Die technischen Daten des digi-
talen Manometers entnehmen
Sie bitte dem entsprechenden
Datenblatt oder den vereinbar-
ten Spezikationen.
Inbetriebnahme und
Funktionen
Das ECO 1 hat zwei Bedien-
tasten. Mit der linken Taste wird
das Gerät eingeschaltet und
dessen Funktionen ausgeführt
(die Funktionen erscheinen auf-
einanderfolgend, solange die
Taste gedrückt bleibt und werden
beim Loslassen der Taste aus-
geführt). Über die rechte Taste
kann zwischen dem Min.- und
Max.-Wert gewechselt werden.
Einschalten:
Ein Druck auf ON/OFF schaltet
das Gerät ein. Das Gerät zeigt
zuerst den werkseitig abge-
glichenen Druckbereich (oben)
und die Softwareversion (Jahr/
Woche). Danach ist das Gerät
betriebs bereit und zeigt im obe-
ren Display den aktuellen Druck,
im unteren Display den zuletzt
gemessenen Max.-Druckwert an.
Das Gerät verfügt über
folgende Funktionen:
RESET:
Min.-/Max.-Wert werden dem
aktuellen Druck gleichgesetzt.
OFF:
Schaltet das Gerät aus.
ZERO:
Setzt einen neuen Druck-Null-
punkt.

The technical data of the digital
manometer can be taken from
the corresponding data sheet or
from the agreed specications.
Turn-On and
Functions
ECO 1 has two operating keys.
The left key is to turn the in-
strument on and to execute its
functions (the functions appear
successively on the display as
long as the key is pressed and
are executed when releasing
the key). The right key is used
to switch between the Min.- and
Max.-value.
Turn-on:
Pressing the
ON/OFF key turns
the instrument on. The instru-
ment rst displays the full-scale
pressure range (top display)
and the software version (year/
week). The instrument is then
ready for use and indicates the
actual pressure (top display)
and the last measured Max.
pressure value (bottom display).
The instrument has the
following functions:
RESET:
Min.-/Max.-value are set to the
actual pressure.
OFF:
Turns off the instrument.
ZERO:
Sets a new pressure zero re-
ference.

Mise en route et
fonctions
L’ECO 1 possède 2 touches.
La touche de gauche permet la
mise en route de l’instrument
et l’activation des fonctions (les
fonctions sont afchées succes-
sivement tant que la touche est
pressée; la fonction est activée
dès que la touche est relâchée).
La touche de droite permet de
basculer entre les valeurs de
pressions maximale et minimale.
Démarrage :
Une action sur ON/OFF met en
route l’instrument. L’instrument
afche d’abord le type
d’étendue de mesure calibrée
(en haut) et la version du logiciel
(année/semaine). L’instrument
est alors en service. Il indique
la pression actuelle (en haut) et
la dernière valeur de pression
Max. mesurée (en bas).
L’instrument dispose des
fonctions suivantes :
RESET :
La pression actuelle est enregis-
trée comme valeurs Min./Max..
OFF :
Arrête l’instrument.
ZERO :
Enregistre un nouveau zéro de
pression de référence.

CONT:
Deaktiviert die automatische
Ausschaltfunktion (ab Werk ist
diese Funktion aktiviert. Das
Gerät schaltet sich 15 Minuten
nach der letzten Tastenbe-
tätigung automatisch aus).
Hinweise
1) Ist die ZERO- und/oder
CONT-Funktion zugeschaltet,
wird dies im Display ange-
zeigt. Um den Werksnullpunkt
und/oder die automatische
Ausschaltfunktion wieder zu
aktivieren, linke Taste drücken
bis ZERO und/oder CONT
erlischt.
2) Kann ein Druck auf dem Dis-
play nicht dargestellt werden,
erscheint OFL (overow) auf
der Anzeige.
3) Bei Temperaturen ausserhalb
0…60 °C kann die Lesbarkeit des
Displays beeinträchtigt werden.
Installation
Das digitale Manometer ECO 1
hat ein 7/16”-20 UNF Gewinde.
Mit jedem ECO 1 wird eine
“Swivel”-Verschraubung mit
druckseitigem G1/4” Anschluss
mitgeliefert. Der “Swivel” ist ein
Zylinder, der beidseitig mit O-
Ringen versehen ist. Er erlaubt
die Ausrichtung des Messge-
rätes in die optimale Position.
Der Swivel-Adapter darf mit
einem maximalen Drehmoment
von 50 Nm angezogen werden.
CONT:
Deactivates the automatic turn-
off function (this function is
activated with factory settings,
meaning the instrument auto-
matically turns off 15 min. after
the last key function).
Notes
1) If the ZERO- and/or CONT-
function is activated, it is indi-
cated on the display. In order
to reset the Zero to factory
setting and/or to reactivate
the automatic turn-off func-
tion, press the left key until
ZERO and/or CONT disap-
pears.
2) If a pressure can not be
represented on the display,
OFL (overow) appears on
the display.
3) Temperatures outside of
0…60 °C could impair the
readability of the display.
Installation
ECO 1 has 7/16”-20 UNF male
thread and is delivered com-
plete with an O-ring seal swivel
tting which allows ECO 1 to be
rotated through 360°.
Only minimal tightness is
needed to seal up to 700 bar.
Process pressure connection is
G1/4” male.
The swivel adapter can be
tightened with a max. torque
of 50 Nm.
CONT :
Désactive l’arrêt automatique
(cette fonction est active au
départ usine. L’instrument
s’arrête automatiquement 15 mn
après la dernière action sur une
touche).
Remarques
1)
Si la fonction ZERO et/ou la
fonction CONT sont actives,
ceci est afché sur l’écran.
An de réactiver le zéro ré-
glé en usine et/ou la fonction
arrêt automatique, actionner
la touche gauche jusqu’à dis-
parition de ZERO et/ou CONT
sur l’écran.
2) Si une pression ne peut
être afchée, le message
OFL (overow) apparaît à
l’écran.
3)
La lisibilité de l’afchage peut
être affectée par une tempé-
rature excédant 0…60 °C.
Montage
ECO 1 possède un raccord
7/16”-20 UNF mâle. Chaque
manomètre est livré avec un
adapteur 1/4” gaz mâle.
Le coupleur d’étanchéité “swivel”
est un cylindre équipé de 2 joints
toriques. Il permet un e orienta-
tion optimale de l’appareil.
L’adaptateur “swivel” doit être
serré avec un couple maximum
de 50 Nm.

Batterie-Lebensdauer
Bei schwacher Batterie leuchtet
im Display das Batteriesymbol
(BAT LOW) auf.
Batteriewechsel:
Batteriefach öffnen und die Bat-
terie (Typ CR 2430) wechseln.
Achten Sie bei der Montage
des Batteriefachdeckels darauf,
dass der O-Ring richtig positio-
niert im Verschlussdeckel liegt.
Die Batterie-Lebensdauer be-
trägt ca. 1000 Stunden bei konti-
nuierlichem Betrieb.
Bereich / Abgleich
Die ZERO-Funktion erlaubt es,
einen beliebigen Druckwert als
neue Nullpunktsreferenz fest-
zulegen.
Die Werkseinstellung des Druck-
Nullpunktes für Bereiche ≤ 61 bar
absolut ist bei Vakuum (0 bar
absolut). Für Relativdruckmes-
sungen ist “ZERO SEt” bei Um-
gebungsluftdruck zu aktivieren.
Geräte > 61 bar absolut oder
Geräte mit relativem Drucksen-
sor (Bezeichnung auf Etikette:
Range: rel) werden mit Umge-
bungsluftdruck als Nullpunkts-
referenz abgeglichen.
Battery Change /
Battery Life
When the battery starts weak-
ening, a low battery warning (BAT
LOW) will appear in the display.
Battery change:
Open the battery compartment
and change the battery (type
CR 2430).
When reassembling, make sure
that the O-ring remains imbed-
ded in the cover.
The battery life is approxima-
tely 1000 hours at continuous
operation.
Ranges / Calibration
The ZERO-function allows to set
any pressure value as a zero
reference.
The factory setting of the pres-
sure zero for the ranges ≤61
bar absolute is at vacuum (0 bar
absolute). For relative pressure
measurements, activate “ZERO
SEt” at ambient pressure.
Instruments > 61 bar absolute
or instruments with a relative
pressure sensor (label marked
with: Range: rel) are calibrated
with the zero at atmospheric
pressure.

Remplacement de la batterie :
Ouvrir le compartiment renferma-
nt la batterie et procéder à son
remplacement (type CR 2430).
Lors du montage du couvercle
de la batterie, assurez-vous que
le joint d’étanchéité est bien en
place.
La durée de vie de la batterie
est d’environ 1000 heures en
fonctionnement continu.
Etendues de mesure / Calibration
La fonction ZERO permet de
dénir un nouveau zéro à la
pression appliquée.
Le réglage usine du zéro pour
les étendues de mesure ≤61 bar
absolu est effectué au vide (0 bar
absolu). Pour les mesures de
pression nécessitant une réfé-
rence à la pression atmosphé-
rique, activer “ZERO Set” à la
pression atmosphérique.
Pour les étendues de mesure
> 61 bar absolu ou pour instru-
ments avec un capteur de pres-
sion relative (étiquette marquée
avec: Range: rel), le réglage
usine du zéro est effectué à la
pression atmosphérique.

General Safety
Instructions
When installing and operating
the digital manometer, attention
should be paid to the correspon-
ding safety regulations.
Only mount the digital mano-
meter onto unpressurized sy s-
tems.
On pressure ranges ≥61 bar,
the pressure connections could
show residual hydraulic oil, de-
termined by production ow.
Please also note the correspon-
ding data sheet.

Lors du montage et de l’utilisa-
tion du manomètre numérique
veiller à respecter les réglemen-
tations de sécurité.
L’installation du manomètre nu-
mérique doit être effectuée sur
des systèmes hors pression.
Pour des pressions ≥61 bar, le
raccord pression peut présenter
des traces d’huile hydraulique,
du fait de nos impératifs de
production.
Veuillez également consulter la
che technique du manomètre.
