1. Installing the mountingplate
Installation instructions
Turnoff theswitchatthewall.
Turnthepoweroff atthemainfusebox.
Attachthemounting plate(BB)totheoutletbox using theoutletbox screws (CC).
(Importantnote:makesureoneofthemounting holeinthemounting plateis facing right.)
CAUTION:Ensurethepowerisoffat the main
fuseboxprior tobeginning installation.
2. Connectingthewires
Install thefixturebarecopperwire(1)undertheground screw (EE) on themounting plate(BB).
Connectthefixturebarecopperwire(1)tothegreen(orbare, orgreen&yellow)supplyground wire(2)
intheoutletbox using awirenut(AA).
Connectthewhitefixturewire(3)tothewhite(orribbed)supplywire(4)intheoutletbox using awire
nut (AA).
Connecttheblackfixturewire(5)totheblack(orred, orblue)supplywire(6)intheoutletbox using a
wirenut(AA).

Raise lanternbody(A)tothe wall and
carefully tuckthe wiresinside the outlet box.
spreadthe electrical splicessothat the black
wiresare on one side ofthe outlet box and
the white wiresare on theotherside.
Line up the holesinbackplate with holesin
mounting plate and secure with two small
screws(DD).

Priortoinstalling thebulb, pleaseinspectsocket
forsilica packet, ifpacketis present, removeand
throw away, do notexposetochildrenand pets.
Install one120V, 60Hz,50-watt max. typeGU10
(B)bulb(included)intosocketofthelightlantern.

Clean the lightfixture witha soft, drycloth. Donotuse any cleaners withchemicals, solvents, orharshabrasives.
