• By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
USE
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device
is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Put the power cable into the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the
local voltage before connecting the device. 220-240V~50/60Hz)
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur.This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation.
This smell is only temporary and will disappear soon.
WELDING A TUBE FILM
• The film width may not exceed 28 cm. Otherwise it cannot be welded correctly.
• Use only nylon-PE films with a structure (points or grooves) on one side and a thickness of approximately 0.17 - 0.29
mm (170 - 290 μ). Otherwise the weld seam will not be tight and the appliance may be damaged. You can recognise
films of this type from the information on the packaging. The quality of the weld seam will vary depending on the type
and thickness of the film.
• The supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +100°C.
1) Cut the desired length for your bag from the tube film using a pair of scissors. Cut as straight as possible.
2) Open the appliance lid (1) by pressing the lid release (8) and opening the lid (1) upwards.
3) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of the bag is located centrally under the
lower sealing ring (5). The bag should be inserted no further than the rear limiters (6) and must lie between the front
limiters (7). If the bag lies over one or both of the two limiters (7), then the bag cannot be correctly welded.
NOTE
• The bag opening must lie flat on the welding wire (4). Otherwise the
welding does not work properly.
4) Close the appliance lid (1). The press seal (10) presses the bag onto
the welding wire (4), to create a smooth seam. Ensure that both corners
of the appliance lid (1) click closed. If necessary, press them down once
again on the markings so that the appliance lid (1) clicks into place and
locks shut.
5) Press the button (12). The red control lamp (11) lights up. As soon as
the
sealing process is finished, the red control lamp (11) goes off.
NOTE
• You can halt the sealing process at any time by pressing the button (13).
The red control lamp (11) goes out.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
If the red control lamp (11) does not go out after a maximum of 10 seconds, there is a fault with the appliance.
• Remove the plug from the mains power socket immediately. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
Contact the Customer Service department.
6) Open the appliance lid (1) by pressing the lid release (8) and flipping the lid (1) upwards. Remove the bag. This is
now sealed at one end.
NOTE
• Ensure that the weld seam is properly closed. A correct weld seam should be a smooth, straight stripe without any
creases.
7) Fill the bag. You must leave at least 6 cm of the bag free up to the edge to be welded.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
• Fill the bag so that no food scraps or liquids can leak out during welding and get it into the appliance.
8) If you do not want to vacuum the bag, you can now weld the other, open side.
NOTE
• Wait 15 seconds before sealing the next bag to allow the appliance to cool down.
During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the “seal” function.

VACUUMING THE TUBE FILM
You can also suck the air out of the bag (vacuum) during the welding:
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
• Do not evacuate bags that contain liquids. These will get into the appliance and damage it.
1) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of the bag is located centrally under
the lower sealing ring (5). The bag should be inserted no further than the rear limiters (6) and must lie between the
front limiters (7). Otherwise the vacuuming and welding will not function correctly:
2) Close the appliance lid (1). Ensure that both corners of the appliance
lid (1) click closed. If necessary, press them down once again on the
markings so that the appliance lid (1) clicks into place and locks shut.
NOTE
• Ensure that the upper (9) and the lower sealing rings (5) are not
damaged! Otherwise the device cannot suck the air out of the bag. • If
either one of the sealing rings (9)/(5) is damaged, simply pull it out of the
groove and press the replacement sealing ring into the groove.
3) Press the button (14). The green control lamp (15) lights up and the
appliance sucks the air out of the bag. As soon as all the air is sucked out,
the green control lamp (15) goes out and the red control lamp (11) lights
up. The appliance now seals the bag.
4) If both control lamps (11)/(15) have gone out, you can open the lid by
pressing the lid catch (8) and flipping the lid (1) upwards. Remove the
vacuum-sealed bag.
NOTE
• You can halt the air extraction process at any time by pressing the button (13). The green control lamp (15) will then
go off. Press the button (14) again to resume the extraction process. If the appliance has already switched to the
sealing process and the red control lamp (11) is lit, the process can be stopped with the button (13). The appliance
then stops the sealing process. • Once you have sealed 5 bags in a row, allow the appliance to cool down for about
1 minute. During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the appliance. After the cool-down phase, you can use the
appliance as normal.
TIP – "SOUS-VIDE COOKING"
• As the supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +100°C, it can be used for the so-called "sous-
vide" cooking process (vacuum cooking).
"Sous-vide" is French and means "under vacuum".
In vacuum cooking, the food (usually fish or meat, but vegetables can also be used) is vacuum-sealed in a bag and
then cooked in water or steam cooked at a relatively low temperature (50 to 90 C). The advantage of this is that
volatile flavours or aroma are not lost during cooking. The food does not dry out and the vitamins and flavours are
preserved. Herbs or spices that are vacuum-sealed in the bag with the food give off a more intense flavour.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
DANGER: Risk of fatal injury from electrocution!
• Remove the plug from the mains power socket before beginning to clean the device.
• Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during cleaning.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these may corrode the surface of the casing.
• Do not use any hard or sharp objects to remove any adhesive from the welding wire (4). Otherwise the welding wire
(4) or the insulation could be damaged.
Cleaning the appliance
• Clean the surface of the housing of the appliance with a lightly moistened cloth and a mild detergent.
• Wipe o the upper (9) and the lower sealing rings (5), as well as the press seal (10) with a damp cloth. Ensure that
the appliance is dry before using it again.
Storage
The appliance has a built-in cable retainer (3) on the underside of the housing, on which you can wrap the power
cable when it is not in use. This prevents the power cable from getting caught or soiled, or becoming a source of
danger by
hanging loosely down.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
• Do not click the appliance lid (1) closed for storage! When the appliance lid (1) is clicked closed it exerts permanent
pressure on the upper (9) and lower sealing rings (5), as well as the press seal (10). This can negatively aect their
function.
• Store the appliance in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of its durability, but must be taken to a central
point for the recycling of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the appliance, instruction manual

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
UTILISATION
• Sortez l’appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte. Retirez les autocollants, le lm protecteur ou le plastique de
l’appareil.
• Mettez l’appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement tout autour de l’appareil d’au moins 10
cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l’extérieur.
• Branchez le cordon d’alimentation à la prise. (Remarque : Veillez à ce que la tension indiquée sur l’appareil
corresponde à celle du secteur local avant de connecter l’appareil.
• À la première mise en marche de l’appareil, une légère odeur est perceptible. C’est normal: ssurez une ventilation
adéquate. Cette odeur est seulement temporaire et disparaît rapidement.
SCELLER LE FILM TUBULAIRE
REMARQUES RELATIVES AU FILM
• Le film doit faire au max. 28 cm de large. Sinon il ne peut pas être correctement scellé.
• Utilisez uniquement pour cet appareil des films présentant une structure d'un côté (points ou rainures) et une
épaisseur d'env. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 - 290 μ) fabriqués en PE nylon. Sinon la bande de scellage ne sera pas étanche et
l'appareil risque d'être endommagé. Vous reconnaissez les films de ce type aux indications données sur l'emballage.
La qualité de la bande de scellage varie en fonction du type et de l'épaisseur du film.
• Le film livré est adapté à des températures comprises entre -20 °C et +100°C.
1) Découpez la longueur souhaitée pour votre sachet le plus droit possible
dans le film tubulaire à l'aide de ciseaux.
2) Ouvrez le couvercle de l'appareil (1), en appuyant sur les verrouillages du couvercle (8) et en ouvrant le couvercle
de l'appareil (1) entièrement vers le haut.
3) Placez l'extrémité ouverte du sachet dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture du sachet se trouve au centre à
l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité inférieur (5). Le sachet doit toucher au maximum les limites arrière (6) et doit se situer
entre les limites avant (7). Lorsque le sachet se situe au-dessus d'une ou des deux limites (7), il risque alors de ne pas
être correctement scellé :
REMARQUE
• L'ouverture du sachet doit être placée à plat sur la bande de scellage (4).
Sinon le scellage ne fonctionne pas correctement.
4) Fermez le couvercle de l'appareil (1). Le joint de scellage (10) appuie le
sachet sur la bande de scellage (4), de manière à ce qu'un scellage lisse
soit créé. Veillez à ce que les deux coins du couvercle de l'appareil (1)
s'enclenchent. Appuyez-les si nécessaire une fois de plus sur les repères
et de manière à ce que le couvercle de l'appareil (1) s'enclenche et soit
verrouillé.
5) Appuyez sur la touche (12). Le voyant de contrôle rouge (11) s'allume.
Une fois l'opération de scellage terminée, le voyant de contrôle rouge
(11) s'éteint.
REMARQUE
• Vous pouvez interrompre l'opération de scellage à tout moment en
appuyant sur la touche (13). Le voyant de contrôle rouge (11) s'éteint.
ATTENTION - RISQUE DE DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
Si le voyant de contrôle rouge (11) ne s'éteint pas au bout de 10 secondes au plus tard, c'est que l'appareil est
défectueux !
• Débranchez immédiatement la fiche secteur de la prise de courant. N'essayez pas de réparer l'appareil vous-même.
Adressez-vous au service clientèle.
6) Ouvrez le couvercle de l’appareil (1), en appuyant sur les verrouillages du couvercle (8) et en ouvrant le couvercle
de l’appareil (1) entièrement vers le haut. Retirez le sachet. Celui-ci est maintenant soudé à une extrémité.
REMARQUE
• Assurez-vous que le scellage est correct. Un scellage correct doit se présenter sous la forme d'une bande droite
lisse sans aucun pli.
7) Remplissez le sachet. Vous devez laisser au moins 6 cm du sachet libre jusqu'au bord à sceller.
ATTENTION - RISQUE DE DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
• Remplissez le sachet de manière à ce qu'aucun reste alimentaire ou liquide ne coule lors du scellage, risquant de
pénétrer dans l'appareil.
8) Si vous ne souhaitez pas mettre le sachet sous vide, scellez alors l'autre côté ouvert.
REMARQUE
• Patientez 15 secondes avant de sceller le sachet suivant, pour que l’appareil puisse refroidir. Durant cette phase de
refroidissement, vous ne pouvez pas démarrer la fonction «Soudage».

METTRE LE FILM TUBULAIRE SOUS VIDE
Lors du scellage, vous pouvez également aspirer l'air du sachet (mise sous vide) :
ATTENTION - RISQUE DE DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
• Ne mettez pas sous vide des sachets contenant des liquides. Ceux-ci pénétreraient dans l'appareil et
l'endommageraient.
1) Placez l'extrémité ouverte du sachet dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture du sachet se trouve au centre à
l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité inférieur (5). Le sachet doit toucher au maximum les limites arrière (6) et doit se situer
entre les limites avant (7). Sinon l'aspiration de l'air et le scellage ne fonctionnent pas :
2) fermez le couvercle de l'appareil (1). Veillez à ce que les deux coins
du couvercle de l'appareil (1) s'enclenchent. Appuyez-les si nécessaire
une fois de plus sur les repères et de manière à ce que le couvercle de
l'appareil (1) s'enclenche et soit verrouillé.
REMARQUE
• Veillez à ce que le joint d'étanchéité supérieur (9) et le joint d'étanchéité
inférieur (5) ne soient pas endommagés ! Sinon l'appareil ne peut plus
aspirer l'air du sachet.
• Si l’un des joints d’étanchéité (9)/(5) est endommagé, retirez-le tout
simplement de l’évidement et poussez le joint d’étanchéité de rechange
dans l’évidement.
3) Appuyez sur la touche (14). Le voyant de contrôle vert (15) s’allume et l’appareil aspire l’air du sachet. Une fois
l’air aspiré, le voyant de contrôle vert (15) s’éteint et le voyant de contrôle rouge (11)s’allume. L’appareil scelle
maintenant le sachet.
4) Lorsque les deux témoins lumineux (11)/(15) sont éteints, vous pouvez ouvrir le couvercle en appuyant sur les
verrouillages du couvercle (8) et en ouvrant le couvercle de l’appareil (1) entièrement vers le haut. Retirez le sachet
sous
vide et soudé.
REMARQUE
• Vous pouvez interrompre l'opération de mise sous vide à tout moment en appuyant sur la touche (13). Le voyant de
contrôle vert (15) s'éteint alors. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche (14) pour poursuivre l'opération de mise sous vide.
Si l' appareil est déjà passé en mode scellage et le voyant de contrôle rouge (11) s' allume, l' opération peut être
interrompue avec la touche (13). L'appareil stoppe l'opération de scellage. • Une fois 5 sachets mis sous vide et
scellés à la suite, laissez l’appareil refroidir pendant 1 minute environ. Durant cette phase de refroidissement, vous ne
pouvez pas démarrer l’appareil. Après cette phase de refroidissement, vous pouvez continuer à utiliser normalement
l’appareil.
CONSEIL - "CUISSON SOUS VIDE"
• Le film livré étant adapté à des températures comprises entre -20°C et +100°C, vous pouvez l'utiliser pour ce que
l'on appelle la "cuisson sous-vide". Lors de la cuisson sous vide, les aliments (principalement du poisson ou de la
viande, cependant les légumes sont également possibles), sont scellés dans un sachet sous vide puis cuits à basse
température (env. 50 à 90°C) au bain-Marie ou à la vapeur. Ceci présente l'avantage que les arômes volatiles ne
peuvent pas s'échapper lors de la cuisson. Les aliments ne dessèchent pas et les vitamines et arômes sont préservés.
Les herbes aromatiques ou épices qui sont scellés dans le sachet sous vide donnent un goût plus intense aux
aliments.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
DIRECTIVES POUR LA PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT
Cet appareil ne doit pas être jeté aux ordures ménagères à la fin de sa durée de vie, mais doit être rendu à un
centre de recyclage d’appareils ménagers électriques et électroniques. Ce symbole sur l’appareil, La notice d’emploi
et l’emballage attirent votre attention sur ce sujet important. Composants utilisés dans cet appareil sont recyclables.

ATTENTION

• N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, car ils peuvent agresser la surface du boîtier.
• N'utilisez pas d'objets durs ou coupants pour éliminer d'éventuels restes de colle de la bande de scellage (4). Sinon
la bande de scellage (4) ou l'isolation risque d'être endommagée. Nettoyage de l'appareil
• Nettoyez la surface du boîtier avec un chion légèrement humide et un détergent doux.
• Essuyez le joint d'étanchéité supérieur (9) et le joint d'étanchéité inférieur (5), ainsi que le joint de scellage (10) à
l'aide d'un chion humide. Veillez à ce que l'appareil soit entièrement sec avant de le réutiliser.
Entreposage
L'appareil possède un dispositif d'enroulement du câble intégré (3)sur le dessous de l'appareil sur lequel vous
pouvez enrouler le câble secteur lorsque vous ne vous en servez pas. Vous évitez ainsi que le câble secteur ne soit
coincé, sali ou ne devienne une source de danger parce qu'il pend.
ATTENTION
Endommagement potentiel de l'appareil.
• Pendant que vous stockez l'appareil, ne laissez pas le couvercle de l'appareil
(1) s'enclencher ! Une fois le couvercle de l'appareil (1) enclenché, une pression permanente est exercée sur le
joint d'étanchéité supérieur (9) et le joint d'étanchéité inférieur (5), ainsi que sur le joint de scellage (10). Le bon
fonctionnement de ces derniers peut ainsi être entravé.
• Entreposez l'appareil à un endroit propre et sec sans exposition directe au soleil.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
GEBRUIK
• Neem het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos. Verwijder de stickers, beschermfolie of plastic van het apparaat.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlak en stabiel oppervlak en zorg voor minimaal 10 cm. vrije ruimte rond het apparaat.
Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor installatie in een kast of voor gebruik buitenshuis.
• Steek het netsnoer in de aansluiting. (Opmerking: zorg ervoor dat de spanning die op het apparaat wordt
aangegeven overeenkomt met de lokale spanning voordat u het apparaat aansluit.) 220-240V ~ 50 / 60Hz)
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt aangezet, zal er een lichte geur ontstaan. Dit is normaal, zorg voor
voldoende ventilatie. Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal binnenkort verdwijnen.
BUISFOLIE GEBRUIKEN
OPMERKINGEN OVER DE FOLIE
• De folie mag maximaal 28 cm breed zijn. Anders kan deze niet correct
worden geseald.
• Gebruik voor dit apparaat alleen foliesoorten die aan één kant een structuur hebben (punten of groeven) en een
sterkte van ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170-290 μ) en die zijn vervaardigd van nylon-PE. Anders wordt de sealnaad niet dicht
en kan het apparaat beschadigd raken. U herkent folie van dit type aan de informatie op de verpakking. Al naar gelang
het type en de sterkte van de folie varieert de kwaliteit van de sealnaad.
• De meegeleverde folie is geschikt voor temperaturen tussen -20°C en +100°C.
1) Knip voor uw zak met een schaar de gewenste lengte van de buisfolie zo
recht mogelijk af.
2) Open het apparaatdeksel (1) door op de dekselontgrendelingen (8) te drukken
en het apparaatdeksel (1) omhoog te kantelen.
3) Leg het open uiteinde van de zak zo ver in het apparaat, dat de opening van de zak zich in het midden binnen de
onderste afdichtingsring (5) bevindt. De zak mag maximaal tot aan de achterste begrenzingen (6) komen en moet
tussen de voorste begrenzingen (7) liggen. Wanneer de zak op een van beide of beide begrenzingen (7) ligt, kan de
zak niet correct worden geseald:
OPMERKING
• De zakopening moet glad op de sealdraad (4) liggen. Anders werkt het
sealen niet correct.
4) Sluit het deksel van het apparaat (1). De persafdichting (10) perst de zak
op de sealdraad (4), zodat er een gladde naad ontstaat. Let erop dat beide
hoeken van het apparaatdeksel (1) vastklikken. Druk ze zo nodig nog een
keer op de markeringen en omlaag, zodat het apparaatdeksel (1) vastklikt
en vergrendeld is.
5) Druk op de toets (12). Het rode indicatielampje (11) gaat branden.
Zodra het sealen is voltooid, dooft het rode indicatielampje (11).
OPMERKING
• U kunt het sealen op elk gewenst moment afbreken door op de toets
(13) te drukken. Het rode indicatielampje (11) dooft.
LET OP - MATERIËLE SCHADE
Wanneer het rode indicatielampje (11) na hooguit 10 seconden niet uitgaat, is het apparaat defect!
• Haal onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact. Probeer niet het apparaat zelf te repareren. Neem contact op met
de klantenservice.
6) Open het apparaatdeksel (1)door op de dekselontgrendelingen (8) te drukken en het apparaatdeksel (1) omhoog
te kantelen. Neem de zak uit. Deze is nu aan één uiteinde geseald.
OPMERKING
• Controleer of de sealnaad correct is. Een correcte sealnaad moet een gladde, rechte strip zonder vouwen zijn.
7) Vul de zak. Aan de te sealen kant moet minstens 6 cm van de zak worden vrijgelaten.
LET OP - MATERIËLE SCHADE
• Vul de zak zo, dat er tijdens het sealen in geen geval levensmiddelen of vloeistoffen uit de zak kunnen lopen en in
het apparaat kunnen komen.
8) Wanneer u de zak niet wilt vacuüm trekken, sealt u nu de andere, open kant.
OPMERKING
• Wacht 15 seconden voordat u de volgende zak sealt, zodat het apparaat kan afkoelen.
Tijdens deze afkoelfase kunt u de functie “Sealen” niet starten.

BUISFOLIE VACUÜM TREKKEN
U kunt bij het sealen ook de lucht uit de zak zuigen (vacuüm trekken):
LET OP - MATERIËLE SCHADE
• Gebruik het vacuüm trekken niet voor zakken waarin zich vloeistoffen bevinden. Deze komen dan in het
apparaat en beschadigen het.
1) Leg het open uiteinde van de zak zo ver in het apparaat, dat de opening van de zak zich in het midden binnen de
onderste afdichtingsring (5) bevindt. De zak mag maximaal tot aan de achterste begrenzingen (6) komen en moet
tussen de voorste begrenzingen (7) liggen. Anders werkt het vacuüm trekken en sealen niet:
2) Sluit het deksel van het apparaat (1). Let erop dat beide hoeken van
het
apparaatdeksel (1) vastklikken. Druk ze zo nodig nog een keer op de
markeringen en omlaag, zodat het apparaatdeksel (1) vastklikt en
vergrendeld is.
OPMERKING
• Let erop dat de bovenste (9) en onderste afdichtingsring (5) niet
beschadigd zijn! Anders kan het apparaat de lucht niet uit de zak zuigen.
• Als een van de afdichtingsringen (9)/(5) beschadigd is, trekt u deze
gewoon uit de uitsparing en drukt u de vervangende afdichtingsring in
de uitsparing.
3) Druk op de toets (14). Het groene indicatielampje (15) gaat branden en
het apparaat zuigt de lucht uit de zak. Zodra de lucht is afgezogen, gaat
het groene indicatielampje (15) uit en gaat het rode indicatielampje (11)
branden. Het apparaat sealt nu de zak.
4) Wanneer beide indicatielampjes (11)/(15) doven, kunt u het deksel openen door op de dekselontgrendelingen
(8) te drukken en het apparaatdeksel (1) omhoog te kantelen. Neem de vacuüm getrokken en gesealde zak uit het
apparaat.
OPMERKING
• U kunt het vacuüm trekken op elk gewenst moment onderbreken door op de toets (13) te drukken. Het groene
indicatielampje (15) dooft dan. Druk opnieuw op de toets (14) om het vacuüm trekken voort te zetten. Als het apparaat
al bezig is met sealen en het rode indicatielampje (11) brandt, kan het proces met de toets (13) worden afgebroken.
Het apparaat stopt dan het sealproces.
• Wanneer u 5 zakken na elkaar hebt vacuümgetrokken en geseald, laat u het apparaat ca. 1 minuut afkoelen.
Tijdens deze afkoelfase kunt u het apparaat niet starten. Na de afkoelfase kunt u het apparaat op de normale wijze
verder gebruiken.
TIP - "SOUS-VIDE-GAREN"
• Omdat de meegeleverde folie geschikt is voor temperaturen tussen -20 °C en +100 °C, kunt u deze gebruiken voor
het zogenaamde "sous-vide-garen" (vacuüm garen).
"Sous-vide" is Frans en betekent "onder vacuüm".
Bij vacuüm garen wordt het te garen product (meestal vis of vlees, maar ook groenten zijn mogelijk) in een vacuümzak
geseald en daarin bij een matige temperatuur (ca. 50 tot 90 °C) au bain-marie of met stoom gegaard. Dit heeft als
voordeel dat vluchtige smaakstoffen of aroma's tijdens het garen niet kunnen ontsnappen. Het te garen product
droogt niet uit en vitaminen en aroma's blijven behouden. Kruiden of specerijen die in de vacuümzak mee worden
geseald, geven hun smaak intensiever aan het te garen product af.

AANWIJZINGEN TER BESCHERMING VAN HET MILIEU
Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet bij het normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar dient bij
een speciaal inzamelpunt voor het hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten te worden aangeboden.
Het symbool op artikel, gebruiksaanwijzing en verpakking attendeert u hierop. De gebruikte grondstoen zijn
geschikt voor hergebruik. Met het hergebruik van gebruikte apparaten of grondstoen levert u een belangrijke
bijdrage aan de bescherming van ons milieu.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Reiniging
GEVAAR
Levensgevaar door elektrische stroom!
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u met reinigen begint.
• Zorg dat er geen vocht in het apparaat binnendringt tijdens het schoonmaken!
LET OP
Mogelijke beschadiging van het apparaat.
• Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, omdat hierdoor het oppervlak van de behuizing kan
worden aangetast.
• Gebruik geen harde of scherpe voorwerpen om eventuele lijmresten van de sealdraad (4) te verwijderen. Anders
kan de sealdraad (4) of de isolatie beschadigd raken.
Apparaat reinigen
• Reinig het oppervlak van de behuizing met een licht vochtige doek en een mild afwasmiddel.
• Veeg de bovenste (9) en onderste afdichtingsring (5), en de persafdichting (10) af met een vochtige doek. Zorg
ervoor dat het apparaat droog is voordat u het opnieuw gebruikt.
Opbergen
Het apparaat heeft aan de onderkant van de behuizing een geïntegreerde kabelspoel (3), waarop u het snoer kunt
wikkelen wanneer u het apparaat niet gebruikt. Zo voorkomt u dat het snoer ingeklemd raakt of vuil wordt, of een
bron van gevaar doordat het loshangt:

Mogelijke beschadiging van het apparaat.
• Bergt u het apparaat op, laat dan niet het apparaatdeksel (1) vastklikken! Wanneer het apparaatdeksel (1)
is vastgeklikt, wordt er continu druk uitgeoefend op de bovenste (9) en onderste afdichtingsring (5), en op de
persafdichting (10). Dit kan een nadelige invloed hebben op de werking van deze onderdelen.
• Berg het apparaat op een schone, droge plaats zonder rechtstreeks zonlicht op.

VOR DEM ERSTEN GEBRAUCH
VERWENDUNG
• Nehmen Sie das Gerät und das Zubehör aus der Verpackung. Entfernen Sie die Aufkleber, die Schutzfolie oder das
Plastik vom Gerät.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche und halten Sie einen Abstand von mindestens 10 cm um
das Gerät herum ein. Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Anschluss oder die Verwendung in einem Schrank oder im Freien
geeignet.
• Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der Steckdose. (Hinweis: Stellen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Geräts sicher, dass
die auf dem Gerät angegebene Netzspannung mit der örtlichen Spannung übereinstimmt. Spannung: 220V-240V
50Hz)
• Wenn das Gerät zum ersten Mal eingeschaltet wird, kann es zu einer leichten Geruchsbildung kommen. Dies ist
normal. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Lüftung. Dieser Geruch hält nur kurze Zeit an und verschwindet bald.
SCHLAUCHFOLIE VERSCHWEISSEN
HINWEISE ZUR FOLIE
• Die Folie darf maximal 28 cm breit sein. Ansonsten kann sie nicht korrekt verschweißt werden.
• Benutzen Sie für dieses Gerät nur Folien, die auf einer Seite eine Struktur haben (Punkte oder Rillen) und eine Stärke
von ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 - 290 μ) und aus Nylon-PE hergestellt sind. Ansonsten wird die Schweißnaht nicht dicht
und das Gerät kann beschädigt werden. Sie erkennen Folien dieser Art an den Angaben auf der Verpackung. Je nach
Art und Stärke der Folie variiert die Qualität der Schweißnaht.
• Die mitgelieferte Folie ist für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und +100 °C geeignet.
1) Schneiden Sie die gewünschte Länge für Ihren Beutel von der Schlauchfolie mit einer Schere möglichst gerade ab.
2) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel (1), indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen (8) drücken und den Gerätedeckel (1) nach
oben hin öffnen.
3) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb
des unteren Dichtungsringes (5) befindet. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen (6) stoßen und
muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen (7) liegen. Wenn der Beutel über einer oder beiden Begrenzungen (7)
liegt, kann der Beutel nicht korrekt verschweißt werden:
HINWEIS
• Die Beutelöffnung muss glatt auf den Schweißdrähten (4) liegen.
Ansonsten funktioniert das Verschweißen nicht richtig.
4) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel (1). Die Anpressdichtung (10)
presst den Beutel auf die Schweißdrähte (4), so dass eine glatte Naht
entsteht. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass beide Ecken des Gerätedeckels
(1) einrasten. Drücken Sie diese gegebenenfalls noch einmal an den
Markierungen und
herunter, so dass der Gerätedeckel (1) einrastet und verriegelt ist.
5) Drücken Sie die Taste (12). Die rote Kontrollleuchte (11) leuchtet.
Sobald der
Versiegelungsvorgang abgeschlossen ist, erlischt die rote Kontrollleuchte
(11).
HINWEIS
• Sie können den Versiegelungsvorgang jederzeit abbrechen, indem Sie
die Taste (13) drücken. Die rote Kontrollleuchte erlischt (11).
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
Wenn die rote Kontrollleuchte (11) nach spätestens 10 Sekunden nicht erlischt, liegt ein Defekt des Gerätes vor!
• Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät selber zu reparieren.
Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.
6) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel (1), indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen (8) drücken und den Gerätedeckel (1) nach
oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den Beutel. Dieser ist nun an einem Ende verschweißt.
HINWEIS
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schweißnaht ordnungsgemäß ist. Eine korrekte Schweißnaht soll ein glatter, gerader
Streifen ohne Falten sein.
7) Befüllen Sie den Beutel. Sie müssen mindestens 6 cm Beutel bis zur verschweißenden Kante frei lassen.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
• Befüllen Sie den Beutel so, dass auf keinen Fall Lebensmittelreste oder Flüssigkeiten beim Verschweißen
herauslaufen und in das Gerät gelangen können.
8) Wenn Sie den Beutel nicht vakuumieren wollen, verschweißen Sie nun die andere, offene Seite.
HINWEIS: • Warten Sie 15 Sekunden, bevor Sie den nächsten Beutel verschweißen, damit das Gerät abkühlen kann.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie die Funktion „Verschweißen“ nicht starten.

SCHLAUCHFOLIE VAKUUMIEREN
Sie können beim Verschweißen auch die Luft aus dem Beutel saugen (vakuumieren):
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
• Vakuumieren Sie keine Beutel, in denen sich Flüssigkeiten befinden. Diese gelangen dann in das Gerät und
beschädigen dieses.
1) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb
des unteren Dichtungsringes (5) befindet. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen (6) stoßen und
muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen (7) liegen. Ansonsten funktioniert das Absaugen und Verschweißen
nicht:
2) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel (1). Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass beide
Ecken des Gerätedeckels (1) einrasten. Drücken Sie diese gegebenenfalls
noch einmal an den Markierungen und herunter, so dass der Gerätedeckel
(1) einrastet und verriegelt ist.
HINWEIS
• Achten Sie darauf, dass der obere (9) und der untere Dichtungsring (5)
nicht beschädigt sind! Ansonsten kann das Gerät die Luft nicht aus dem
Beutel saugen.
• Sollte einer der Dichtungsringe (9)/(5) beschädigt sein, ziehen Sie diesen
einfach aus der Vertiefung heraus und drücken Sie die Ersatzdichtung in
die Vertiefung rein.
3) Drücken Sie die Taste (14). Die grüne Kontrollleuchte (15) leuchtet und
das Gerät zieht die Luft aus dem Beutel. Sobald die Luft abgesaugt wurde,
erlischt die grüne Kontrollleuchte (15) und die rote Kontrollleuchte (11)
leuchtet auf. Das Gerät versiegelt nun den Beutel.
4) Wenn beide Kontrollleuchten (11)/(15) erloschen sind, können Sie den Deckel öffnen, indem Sie die
Deckelentriegelungen (8) drücken und den Gerätedeckel (1) nach oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den vakuumierten
und versiegelten Beutel.
HINWEIS
• Sie können den Vakuumiervorgang jederzeit unterbrechen, indem Sie die Taste (13) drücken. Die grüne
Kontrollleuchte erlischt (15) dann. Drücken Sie die Taste (14) erneut, wird der Vakuummiervorgang fortgesetzt.
Hat das Gerät schon in den Versiegelungsvorgang gewechselt und die rote Kontrollleuchte (11) leuchtet, kann der
Vorgang mit der Taste (13) abgebrochen werden. Das Gerät stoppt den Versiegelungsvorgang.
• Wenn Sie 5 Beutel hintereinander vakuumiert und verschweißt haben, lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 1 Minute abkühlen.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät nicht starten. Nach der Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät
normal weiter verwenden.
TIPP - „SOUS-VIDE-GAREN“
• Da die mitgelieferte Folie für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und +100 °C geeignet ist, können Sie diese zum
sogenannten „Sous-vide- Garen“ (Vakuumgaren) nutzen. „Sous-vide“ ist französisch und bedeutet „unter Vakuum“.
Beim Vakuumgaren wird das Gargut (hauptsächlich Fisch oder Fleisch, jedoch ist auch Gemüse möglich) in einem
Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt und dann darin bei Niedrigtemperatur (ca. 50 bis 90 °C) im Wasserbad oder unter
Dampf gegart. Das hat den Vorteil, dass flüchtige Geschmacksstoffe oder Aromen während des Garens nicht austreten
können. Das Gargut trocknet nicht aus und Vitamine und Aromen werden geschont. Kräuter oder Gewürze, die mit in
den Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt werden, geben ihren Geschmack intensiver an das Gargut ab.

Reinigung
GEFAHR
Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eindringt.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
• Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da diese die Gehäuseoberäche angreifen
können.
• Verwenden Sie keine harten oder scharfen Gegenstände, um eventuelle Klebereste von den Schweißdrähten (4) zu
entfernen. Andernfalls können die Schweißdrähte (4) oder die Isolierung beschädigt werden.
Gerät reinigen
• Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberäche mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und einem milden Spülmittel.
• Wischen Sie den oberen (9) und den unteren Dichtungsring (5), sowie die Anpressdichtung (10) mit einem feuchten
Tuch ab. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät wieder trocken ist, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.
Aufbewahrung
Das Gerät hat eine integrierte Kabelaufwicklung (3) an der Gehäuseunterseite, auf die Sie das Netzkabel bei
Nichtgebrauch aufwickeln können. Dadurch vermeiden Sie, dass das Netzkabel eingeklemmt, verschmutzt oder
durch das lose Herabhängen zur Gefahrenquelle wird.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
• Lassen Sie, während Sie das Gerät lagern, nicht den Gerätedeckel (1) einrasten! Wenn der Gerätedeckel (1) eingerastet
ist, wird andauernder Druck auf den oberen (9) und unteren Dichtungsring (5), sowie auf die Anpressdichtung (10),
ausgeübt. Diese können dadurch in Ihrer Funktion beeinträchtigt werden. • Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem sauberen,
trockenen Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
UMWELTSCHUTZRICHTLINIEN
Dieses gerät darf am ende seiner lebensdauer nicht im hausmüll entsorgt werden, sondern muss an einer zentralen
sammelstelle für das recycling von elektrischen und elektronischen haushaltsgeräten abgegeben werden. Dieses
symbol auf dem gerät, der bedienungsanweisung und der verpackung lenkt ihre aufmerksamkeit auf diesen
wichtigen fakt. Das bei diesem gerät verwendete material kann recycled werden. Durch das recyclen gebrauchter
haushaltgeräte leisten sie einen wichtigen beitrag zum umweltschutz. Fragen sie ihre örtliche behörde nach
informationen bezüglich einer sammelstelle.

• L'apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da bambini di età inferiore agli 8 anni. L'apparecchio può essere utilizzato
da bambini di almeno 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali oppure senza la necessaria
pratica ed esperienza sotto la supervisione di un adulto o dopo aver ricevuto adeguate istruzioni sull'uso in sicurezza
dell'apparecchio e aver compreso i possibili rischi. I bambini non devono giocarecon l'apparecchio. Mantenere
l'apparecchio e il relativo cavo fuori dalla portata dei bambini di età inferiore agli 8 anni. I bambini non devono
eseguire interventi di manutenzione e pulizia almeno che non abbiano più di 8 anni e non siano controllati.
• Per proteggersi dalle scosse elettriche, non immergere il cavo, la spina o l'apparecchio nell'acqua né in qualsiasi
altro liquido.
• Non lasciare che i bambini utilizzino il dispositivo senza supervisione.
• Spegnere l'apparecchio e scollegarlo dalla presa di rete prima di cambiare gli accessori o di avvicinarsi alle parti
mobili quando in uso.
• Scollegare sempre il dispositivo dall'alimentazione se lasciato incustodito e prima dell'assemblaggio, il
disassemblaggio o la pulizia.
• È assolutamente necessario pulire l’apparecchio prima che esso venga in contatto con gli alimenti.
• Questo apparecchio è concepito per uso domestico e applicazioni simili come:
– Aree cucine per il personale in negozi, uffici e altri ambienti lavorativi.
– Per i clienti in hotel, motel e altri ambienti di tipo residenziale.
– Ambienti di tipo Bed and breakfast.
– Fattorie.
• Non è possibile utilizzare accessori diversi da quelli forniti con l'apparecchio.

PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
USO
• Estrarre apparecchio e accessori dall’imballaggio. Rimuovere adesivi, pellicola protettiva o plastica dall’apparecchio.
• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana stabile e assicurare un minimo di 10 cm di spazio libero intorno.
Questo apparecchio non è idoneo per l’installazione in un armadietto o per uso all’aperto.
• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla presa. (Nota: Assicurarsi che la tensione indicata sul dispositivo corrisponda
alla tensione locale prima di collegarlo.
• Quando il dispositivo viene acceso per la prima volta, emetterà unleggero cattivo odore. Ciò è normale, garantire
un’adeguata ventilazione. L’odore è solo temporaneo e scomparirà presto.
SIGILLATURA DELLA PELLICOLA TUBOLARE
AVVERTENZE RELATIVE ALLA PELLICOLA
• La pellicola non deve essere più larga di 28 cm. Altrimenti non è possibile sigillarla correttamente.
• Per questo apparecchio utilizzare esclusivamente pellicole che da un lato siano strutturate (con punti o righe), che
abbiano uno spessore di ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 - 290 μ) e che siano di nylon-PE. Altrimenti il cordone di sigillatura
non è ermetico e l'apparecchio si potrebbe danneggiare. Il tipo di pellicola è sempre indicato sulla confezione. A
seconda del tipo e dello spessore della pellicola cambia la qualità del cordone di sigillatura. • La pellicola fornita in
dotazione è adatta per temperature comprese tra -20 °C e +100 °C.
1) Ritagliare il più diritto possibile dalla pellicola tubolare la lunghezza del sacchetto desiderata con una forbice.
2) Aprire il coperchio dell’apparecchio (1) premendo i dispositivi di sblocco (8) e aprire il coperchio (1) verso l’alto.
3) Infilare l’estremità aperta del sacchetto dentro l’apparecchio fino a quando l’apertura del sacchetto non viene a
trovarsi al centro all’interno dell’anello di tenuta inferiore (5). Il sacchetto non deve arrivare oltre i limiti posteriori (6)
e deve trovarsi compreso tra i limiti anteriori (7). Se il sacchetto supera uno o entrambi i limiti (7), non può venire
correttamente sigillato:
AVVISO
• L'apertura del sacchetto deve trovarsi sul cordone di sigillatura (4) senza
pieghe. Altrimenti la sigillatura non risulta corretta.
4) Chiudere il coperchio dell’apparecchio (1). La guarnizione a pressione
(10)
preme il sacchetto sul cordone di sigillatura (4) in modo tale che si formi
un
cordone liscio. Assicurarsi che entrambi gli angoli del coperchio
dell’apparecchio (1) scattino in posizione. All’occorrenza premerli ancora
una volta sulle apposite marcature e verso il basso in modo tale che il
coperchio dell’apparecchio (1) scatti in posizione e si blocchi.
5) Premere il tasto (12). La spia di controllo rossa (11) si accende. Non
appena
l’operazione di sigillatura è terminata, la spia di controllo rossa (11) si
spegne.
AVVISO
• È possibile interrompere in ogni momento l'operazione di sigillatura premendo il tasto (13). La spia di controllo
rossa si spegne (11).
ATTENZIONE - DANNI MATERIALI
Se la spia di controllo rossa (11) non si spegne dopo al massimo 10 secondi, ciò significa che l'apparecchio è guasto!
• In tal caso staccare subito la spina dalla presa di corrente. Non cercare mai di riparare autonomamente l'apparecchio.
Rivolgersi al servizio clienti.
6) Aprire il coperchio dell’apparecchio (1) premendo i dispositivi di sblocco (8) e aprire il coperchio (1) verso l’alto.
Rimuovere il sacchetto. Una delle sue estremità è ora sigillata.
AVVISO
• Assicurarsi che il cordone di sigillatura sia adeguato. Un cordone di sigillatura corretto è liscio e presenta strisce
diritte senza pieghe.
7) Riempire il sacchetto. Lasciare liberi sempre almeno 6 cm dal bordo da sigillare.
ATTENZIONE - DANNI MATERIALI
• Riempire il sacchetto in modo tale da impedire la fuoriuscita di resti di alimenti o liquidi nell'apparecchio all'atto
della sigillatura.
8) Se non si desidera mettere il sacchetto sottovuoto, chiudere anche l’altro lato aperto.
AVVISO
• Attendere 15 secondi prima di saldare il sacchetto successivo, in modo da consentire all’apparecchio di raffreddarsi.
Durante la fase di raffreddamento non è possibile attivare la funzione “Saldatura”.

MESSA SOTTOVUOTO DELLA PELLICOLA TUBOLARE
All’atto della sigillatura è possibile estrarre al contempo l’aria dal sacchetto (sottovuoto):
ATTENZIONE - DANNI MATERIALI
• Non mettere sottovuoto sacchetti contenenti liquidi. Essi finirebbero nell'apparecchio e lo danneggerebbero.
1) Infilare l’estremità aperta del sacchetto dentro l’apparecchio fino a quando l’apertura del sacchetto non viene
a trovarsi al centro all’interno dell’anello di tenuta inferiore (5). Il sacchetto non deve arrivare oltre i limiti posteriori (6)
e deve essere compreso tra i limiti anteriori (7). Altrimenti l’aspirazione e la sigillatura non funzionano:
2) Chiudere il coperchio dell’apparecchio (1). Assicurarsi che entrambi gli angoli del coperchio dell’apparecchio (1)
scattino in posizione. All’occorrenza premerli ancora una volta sulle
apposite marcature e verso il basso in modo tale che il coperchio
dell’apparecchio (1) scatti in posizione e si blocchi.
AVVISO
• Badare che l'anello di tenuta superiore (9) e l'anello di tenuta inferiore
(5)
non siano danneggiati! Altrimenti l'apparecchio non riesce ad aspirare
l'aria dal sacchetto.
• Qualora uno degli anelli di guarnizione (9)/(5) fosse danneggiato, sfilarlo
semplicemente dall’incavo e inserire in quest’ultimo la guarnizione di
ricambio.
3) Premere il tasto (14). La spia di controllo verde (15) si accende e
l’apparecchio
aspira l’aria dal sacchetto. Non appena l’aria è stata aspirata, la spia di
controllo verde (15) si spegne e la spia di controllo rossa (11) si accende.
L’apparecchio sigilla ora il sacchetto.
4) Quando entrambe le spie di controllo (11)/(15) si sono spente, si può aprire il coperchio premendo sui dispositivi di
sblocco del coperchio (8) e aprendo il coperchio stesso (1) verso l’alto. Rimuovere il sacchetto sotto vuoto e sigillato.
AVVISO
• È possibile interrompere in ogni momento l'operazione di messa sottovuoto premendo il tasto (13). A questo punto
la spia di controllo verde (15) si spegne. Se si preme il tasto (14) l'operazione di messa sottovuoto viene proseguita. Se
l'apparecchio è già passato all'operazione di sigillatura e la spia di controllo rossa (11) è accesa, si può interrompere
l'operazione con il tasto (13). L'apparecchio interrompe l'operazione di sigillatura. • Dopo aver messo sotto vuoto e
saldato 5 sacchetti, lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio per circa 1 minuto. Durante la fase di raffreddamento non è
possibile avviare l’apparecchio. Dopo la fase di raffreddamento si può normalmente riutilizzare l’apparecchio.
CONSIGLIO "COTTURA SOUS VIDE"
• Poiché la pellicola fornita in dotazione è adatta a temperature comprese tra -20 °C e +100 °C, la si può utilizzare per
la cosiddetta "cottura sous vide" (cottura sottovuoto). "Sous-vide" è un'espressione francese e significa "sotto vuoto".
Nella cottura sottovuoto i cibi (prevalentemente carne o pesce, ma anche verdura) vengono sigillati in un sacchetto
sottovuoto e poi cotti dentro di esso a bassa temperatura (ca. 50 - 90 °C) a bagnomaria o a vapore. Ciò ha il vantaggio
che durante la cottura gli aromi e i profumi non possono fuoriuscire. I cibi non si asciugano e le vitamine e gli aromi
vengono mantenuti. Erbe o spezie che vengono sigillate assieme ai cibi nel sacchetto sottovuoto trasferiscono in
modo più intenso il loro gusto ai cibi.
