The KW-NX7000 and KD-NX5000 feature a

built-in RDS-TMC tuner for important real-time

trafﬁc updates. Working directly through the

vehicle’s existing antenna, there is no need to

purchase additional equipment. RDS Technology

has been used in many vehicles, and for

navigation, this same data network provides

on-screen trafﬁc information such as:

layers and artist/song information are shown on

the stereo’s LCD Display.

All high-speed song access is easily controlled

digitally into the stereo’s USB Port which

eliminates loss in sound quality during the

transfer phase.

2) JVC’s High grade D/A converter internally

converts the signal to analog before the

ampliﬁcation stage resulting in better sound

reproduction and less noise in the ﬁnal

output signal.

HD Radio®is a Digital technology that allows a radio station to

transmit more information in the same radio wave, enabling

higher quality sound and additional content. HD Radio®

technology makes AM Stations have FM Station-like sound

quality, while FM Stations are broadcast with CD-like

sound quality.

Unlike typical FM or AM transmission, HD Radio®has crystal

clear reception with low noise and no audio distortion.

More content, More listening options with Multicasting

Multicasting allows more channels to be accessed from your

radio dial. HD Radio®multicast channels can be listened to

only by an HD Radio®enabled stereo such as the KD-AHD39.

These “Stations In Between the Stations” contain additional

format options, music genre and talk radio options, and even

experimental formats that have, until now, never been heard

through other radio broadcast mediums.

How Does It Work?

HD Radio

technology works like a more advanced analog

radio transmission:

•The radio station sends out the analog and digital radio signals,

along with a third signal for text data.

•The digital signal is compressed before being transmitted.

•The three-layered signal is transmitted from the radio station's

upgraded digital transmitter.

•Multipath interference,

caused by the signal

reﬂecting off of buildings, is

ignored by the digital radio,

which is able to discern

the true signal and ignore

interference.

•Your radio receives the signal

and, depending on your

equipment, you hear either

the digital or analog feed.

Arsenal’s stack design, smooth cosmetics, high-grade components, and easy-

to-use controls are all coupled in a package that is backed by a full two-year

warranty. Each ampliﬁer has the same frame size, so up to three ampliﬁers can

be stacked vertically, while still maintaining access to the adjustment controls on

each amp. Stack-mounting uses less space and creates a unique look to every

custom installation. Every top-mounted control dial is large and easy to adjust,

without the need to use additional tools for tuning. Power and speaker terminals

are also hidden, gold-plated, and angled for improved wire management

and power transfer. Even the Arsenal badge can be inverted for back seat or

subwoofer box mounting.

At the core of these ampliﬁers are Pulse-Width Modulation Regulated

MOS-FET Power supplies, which deliver a more consistent power supply

and ensure that maximum power output and clarity are achieved, even if the

input power is unstable. Arsenal Mono ampliﬁers also feature Low-Pass and

Subsonic ﬁlters, as well as a Variable Bass Boost for more speciﬁc low-end

response and control. Each 2-CH and 4-CH amp also features both variable

Low and High-Pass ﬁlters for even greater system ﬂexibility. The AR7501D

and AR7001 can even be connected to a Wired Bass Boost Remote Control

Kit (optional), which provides level control from the front seat of the vehicle.

Transfers heat away from the voice coil to the woofer’s aluminum basket by connecting the

motor structure to the basket using a layer of heat transfer silicon. The aluminum basket

acts like a radiator for the T3 process providing the best protection against an overheated
