This product should be installed by a competent person and in accordance ith the current IET
Wiring Regulations. If in doubt,consult a qualified electrician.
GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT
• Never look directly into the LED li ht source.
•Do not install near timed li ht sources or in shaded areas as the PIR/ li ht sensor could be
inadvertently tri ered.
•Avoid installin near to air streams or air conditionin outlets.
• Do not cover the fittin
• Ensure that all electrical connections are secure & that there are no loose strands.
• Clean this fittin with a soft damp cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not jet wash as the lantern is not rated for hi h pressure jets of water
• The lantern is not dimmable
• Never attempt to repair this unit yourself, there are no user serviceable parts
Choose the desired position for your new lantern and before makin any fixin holes check that there
are no obstructions hidden beneath the mountin surface as pipes or cables.

of the half wall lantern and
remove the cover. (Dia.1)

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

4. Terminate the mains cable into the 3-way terminal
block on the lantern back panel, ensurin that the
correct polarity is observed. (Dia.4)
Mains Connection of the Lanterns:-
Brown - To connection marke ‘L’
Blue - To connection marke ‘N’
Green/Yellow - To connection marke ‘E’
Note: This is a double insulated product,
the E’ terminal is for convenience only.
5. Re-fit the front cover of the lantern and
replace the two fixin screws. (Dia.5)

6. Restore the mains power supply, switch on test for satisfactory operation.
MANUAL OVERRIDE FUNCTION
1. Turn on the li ht.
2. Operate the switch Off/On twice in 3seconds.
3. The lamp will then flash 3times to indicate that its in the ‘Manual Override Status’. The lamp will
then stay on.
The lamp ill then remain illuminated for up to 8 hours.
4. To cancel, switch off at the li ht switch and leave for 10 seconds.
