Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise sorgfältig, bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden. Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung gut auf.
VORSICHT!
Gefahr von Personen-, Tier- und Sachschädigung durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch!
• Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät nur von Personen mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen verwendet wird.
• Gerät von Kindern und gebrechlichen Personen fernhalten.
• Die Oberfläche der Heizplatte erwärmt sich und wird heiß.
• Heizplatte nicht auf hitzeempfindliche Oberflächen und Gegenstände legen.
• Darauf achten, dass sich keine brennbaren oder leicht entzündlichen Materialien in der Nähe der Heizplatte befinden.
• Die auf dem Netzstecker angegebene Betriebsspannung prüfen. Gerät nur mit der vorgesehenen Netzspannung betreiben.
• Bei nicht lesbaren technischen Daten auf der Heizplatteunterseite (Typenschild) darf diese nicht verwendet werden.
• Zum Schutz von Personen, Tieren und Einrichtungen darf Das Gerät nur an Netzsteckdosen angeschlossen werden, die separat durch
einen Schutzschalter (FI) abgesichert sind.
• Alle elektrischen Zuleitungen so verlegen, dass diese vor Verbiss geschützt sind. Nur verbisssichere Materialien verwenden.
• Elektrische Zuleitung nicht mit Öl oder scharfen Kanten in Verbindung bringen.
• Die Funktionsfähigkeit der Heizplatte vor dem ersten Frosteinbruch prüfen.
• Die Heizplatte nicht benutzen, wenn Gehäuseteile oder die Anschlussleitung beschädigt sind.
• Beschädigte Anschlussleitung nicht selbst reparieren. Die Anschlussleitung kann nur vom Hersteller erneuert werden.
• Den Stecker nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose ziehen und die Heizplatte nicht am Kabel hängend herumtragen.
• Den Netzstecker immer aus der Steckdose ziehen, bevor die Heizplatte umgestellt oder gesäubert wird.
• Nicht in Wasser tauchen.
• Wartungs- und Reinigungshinweise beachten.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die Heizplatte dient zur Erwärmung und Frostfreihaltung von Geflügeltränken. Jeder andere Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Bei nicht
bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch, bei Eingriffen in das Gerät sowie bei Veränderungen des Gerätes erlöschen Garantie- und Haftungsansprüche
seitens des Herstellers.
Funktion
In der Heizplatte ist ein elektrischer Heizleiter verbaut, der die Kunststoffoberfläche gleichmäßig erwärmt. Die Heizplatte kann im Innen- und Au-
ßenbereich eingesetzt werden und ermöglicht die Erwärmung unterschiedlicher Materialien. Die Streifen auf der Heizplattenoberfläche verhindern
ein Verrutschen der Tränke.
Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Heizplatte auf Beschädigungen prüfen.
2. Heizplatte auf ebenem Untergrund platzieren.
3. Netzstecker mit 230-V-Steckdose verbinden. Nach kurzer Zeit ist die Erwärmung fühlbar.
4. Zum Abschalten der Heizplatte den Netzstecker ziehen.

Wartung und Reinigung
VORSICHT!
Gefahr von Personen- Tier- und Sachschädigung
• Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nur mit gezogenem Netzstecker durchführen.
Beachten Sie bei der Wartung und Reinigung folgende Hinweise:
• Gerät von Staub und Verunreinigungen freihalten.
• Gerät nur mit weichem Lappen oder feuchtem Tuch reinigen. Der Lappen bzw. das Tuch sollte frei von Benzin und/oder Lösungsmittel
sein, da diese die Heizplatte angreifen oder beschädigen können.
• Die Heizplatte niemals in Wasser tauchen bzw. nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl reinigen.

Consignes de sécurité
Lisez attentivement les informations ci-dessous avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil. Conservez soigneusement ce mode d‘emploi.
ATTENTION !
Un mauvais usage peut mettre en danger les personnes et les animaux et causer des dommages matériels !
• Veiller à ce que seules des personnes compétentes utilisent l‘appareil.
• Tenir l‘appareil hors de portée des enfants et des personnes fragiles.
• La surface supérieure de la plaque est chauffante et devient brûlante.
• Ne pas poser la plaque chauffante sur des objets ou des surfaces sensibles à la chaleur.
• S‘assurer qu‘aucun matériau combustible ou facilement inflammable ne se trouve à proximité de la plaque chauffante.
• Vérifier la tension d‘alimentation indiquée sur la prise. N‘utiliser l‘appareil qu‘à la tension prévue.
• Ne pas utiliser l‘appareil si les données techniques affichées sur le dessous de la plaque chauffante (plaque signalétique)
ne sont pas lisibles.
• Afin de protéger les personnes, les animaux et les équipements, l‘appareil doit être exclusivement branché à une prise protégée
par un disjoncteur (FI).
• installer tous les raccordements électriques, de façon à ce qu‘ils soient protégés des morsures d‘animaux. N‘utiliser que des
matériaux résistant aux morsures.
• Ne pas mettre le raccordement électrique en contact avec de l‘huile ou des bords pointus.
• Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la plaque chauffante avant les premières gelées.
• Ne pas utiliser la plaque chauffante si des éléments du boîtier ou le câble de raccordement sont endommagés.
• Ne pas réparer soi-même le câble de raccordement. Seul le fabricant peut réparer le câble.
• Ne pas débrancher la plaque en tirant le câble et ne pas porter la plaque chauffante par le câble.
• Toujours débrancher la plaque avant de la régler ou de la nettoyer.
• Ne pas plonger dans l‘eau.
• Suivre les consignes d‘entretien et de nettoyage.
Usage normal
La plaque chauffante permet de protéger les abreuvoirs à volailles du gel et de les réchauffer. Tout autre usage est considéré comme non
conforme. Les exigences de garantie et de dédommagement ne sont pas couvertes par le fabricant en cas d‘utilisation, d‘interventions ou de
modifications non conformes.
Principe de fonctionnement
La plaque est équipée d‘une résistance chauffante qui chauffe de façon homogène la surface en plastique. La plaque peut être utilisée à
l‘intérieur comme à l‘extérieur et permet de réchauffer différents types de matériaux. Les bandes à la surface de la plaque chauffante permettent
d‘empêcher le glissement de l‘abreuvoir.
Installation et mise en marche
Procédez comme suit :
1. Vérifier que la plaque chauffante ne soit pas endommagée.
2. Placer la plaque sur un sol plat et régulier.
3. Brancher le câble sur une prise 230 V. L‘appareil commence à chauffer en peu de temps.
4. Débrancher le câble afin d‘éteindre la plaque chauffante.

Maintenance et nettoyage
ATTENTION !
Danger pour les personnes et les animaux et risque de dommages matériels
• n‘effectuer les opérations de maintenance et de nettoyage que lorsque le courant est débranché.
Veillez à suivre les instructions suivantes pour la maintenance et le nettoyage :
• enlever les poussières et les impuretés de l‘appareil.
• nettoyer l‘appareil uniquement avec un chiffon doux ou une serviette humide. Le chiffon, ou la serviette, utilisé ne doit pas être en
contact avec de l‘essence ou du solvant, car ceux-ci pourraient attaquer ou endommager la plaque chauffante.
• ne pas plonger la plaque dans l‘eau, ne pas la nettoyer avec un jet d‘eau.

EN Operating instructions – Heating plate for poultry troughs
Safety instructions
Read the following instructions carefully before using the device. Keep these operating instructions in a safe place.
CAUTION!
Risk of physical injury to people and animals and material damage if used incorrectly!
• Ensure that the device is only used be people who have the professional skills required to do so.
• Keep out of the reach of children and frail people.
• The surface of the heating plate warms up and gets hot.
• Do not place the heating plate on objects or surfaces that are sensitive to heat.
• Ensure that no flammable or easily combustible materials are placed near the heating plate.
• Check the operating voltage specified on the mains plug. Only operate the device at the mains voltage specified.
• If technical data on the underside of the heating plate (type plate) is or becomes illegible, do not use it.
• For the safety of humans, animals and property, the device must only be connected to mains sockets that are fused separately with a
residual current circuit breaker (RCCB).
• Route all electrical supply cables so that they are protected against biting or gnawing. Only use gnaw/bite-proof materials.
• Do not allow electrical supply cables to come into contact with oil or sharp edges.
• Check the function of the heating plate before the first frost.
• Do not use the heating plate if parts of the casing or supply cable are damaged.
• Do not try to repair a damaged supply cable yourself. The supply cable can only be replaced by the manufacturer.
• Do not pull the plug out of the socket using the cable and do not carry the heating plate around by its cable.
• Always remove the mains plug from the socket before moving or cleaning the heating plate.
• Do not immerse in water.
• Note the maintenance and cleaning instructions.
Correct use
The heating plate is used to heat and keep poultry troughs free from frost. Any other use shall be deemed incorrect. In the event of the incorrect
use of, tampering with or modifications to the device, the manufacturer‘s warranty and liabilities shall be deemed invalid.
Function
The heating plate contains an electric heating conductor that evenly warms up the plastic surface. The heating plate can be used indoors or out
and enables various materials to be warmed up. The stripes on the surface of the heating plate prevent bowls from slipping off.
Setup and commissioning
Proceed as follows:
1. Check the heating plate for damage.
2. Place the heating plate on an even surface.
3. Connect the mains plug to the 230 V power socket. After a short while, the heat can be felt.
4. To switch off the heating plate, pull the plug out of the mains socket.

Maintenance and cleaning
CAUTION!

• only perform maintenance and cleaning work when the mains plug is disconnected.
When carrying out cleaning and maintenance work, note the following instructions:
• Keep the device free from dust and soiling.
• Only clean the device with a soft cloth or damp towel.
• The cloth or towel should be free of petrol and / or other solvents, since these can attack or damage the heating plate.
• Never immerse the heating plate in water or clean it with a water jet.

IT Istruzioni per l‘uso – piastra riscaldante per abbeveratoi per pollame
Avvertenze per la sicurezza
Leggere con attenzione le seguenti avvertenze prima di utilizzare l‘apparecchio. Conservare correttamente le presenti istruzioni per l‘uso.
CAUTELA!
Pericolo di danni a persone, animali e cose in caso di utilizzo scorretto!
• Assicurarsi che l‘apparecchio venga utilizzato solo da persone con adeguate conoscenze tecniche.
• Tenere l‘apparecchio fuori dalla portata di bambini e persone inferme.
• La superficie della piastra riscaldante diventa molto calda.
• Non appoggiare la piastra riscaldante su oggetti e superfici sensibili al calore.
• Assicurarsi che nei pressi della piastra riscaldante non si trovino materiali combustibili o facilmente infiammabili.
• Controllare la tensione d‘esercizio indicata sul connettore di rete. Utilizzare l‘apparecchio solo con la tensione di rete prevista.
• In caso di dati tecnici non leggibili sul lato inferiore della piastra riscaldante (targhetta dati), quest‘ultima non potrà essere utilizzata.
• A protezione di persone, animali e dispositivi l‘apparecchio può essere collegato solo a prese che siano poste in sicurezza mediante un
interruttore differenziale.
• Posare tutti i fili elettrici di alimentazione in modo che risultino protetti dai morsi. Utilizzare solo materiali antimorso.
• Non mettere in contatto le linee di alimentazione elettriche con olio o spigoli taglienti.
• Testare la funzionalità della piastra riscaldante prima della prima gelata.
• Non utilizzare la piastra riscaldante se l‘alloggiamento o la linea di collegamento sono danneggiati.
• Non riparare in autonomia la linea di collegamento. La linea di collegamento può essere sostituita solo dal costruttore.
• Non estrarre il connettore dalla presa tirandolo per il cavo e non trasportare la piastra riscaldante appesa per il cavo.
• Prima di spostare o pulire la piastra riscaldante sfilare sempre il connettore dalla presa.
• Non immergere nell‘acqua.
• Attenersi alle istruzioni di manutenzione e pulizia.
Utilizzo conforme
La piastra riscaldante serve a scaldare e mantenere senza gelo gli abbeveratoi per pollame. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo viene considerato non confor-
me all‘uso previsto. In caso di utilizzo non conforme alla destinazione d‘uso, di interventi e di modifiche dell‘apparecchio, decadono i diritti di
garanzia forniti dal costruttore.
Funzionamento
Nella piastra riscaldante è integrato un conduttore elettrico che riscalda in modo omogeneo la superficie in plastica. La piastra riscaldante può
essere utilizzata all‘interno o all‘esterno e consente il riscaldamento di svariati materiali.Le strisce sulla superficie della piastra riscaldante preven-
gono lo scivolamento dell‘abbeveratoio.
Installazione e messa in funzione
Procedere come segue:
1. Verificare che la piastra riscaldante non presenti danni.
2. Collocare la piastra riscaldante su un fondo piano.
3. Collegare il connettore con la presa da 230 V. Dopo poco tempo si avverte il riscaldamento.
4. Per spegnere la piastra riscaldante sfilare il connettore.

Manutenzione e pulizia
CAUTELA!
Pericolo di danni a persone, animali e cose
• svolgere i lavori di manutenzione e pulizia solo a impianto elettrico spento.
Nella manutenzione o pulizia attenzione alle seguenti indicazioni:
• Mantenere l‘apparecchio pulito da polvere e impurità.
• Pulire l‘apparecchio solo con un panno morbido o con uno straccio inumidito. Il panno o lo straccio dovrebbero essere esenti da benzi-
na e/o solvente, in quanto questi possono aggredire o danneggiare la piastra riscaldante.
• Non immergere mai la piastra riscaldante in acqua e non pulirla con un getto d‘acqua.
