
Troubleshooting
If the Charger isn't working properly:
Check that the charger's plug is firmly inserted into your
vehicle's power socket.
Check that the blue USB port light is lit to ensure that the
chargeris receiving power.
Check that your charging cords are firmly connected, both to
the car charger and to your devices.
Caution
Always Unplug the charger from the power source when
charger is not in use.
Be aware that when using with 24V socket, the charger's DC
output is also 24V.
Do not plug in the charger prior to starting your car.
Do not place the charger on heated seats or against other
heat sources.
Do not expose the power cord, plug or any part of the device
to liquid.
Do not cut, forcefully pull or bend the power cord.
Do not use the power cord if the cord, plug or socket itself
has come loose.
Do not attempt to replace any part of the charger on your
own.
