product is found to have been deliberately damaged, misused or disassembled.

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Please read and save all instructions.
1. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse Buffet Server, probe, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
2. If the power cord is damaged, the manufacturer or qualified electrician must replace it in order to avoid hazard.
3. Do not use outdoors or while standing in a damp area. For household use only. Do not leave the Buffet Server
unattended.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children. This Buffet Server is not for use by
children.
5. Do not operate the Buffet Server with a damaged power cord or plug or after it has malfunctioned or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return the Buffet Server to the warranty center for examination, repair, or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
6. Do not use any other attachments other than what is provided by the manufacturer.
7. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch any hot surface.
8. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
9. Do not place on or near hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
10. Never leave the Buffet Server connected to the power outlet when not in use or when cleaning. To disconnect, remove the
plug from the wall outlet.
11. Caution should be taken when handling this Buffet Server during and immediately after use. Do not touch hot surfaces.
Always use handles or oven mitts.
12. Do not move this Buffet Server when in use.
13. Unplug the Buffet Server from the power outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
14. ALWAYS ALLOW THE BUFFET SERVER TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CLEANING.

WARNING!
Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire or
serious personal injury. The warnings, cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all
possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution
are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
CAUTION:
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or
tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised
in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also the cord must be: (1) marked
with an electrical rating of 125V, and at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape
over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
POLARIZED PLUG
NOTE:
This Buffet Server has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
ELECTRIC POWER
If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your Buffet Server may not operate properly. The Buffet Server should
be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your Buffet Server is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be followed:
1. Do not place the Buffet Server near a heat source.
2. Never leave the Buffet Server unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. To avoid accidental burns, use caution when touching the warming trays and lids when the Buffet Server is in use.
4. Use the Buffet Server on a stable work surface.
5. Do not unplug from the wall socket by pulling on the supply cord.
6. The appliance must be unplugged:
A. After use.
B. If it appears to be faulty.
C. Before cleaning or maintenance.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before initial use, please wipe down the Buffet Server with a soft damp cloth and make sure there is no metal or foreign
objects on the temperature probe. NOTE: During first use, the Buffet Server may give off a slight odor. This is due to the
newness of the product and will dissipate with use.
SET UP BEFORE USE
1. Unpack the Buffet Server and other necessary parts from the box.
2. Remove any unwanted packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or styrofoam.
3. Wipe clean all the parts with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIALS TO CLEAN THE SURFACE
DO NOT IMMERSE THE WARMING TRAY AND/OR THE PLUG IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.
4. Assemble all the parts to the Buffet Server.
5. Place THE Warming Tray base on a heat resistant stable surface in a well ventilated area. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
THE TOP UP. THE BOTTOM CONTAINS THE POWER CORD.
6. Plug the power supply cord into a wall outlet. The indicator light will turn red to indicate that the power is ON. The indicator
light will turn off when the temperature has reached the desired temperature.

THIS APPLIANCE CAN GET HOT DURING USE. PLEASE USE CAUTION!
HOW TO USE THE BUFFET SERVER AND/OR WARMING TRAY ALONE
1. Place the warming pan frame onto the warming tray. Plug the Buffet Server into the power outlet. The indicator light will
turn red to show the power is ON. Turn the control knob to the desire setting. When the setting is on the highest setting
the warming pans will reach a temperature of approximately 200-250°F. The indicator light will turn off when it reaches
the desired temperature.
2. Place the prepared food into each of the warming pans.
3. The indicator light will cycle on and off to maintain the desired temperature.
4. The warming tray can keep food warm but it is not recommended to have the buffet server ON for more than 6-8 hours.
5. Never leave food in the warming pans after use.
6. Unplug the Buffet Server and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
7. When using the warming tray alone please preheat the warming tray for 10 minutes. The tray will reach a temperature of
approximately 250-275°F.
8. Place hot foods into heat-resistant, smooth, flat-bottomed serving pieces such as heat-resistant glass, ceramic, or metal.
Food must be fully cooked and already hot.
9. Avoid dishes with plastic wrap, plastic, paper, or other non-heat-resistant materials.
10. NEVER use the top of the warming tray as a cutting surface.
CAUTION
DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Always use handles and/or oven mitts.
DO NOT move the Buffet Server or Warming Tray when in operation as it can get VERY HOT.
DO NOT place the plastic lids directly on the Warming Tray.
ALWAYS unplug the unit when not in use.
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE BASE UNIT AFTER COOKING AS IT REMAINS HOT!

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the Buffet Server is unplugged and completely cooled before cleaning or attempting to store the item.
1. When performing any cleaning or maintenance to this unit, be sure to unplug from the power outlet first and allow item to
cool completely before cleaning.
2. Carefully remove the warming pans, lids, and warming pan frame. Wash in warm soapy water and rinse well. Dry
thoroughly. The warming pans and lids are tops shelf dishwasher safe. NEVER IMMERSE THE WARMING TRAY AND/OR
PLUG IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
3. The warming tray may be cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft moist cloth. DO NOT use any scouring agents. DO NOT
allow water to spill or seep into the warming tray frame.
4. Reassemble the unit and store in a cool dry place until the next use.
STORING
Allow the Buffet Server to cool completely before storing.
Store the Buffet Server in a dry location in the original box if possible.
Do not place any heavy items on top of Buffet Server during storage as this may result in possible damage.
Store the cord in a clean, dry location away from metal objects. Always check the plug before use to assure metal items
have not become attached.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
If the Buffet Server should no longer work at all, please make sure that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
