PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Before you start:
1.Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the
product
2.Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of
use
3.Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly
4.Always read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning assembly.
5.Keep all hardware parts and packaging out of reach of small children.
6.Do not over tighten the screws and bolts as this may damage the threads
7.Assembly is to be carried out by a competent adult(s) ONLY
8.During assembly, children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk to
injury.
9.Do not use this item if any components are missing or damaged.
10.Please keep the instructions for future reference.

STEP 1:
•Prepare a protected surface with a blanket or cardboard.
•Attach the 4x feet(10) to the headboard(1) and footboard(2), as
shown below. Use 1x bolt(C) and washer(F) per feet, Fasten with
M8 allen key(J) .
STEP 2:
•Prepare a protected surface with a blanket or cardboard.
•Align the siderail (3) & (4) / (5) & (6), using 1x bolt (E) and
washer (F). Fasten with M6 allen key (I)

STEP 3:
•Align the siderail support leg (11) to the siderail panel, using 4x
bolt (D) and fasten with M6 allen key (I).
•Align the holes, using 2x bolt (L) and washer (F), Fully tighten
with M6 allen key (I)

STEP 5:
•Align the 2xcentre rail (7) & (8),conect with centre support leg
(12). Using 2x bolt (B),washer (F),Hex nut (G) fasten with M8
allen key (J) and spanner (K)
•Attach support leg (13) to the centre rail as shown. Using 1x bolt
(B), washer (F) and fasten with M8 allen key (J).
STEP 4:
•Connect the siderail right(3) and siderail left (6) to the
headboard / siderail right (4) and siderail left (5) to the
footboard. Secure with 3x bolt(A), spring washer(H) and
washer(F) per corner. Fasten with M8 allen key(J).
•Repeat for the other side rail.

STEP 6:
•Align the centre rail to the headboard and footboard, using 4x
bolt (A),spring washer(H) and washer(F). Fasten with M8 allen
key(J).
•Attach the centre cross rail(9) to the sideral left & right, as
shown below. Thread 1x bolt(C) and 2x washer(F) per side from
the top, and lock with Hex nut(G) . Fasten with M8 allen key(J)
and hold the nut with a spanner(K).
STEP 7:
•Attach an end cap(15) onto every slat, 1 per slat(14).
•Take 2x slats and cup the non capped end into either side of the
centre cap(16). Form 16x slat pairs.
•Attach the slat pairs to the bed as shown below. Push the caps
into the holes.
8Assembly Is Complete

PRODUCT CARE:
FURNITURE / BED
1. When assembling your furniture / bed please ensure that you have
checked the contents for all relevant parts.
2. When tightening bolts make sure that they are fully tightened but not
forced.
3. When moving your fully assembled bed you must first remove the
mattress and lift the frame into position, take care when lifting and
always have two people handling the bed. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG THE
BED as this will cause damage to the rail.
4. It is advisable to use approved cleaning products when cleaning the
furniture and bed frame as certain chemical based cleaners could have
an adverse effect on the bed finish.
