseeBell Outdoor Camera
Errors may occur during pairing

1. Indoor Chime is for indoor use only.
2. Do not install the Outdoor Camera on the metal surface or the UPVC door
frame. Otherwise, the working range of the equipment will be shortened.
3. Do not expose devices to rain or water.
4. Keep away from heat sources or fire.

Troubleshooting
Problem
Total can not
work -Power disconnected.
- Check whether the DC power adapter or AC wire
connect well.
-Check whether the wire connect to the right
terminal as required.
-Check whether the wireless router power on.
-Restart wireless router.
-If the network is faulty, pls contact with your
network provider.
Possible causes Solution
1. Plug in the Indoor Chime to an electrical outlet (100-240V) and press the
Paring button on the Indoor Chime. Then touch the on the Outdoor
Camera. Once the Indoor Chime rings, pairing is complete.
2.If you have more than one Indoor Chime to pair:
a. Power off the Outdoor Camera.
b.Power on the Outdoor Camera again, you need to wait for 30 seconds,
then press the pairing button on the second Indoor Chime. Once the second
Indoor Chime rings, pairing is completed. You will need to do the same
processes for your other Indoor Chimes.
3. When Indoor Chime is under signal interference, it will ring without any
operation.
Please unplug the Indoor Chime, and it will automatically reboot and
reset to factory default.
Re-plug the Indoor Chime and re-do the pairing.
reboot and reset to factory default.Please re-connect the power supply
with indoor chime, outdoor camera and indoor chime will enter into
Paring registration mode.
Errors may occur during pairing:
1. Please check if the Indoor Chime is completely plugged in.
2. Please check if the Indoor Chime is located beyond the remote-control
distance from your Outdoor Camera. The remote-control distance is 100
meters/330ft (without any block).
iseeBell APP introduction
1 .When the Outdoor Camera powers on, icon will be blue.
2.When driver is successfully loaded, blue light will be off after 30 seconds.
3.Press RESET to configure WIFI, blue light will flash in a fast pace
during configuration.
4.After connected to WIFI, the blue light will flash in a slow pace.
5.When Outdoor Camera successfully connects to server, icon will be blue.
6.Once PIR is activated, the icon will flash with blue light.
7.When a visitor touches the Touch button , the icon will flash for 75
seconds.
8.When the Outdoor Camera fails to connect to the network. icon will be
white.
