Readallinstructionsbeforeassembly.
Toavoiddamagingthisproduct,assembleitonasoft,non-abrasivesurfacesuchas carpet
orcardboard.Inspecteachpartfordefectsthatmayhaveoccurredduringshipping.
Keepyourreceiptandtheseinstructionsforproofofpurchase.
NOTE: This lamprequirestheuseofone120V, 60Hz,6-Watt Edison LED bulb(included)
orone120V, 60Hz, 100-Wattmax,medium-basetypeAbulb(notincluded).

1. Unpack the lampandassemblelowerpole
2. Assemble the middlepole
Carefullyorganizeandplaceall parts on
asmooth,flatsurface.lineupall of the
partsaccordingto theassemblydiagram.
Screwthelowerpole(G)to topofthe
base(H).
Screwthemiddlepole(F)to topofthe
lowerpole(G).

3. Assemble the upperpole assembly
Pull theexcess powercord through base(H).
Screwtheupper poleassembly(E)to topof
themiddlepole(F).
IMPORTANT NOTE:Pleasemakesure the arm
and socketface frontasshown,if thearmand
socketarenotface front, adjustthe arm and
socketface frontasshown, and thenuse the
wrench(I) (included)totightenthenutfrom
bottomof thebase (H).
4. Install the bulb
Priorto installingthebulb,inspectsocket
forsilicapacket.Ifpacketispresent, then
removeandthrowaway.Donotexposeit
tochildrenorpets.
Install one120V, 60Hz,6-WattEdison
LEDbulb(B) (included) or one 120V,
60Hz, 100-Wattmax, medium-basetype A
bulb(notincluded) intothesocketof the
light lamp.

Placeglassshade(A)to bottom ofthecupandsecurewith (3) finials (C),
donotovertightenthefinials (C).
NOTE:6rubberwashers (D)included,youcanslidetherubber washers (D)
overthenippleoffinials(C)tocoverthethreads.
Plugcordinto anoutletandturnonattheswitch.

ofelectric shock. This plug will fit ina polarizedoutletonlyone way. If the plug does notfit fullyinthe
