ISTRUZIONI FERRO A VAPORE
• Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo, leggere attentamente
le istruzioni a conservarle in un luogo sicuro
• L'apparecchio può essere usato da bambini di età
superiore
• a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali o senza esperienza
o conoscenza del prodotto se supervisionati
o se hanno ricevuto istruzioni sull'uso sicuro
dell'apparecchio e ne abbiano compreso i possibili
pericoli correlati.
• I bambini non devono giocare con l'apparecchio.
• Pulizia e manutenzione possono essere e󰀨ettuate

assicurarsi che la supercie di appoggio sia stabile.
• Non trasportare il ferro utilizzando il cavo di
alimentazione. Non utilizzare il cavo come manico.
Non tirare il cavo in alcun modo. Non chiudere
alcuna porta sopra il cavo. Non tirare il cavo lungo
bordi o angoli acuminati. Tenere il cavo lontano da
superci caratterizzate da temperature elevate.
• Non utilizzare il ferro in caso di caduta accidentale e
in presenza di segni di danneggiamento o di perdite.
AVVERTENZE PER IL PRIMO UTILIZZO
DELL'APPARECCHIO:
• Poiché le superci del ferro sono lubricate, durante
il primo utilizzo dell'apparecchio potrebbe vericarsi
la fuoriuscita di una leggera quantità di fumo. Questo
fenomeno scompare dopo alcuni istanti.
• Prima di utilizzare il ferro per la prima volta,
rimuovere qualsiasi adesivo o foglio di alluminio
protettivo dalla suola metallica. Pulire la suola
metallica con un panno so󰀩ce.
• Evitare di danneggiare la suola metallica a

CARICAMENTO DELL'ACQUA
• Assicurarsi che il ferro sia scollegato dalla corrente elettrica e che la
manopola del termostato sia impostata su MIN. Posizionare il ferro sul
tallone d'appoggio, inclinandolo in avanti no a formare un angolo di
circa 45° e versare dell'acqua nella bocchetta di riempimento, no a
raggiungere il livello MAX indicato nel serbatoio.
STIRATURA A SECCO
• Impostare il selettore del vapore su "O" (senza vapore).
• Impostare la temperatura di stiratura specicata sull'etichetta di lavaggio
del capo da stirare.

• Versare dell'acqua nel serbatoio in base a quanto descritto nelle presenti
istruzioni.
• Collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
• Per la stiratura a vapore, è necessario impostare la manopola del
termostato su MAX. In caso contrario, potrebbe vericarsi una
fuoriuscita di acqua dalla suola metallica.
• Lo spegnimento della spia indica il raggiungimento del valore di
temperatura corretto.
• Impostare correttamente il selettore di vapore. È possibile incrementare
il getto di vapore spingendo l'apposito selettore all'indietro a diminuirlo
spingendo il pulsante in avanti.
• Attenzione: non utilizzare la stiratura a vapore su tessuti sintetici, in nylon,
in seta a in seta sintetica. Questa tecnica di stiratura potrebbe infatti
danneggiare la nitura delle superci.
STIRATURA A VAMPATE DI VAPORE
• Questa modalità di stiratura è ideate per pieghe ostinate a tessuti pesanti.
Premere il pulsante scoppiare per far fuoriuscire un'intensa vampata
dalla suola metallica. Questa tecnica si rivela particolarmente utile per la
rimozione delle pieghe più ostinate. Il funzionamento a vampate di vapore
può essere utilizzato esclusivamente per stirature a elevate temperature.
Per evitare la fuoriuscita di acqua dalla suola metallica, non premere il
pulsante scoppiare continuativamente per più di 5 secondi e attendere
almeno un minuto prima di applicare un'altra vampata di vapore sulla
stessa area.
VAPORE VERTICALE
• È possibile produrre una vampata di vapore anche tenendo il ferro in
posizione verticale. Questo tipo di Stiratura è utile per la rimozione di
pieghe da abiti appesi, tende, ecc.
METODI DI VAPORIZZAZIONE
• Dopo aver impostato il valore di temperatura desiderato, è possibile
inumidire il capo stirato premendo il pulsante di nebulizzazione un paio di
volte. Assicurarsi che nel serbatoio sia presente una quantità su󰀩ciente di
acqua.
PULIZIA AUTOMATICA
• Utilizzare la funzione di pulizia automatica una volta ogni due settimane.
Se l'acqua delta propria zona è particolarmente dura (ad esempio, se
dalla suola metallica fuoriescono cristalli di calcare durante la stiratura),
utilizzare con maggiore frequenza la funzione di pulizia automatica.
Assicurarsi che l'apparecchio sia scollegato dalla corrente, impostare
il selettore del vapore su 110", riempire il serbatoio di acqua no a

raggiungere il livello MAX (non versare aceto o altri detergenti nel
serbatoio),selezionare la temperatura di stiratura massima, collegare la
spina alla presa di corrente, scollegare il ferro quando la spia si spegne,
posizionare l'apparecchio sul lavandino, quindi e premere e tenere
premuto il pulsante delta pulizia automatica scuotendo delicatamente
il ferro verso l'alto e verso il basso. Il vapore e l'acqua in ebollizione
fuoriusciranno dalla suola metallica insieme a eventuali depositi e cristalli
di calcare.
• Quando il serbatoio si svuota, rilasciare il pulsante delta pulizia
automatica. Ripetere il processo di pulizia automatica se nel ferro è
ancora presente una quantità eccessiva di depositi. In seguito al processo
di pulizia automatica, collegare la spina alla presa di corrente a far
riscaldare il ferro no a far asciugare completamente la suola metallica.
Una volta raggiunta la temperatura di stiratura desiderata, scollegare il
ferro dalla presa di corrente e passare delicatamente l'apparecchio caldo
su un pezzo di sto󰀨a usato per rimuovere eventuali macchie di acqua
formatesi sulla suola metallica. Prima di conservarlo, lasciar ra󰀨reddare
completamente il ferro.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE:
• Prima di pulire il ferro, scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente, svuotare
completamente il serbatoio dell'acqua, impostare la manopola del vapore
su "O", posizionare il ferro sul tallone d'appoggio e lasciarlo ra󰀨reddare.
• Stronare la suola metallica con un panno so󰀩ce e un detergente non
abrasivo (liquido).
• Se sulla suola metallica rimangono attaccate delle bre, pulirla utilizzando
un panno inumidito con aceto.
• Non utilizzare mai acidi corrosivi o alcali sulla suola metallica per evitare di
danneggiarla.
• In caso di ostruzione dei fori di erogazione dovuta al calcare, utilizzare
uno stuzzicadenti ma fare attenzione a non danneggiare la supercie della
suola metallica.

• Read the instructions carefully before use and keep it
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8

safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• The appliance is not intended to be operated by

SAFETY LNSTRUCTIONS

Make sure the iron is unplugged and that the thermostat dial is in the MIN
positi on. Piace the iron on the heel rest, tilting it forward to a 45° angle,
approximately, and pour water in through the water-lling opening, up to the
MAX position on the water reservoir.
DRY LRONING:
Set the steam selector to the "O" position (no steam).
Set the correct ironing temperature as specied on the washing label of the
item to be ironed.
STEAM LRONING:
• Fill the iron with water as described in these instructions.
• Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
• lt is necessary to set the thermostat knob to MAX position for steam
ironing. Otherwise, water may leak from the sole plate.
• When the indicator light goes o󰀨, the correct temperature has been
reached.
• Set the steam selector appropriately. You can increase steam output by
pushing the steam selector backwards, and decrease output by pushing
the selector forwards.
• Caution: You cannot use steam ironing with synthetic fabric, nylon,
synthetic silk and silk. lf you do so, it will damage the nish of the surface.
STEAM BURST:
• This function works well on tough wrinkles and heavy fabrics. Press the
Burst button to produce an intense burst of steam from the sole plate.
This can be very useful for removing stubborn creases. The steam

SELF-CLEANING:
• Use the self-cleaning function once every two weeks. lf the water in your
area is very hard (i.e. if akes come out of the sole plate during ironing),
the self-cleaning function should be used more frequently. Make sure the
appliance is unplugged, set the steam selector to the "O" position, ll the
water reservoir to
• the MAX position(do not put vinegar or other dealing agents in the water
reservoir), select the maximum ironing temperature, put the plug in the
wall socket, unplug the iron when the power indicator lighter has gane out,
hold the iron aver the sink, press and hold the self-cleaning button and
gently shake the iron to and fra. Steam and boiling water will come out of
the sole piate.
• Any deposits and akes will be ushed out tao. Release the
• self-cleaning button as soon as all the water in the reservoir has been
used up. Repeat the self-cleaning process if the iron stilI contains a lot of
deposits. After the self-cleaning process, put the plug in the wall socket
and let the iron heat up to allow the sole plate to dry. Unplug the iron when
it has reached the set ironing temperature and move the hot iron gently
aver a piece of used cloth to remove any water stains that may have
formed on the sole plate. Let the iron cool down before you stare it.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the iron, remove the plug from the socket, pour any remaining
water out of the reservoir, set the steam knob to position "O", stand the iron on
its end and let it cool down su󰀩ciently.
Wipe o󰀨 the sole piate with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive (liquid) cleaner.
lf any bres are clinging to the sole plate, use a damp cloth with vinegar to
wipe the sole plate clean.
Never use strong acid or alkali on the sole plate to avoid damaging it.
lf scale has blocked the steam holes, you can remove the scale with a
toothpick, but take care not to damage the surface of the sole plate.
