Toavoiddamagingthisproduct,assembleitonasoft,non-abrasivesurfacesuchas carpet
orcardboard.Inspecteachpartfordefectsthatmayhaveoccurredduringshipping.
Keepyourreceiptandtheseinstructionsforproofofpurchase.
NOTE: This lamprequirestheuseoftwo120V,60HZ,
100-Wattmax,medium-basetype Abulbs(notincluded).

1. Unpack the lampand assembleshortershade
2. Install bulbintouppersocket
Carefullyorganizeandplaceall parts onasmooth,
flatsurface.Takeoutoftheshades from cages,
thenremovetheplasticbagfromtheshades. line
upall ofthepartsaccordingto theassembly
diagram.
Placethelowersocketassembly (F) intothe
shortershade(D),thenplacetheshorter shade(D)
into uppercage(A),makesurethewiretubeinthe
uppercage(A)wasinsertedintothenotchof
shortershade(D)andthelowersocketassembly
(F)exitsfrombottom oftheshortershade(D).
Priorto installing the bulb, inspectuppersocketforsilica packet. If packetis
present, thenremove and throwaway. Donotexpose it to children orpets.
Installthe 120V, 60HZ, 100-wattmax.medium-basetype Abulb (not
included)intothe uppersocketofthe lightlamp.
NOTE:If LEDbulbisused,theLEDbulbmustbe rated fordamplocations
and enclosed luminaires.

3. Assemble the tallershade
Placethetallershade(E)intolowercage(G),
makesurethewiretubein thelower cage(G) was
insertedintothenotchoftallershade(E).
Insertthenippleoflowersocketassembly(F) into
theholeinbaseandsecurewith metalwasher (H)
andnut (I)frombottom ofthebase. (Wrench(J)
included)
4. Installbulbinto lowersocket
Priorto installingthebulb,inspectuppersocketfor
silicapacket.Ifpacketis present, thenremoveand
throwaway.Donot exposeitto childrenor pets.
Installthe120V,60HZ,100-watt max.
medium-basetypeAbulb(notincluded) intothe
lowersocketofthelight lamp.
NOTE:IfLEDbulb isused,theLEDbulbmustbe
ratedfordamplocations andenclosedluminaires.

5. Assemble the uppercage to lowercage
Laydowntheuppercageassembly (A)andlowercageassembly(G) on a
smooth,flatfloor,pulltheexcesspowercordthrough thebase.
Standthelowercageassembly(G)onflatfloor, place theupper cage
assembly (A)withshortershade(D)onto topofthelower cage(G), make
suretheshadesareinsertedintotheinnermetalring of upper cage(A).
Lineuptheholesin uppercage(A)with theholes inlower cage(G) and
securewiththreeballscrews (C).
Plugcordintoanoutletand pushtheswitchtoturnonthelight.

Careand Cleaning
Cleanthelampwithasoft,drycloth.Donotuseanycleanerswithchemicals,solvents,orharshabrasives.
Washtheshadewithasoftbrushandmilddetergent(suchas dishwashingsoap)andthenthoroughly
rinsed.
Troubleshooting

BulbReplacement
Beforereplacingthebulb,be surethattheglassdomeandbulbarecoolandlampisunplugged.
Unscrewglassdomeandexistingbulbfromsocket,replacewithanewbulb,thenrecoverthe glass dome,
plugpowersupplycordbackintooutlet.
