orcardboard.Inspecteachpartfordefectsthatmayhaveoccurredduringshipping.
Keepyourreceiptandtheseinstructionsforproofofpurchase.

partsaccordingto theassemblydiagram.
Screwthelowerpole(D)totopof thebase(E).

5. Install the bulb
Priorto installingthebulb,inspectsocketforsilicapacket.Ifpacketis
present, thenremoveand throw away.Do not exposeit tochildrenorpets.
Install one120V,60Hz,6-Watt Edison LEDbulb(A) (included) or one
120V, 60Hz, 100-Wattmax, medium-basetype Abulb(notincluded) intothe
sockets ofthelight lamp.
Plugcordinto anoutletandturnonattheswitch.

Thisportablelamphasapolarizedplug(onebladeiswiderthantheother)asafeaturetoreducetherisk
ofelectric shock. This plug will fit ina polarizedoutletonlyone way. If the plug does notfit fullyinthe
outlet,reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contactaqualifiedelectrician.neverusewithanextensioncord
unlessplugcanbefullyinserted.Donotaltertheplug.
