Introduction
T e all-in-one air fryer brings simplicity to life. It can roast, bake, grill, toast, BBQ and air fry
wit out oil. It is perfect for t ose 'always on t e go' and people w o want ealt ier meals.
T e integrated fan circulates t e ot air around t e bowl, giving you amazingly even cooking and
perfect browning, w ile retaining t e food's moisture. Airflow is concentrated into a confined
space, allowing for quicker cooking t an most conventional ovens.
Using energy-efficient carbon fibre eating tec nology and wit touc button digital controls, it
is a joy to use.

Important Safety Information
1. In order to make t e best use of t e product and use it safely, please read t e instruction
manual carefully and keep a copy andy for future reference.
2. T is appliance is intended for domestic use only. It is designed to andle normal
ouse old usage and is not suitable for continuous or commercial use.
3. Do not use t is appliance for anyt ing ot er t an its intended use.
4. Connect t e appliance to an eart ed power socket t at complies wit national electrical
safety regulations.
5. Place t e appliance on a stable, flat surface, away from over anging kitc en cupboards.
6. Do not let t e cord ang down over t e edge of t e table, or touc ot surfaces. Position
t e cord so it does not touc t e appliance itself during operation.
7. Do not place on or near a ot stove or into a eated oven.
8. Ensure proper ventilation during use. Never use t is unit near flammable items suc as
curtains, towels, paper, plastic etc..
9. Do not use outdoors. T is appliance must not be exposed to rain or moisture.
10. Surface becomes extremely ot during operation, and will remain ot for a considerable
time after t e appliance as been switc ed off. Do not touc t e lid or t e sides of t e
appliance wit out protective oven mitts.
11. Wear oven mitts and use t e andle w en lifting t e lid from t e bowl.
12. Always lift t e lid away from you so t e escaping eat is c annelled away from your face.
13. Take care w en lifting t e lid for possible moisture drips or splas es.
14. All metal items in t e oven, suc as racks and t e cylindrical basket, will get very ot
during cooking. Take extra care w en removing t ese items from t e appliance after
cooking. Always use oven mitts or tongs.
15. Do not use any accessories t at are not recommended by Kogan.com, as t ey could
constitute a danger to t e user and to t e product.
16. Always c eck t at t e controls are in t e OFF position w en you finis using t e
appliance.
17. Near attempt to repair t e appliance yourself in t e event of a tec nical fault.
18. To protect against t e risk of electrical s ock, do not immerse cord, plug or lid in water or
any ot er liquid.
19. Do not disassemble t e appliance, or attempt to modify t e plug in any way.
20. Do not move t e appliance during operation.
21. Allow t e appliance time to completely cool before moving, cleaning or storing.
22. Do not clean t e appliance wit abrasive scouring pads.
23. Never carry t e appliance using t e cord. Regularly c eck t e cord and plug for any signs
of damage.
24. Due to t e ig surface temperature reac ed during operation, keep c ildren and pets
away from t e appliance.
25. T is appliance is not intended for use by persons (including c ildren) wit reduced
p ysical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless t ey
are under supervision and ave been given instructions concerning use of t e appliance
by a person responsible for t eir safety.

27. To remove t e plug from t e wall outlet, do not pull t e electrical cord. Hold t e plug
firmly to pull out.

First Use Sterilisation
•Remove t e appliance and all accessories from t e packaging materials.
•C eck t at all parts of t e appliance ave been included before discarding any of t e
packaging materials.
•Peel off any ad esive labels or stickers from t e appliance.
•We recommend you keep t e box and packaging for storage or s ipping purposes.
Please follow t ese steps for first use sterilisation before cooking wit food.
1. Select a stable, eat-resistant, non-flammable surface on w ic to safely operate t e
appliance.
2. Was t e stainless steel bowl and accessories in warm soapy water. Dry t oroug ly
before use. Wipe t e exterior of t e appliance wit a damp clot . Never submerge t e lid
and base of t e appliance in water or any ot er liquid.
3. Assemble t e air fryer wit t e stainless steel bowl in place. Connect t e power cord to a
suitable wall outlet.
4. Set t e temperature to 100°C and t e time to 10 minutes, t en press CONFIRM to start.
5. W en completed, t e appliance will automatically power OFF.
6. Allow t e appliance time to cool before re-was ing t e stainless steel bowl in warm soapy
water. Dry t oroug ly before use.
Now t e air fryer is ready to cook your first meal!
Note: a slig t burning odour may be emitted from t e unit during t e first few uses. T is is
normal, as t e unit will simply be reacting to being eated to ig temperatures for t e first time,
and will not cause any arm to you, your food or t e appliance. T e odour will stop being
emitted quite quickly.
Operating Instructions
Using the Appliance
1. Select a stable, eat-resistant, non-flammable surface on w ic to safely operate t e
appliance.
2. Assemble t e air fryer wit t e stainless steel bowl in place.
3. Select t e suitable accessory according to your cooking requirements, and place inside
t e bowl.
4. Place your food into t e appliance, t en place t e lid on t e appliance. Ensure t at t e lid
is fitted correctly by matc ing t e 2 arrow sides toget er.
Note: ensure t ere is adequate space and t e food does not touc t e eating element.
5. Connect t e power cord to a suitable wall outlet.
6. To start t e appliance, press t e CONFIRM button once and t e display screen will flas .
T en press PRESET, followed by any of t e 6 pre-programmed buttons. T e display
screen will s ow t e remaining time of t e selected program. Press t e CONFIRM button
again to start t e selected program. At t e start of every program, a long beep will be
eard if t e lid is placed on top of t e base properly. W en t e appliance starts to
operate, t e fan will run and t e eating element will illuminate.
Note: to c eck t e temperature, press t e TEMP button and t e screen will display t e
current inside temperature. To revert back to t e time display, press t e TIME button.
7. W en t e program is completed, 10 beeps will be eard before t e appliance
automatically powers OFF. Remove t e lid and serve t e food.

Special Operation Notes
1. W en t e set time elapses, t e appliance will automatically stop. However, t e fan may
still run for a w ile until t e eat reduces to a lower temperature. T is is to prolong t e
life of t e circuit boards and ot er components wit in t e appliance.
2. If you are required to pause t e cooking, simply lift off t e lid. Once t is appens, t e
appliance will pause. If you place t e lid back onto t e top of t e base wit in 3 minutes,
t e appliance will continue to operate t e same program wit out pressing t e CONFIRM
button. If you take longer t an 3 minutes to place t e lid back, you will need to re-
program.
3. You can set t e time and temperature manually by pressing t e CONFIRM button once,
followed by t e TEMP button. T e display screen will s ow 60°C as default. Press t e
increase or decrease button to adjust t e temperature as desired. T en to set t e time,
press t e TIME button, and t e display screen will s ow 00:30 as default. Likewise, press
t e increase or decrease button to adjust t e time as desired.
◦Bot TEMP and TIME must be selected before you can press CONFIRM again to
start t e appliance.
◦T e temperature range is between 60°C to 250°C, and t e maximum cooking time
is 60 minutes.
◦W en in t e TEMP mode, for every press of t e increase or decrease button, t e
temperature will be adjusted in 10°C increments.
◦W en in t e TIME mode, for every press of t e increase or decrease button, t e
time will be adjusted in 1 minute increments.
◦Holding down t e increase or decrease buttons will allow a continuous increment
of t e temperature or time.
4. At any time during t e cooking process, you can cancel t e program by pressing t e
CONFIRM button once. To select anot er program, press CONFIRM again, t en press
PRESET, t en any of t e 6 pre-programmed buttons, t en press CONFIRM again.
5. If you are using t e cylindrical basket, it will rotate w enever t e appliance is in operation.
6. T e carbon fibre eating element will switc ON and OFF during operation for
temperature regulation. T is is completely normal.
7. Do not add any oil or water inside t e bowl during cooking.
Cleaning
Caution
•Always allow t e appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
•Never immerse t e top and base into liquid.
•Always unplug t e power cord before cleaning.
•It is important t at t e appliance be was ed t oroug ly after eac use.
•Do not use any abrasive materials for cleaning.
1. Disconnect t e power cord and allow t e application to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe t e lid and base clean using a damp clot rinsed in warm soapy water.
3. Was t e bowl and ot er accessories in warm soapy water.
4. You can also clean t e appliance wit its automatic cleaning process. Add approximately
5cm of cold tap water into t e bowl wit a squirt of dis was ing liquid. Set t e
temperature to 80°C and t e time to 10 minutes, t en press CONFIRM to start t e
cleaning process to soften any stuck deposits. Accessories can be left in t e bowl during
t is process to soften any deposits.

Storage
Ensure all parts are t oroug ly cleaned and dried before storage.
We recommend t e appliance is placed back into t e original box and stored in a dry, cool
location.
Troubleshooting
Please c eck t e following guide for possible causes and solutions for possible problems
encountered before contacting t e Service Centre.

For your convenience, t is appliance is fitted wit a range of default settings found on t e digital
control panel. T e preset buttons ave programmed cooking time and temperature.
All preset settings can be adjusted once started by selecting t e TEMP or TIME button, followed
by t e increase and decrease buttons.
Notes:
•Allow frozen food to t aw before cooking it.
•T e times and temperatures listed in t e table below are guidelines only, and may need to
be adjusted for various food sizes, quantity, food manufacturer instructions or individual
taste.

Recommended Recipes
French Potato Chips
300-400g frozen potato c ips
1 tablespoon oil
1/3 tablespoon salt
Spray t e oil onto t e potato c ips. Put t e potato c ips inside t e cylindrical basket. Slide t e basket into
t e air fryer. Set t e timer 15-20 minutes and temperature to 250°C, and fry t e potatoes until t ey are
crispy brown. Serve t e c ips on a plate, sprinkling lig tly wit salt.
Roast Chicken
1 c icken
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 small onion
teaspoon dried marjoram¼
2 tablespoons butter
cup mus rooms½
1 egg
1 cup of soft breadcrumbs½
1 tablespoon c opped parsley
1 pinc of nutmeg
Garlic, salt, pepper
Clean t e inside of t e c icken and remove t e excess fat. Peel and c op t e onion. Add to pan and lig tly
fry in butter until soft. Add mus room and fry anot er minute. Mix in crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon
rind, marjoram, nutmeg and beaten egg.
Put stuffing into c icken and close t e opening, t en sprinkle salt and pepper over c icken and rub into t e
skin. Roast at 250°C for 15 minutes until c icken is tender and golden brown all over.
Gravy for the Roast Chicken
Take t e scraps, juice and a little fat from your bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir over eat until
brown. Slowly add 1 cups of stock made from c icken stock cubes and mus room stalks. Cook gravy, ½
stirring continuously until boiling. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stuffed Breast of Veal
1.5kg breast, boned wit pocket cut
2 tablespoons butter
Garlic, salt and pepper
Stuffing
1 egg, lig tly beaten
1 tablespoon butter
cup of finely c opped onions½
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 cup diced mus room
2 cups of fres w ite breadcrumbs
Cream
Pre eat pizza pan. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in t e pan and fry onion until soft. Add lemon rind and juice,
garlic and mus rooms. Fry toget er for 3-4 minutes. Set aside in large bowl. Add breadcrumbs, garlic, salt
and pepper to fried vegetables. Bind toget er wit egg and enoug cream to form a firm consistency. Place
stuffing into veal pocket and spread evenly, t en reseal t e cavity. Brus veal wit soft butter and place on
a low rack in t e air fryer.

Honey Chicken Wings
700g c icken wings
Marinade
2 tablespoons oney
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons tomato puree
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon c opped ginger
Trim excess fat from c icken wings and remove tips. Pay wings dry and place in a bowl. Combine lemon
juice, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over c icken wings, turn and let stand for 3 to 4 ours w ile turning
occasionally. Mix oney, tomato puree and a tablespoon of marinade. Remove c icken wings and place on
t e BBQ setting in t e air fryer. Roast for 8 minutes at 220°C. Remove wings and roll in oney/tomato
mixture.
Individual Beef Wellington
700g 4” t ick fillet steak
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons liverwurst
1 pack of frozen puff pastry, t awed
1 egg yolk, beaten wit a little water
Garlic, salt and pepper
Trim excess fat from steaks. Sprinkle wit garlic, salt and ground pepper. Place on low rack in t e air fryer.
Mix liverwurst wit brandy and spread it all over t e steaks. Roll out pastry and cut into 4 squares large
enoug to enclose eac steak. Place steak in centre of eac pastry square and fold over to completely
enclose. Seal seams wit a little water and brus top wit beaten egg yolk. Place back onto low rack in t e
air fryer and cook at 220°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Roast Vegetables
Vegetables of your c oice
Ground black pepper
2-3 tablespoons cooking oil
Garlic, salt
Peel and clean vegetables. Cut into similar size pieces. Pat dry and place in a large pot wit 2 or 3
tablespoons of vegetable oil, adding garlic, salt and pepper. Place lid on pot, s ake and rotate vigorously.
Place vegetables on ig rack in air fryer, leaving space for air to circulate, especially around t e perimeter.
Set t e temperature to 200°C and bake for approximately 8 to 12 minutes. T e cooking time will vary
depending on t e size of individual pieces and t e total weig t. Vegetables can be roasting w ile meat is
cooking by placing around t e meat and/or by utilising t e ig rack and a perforated baking dis .
Jacket Potatoes in Foil
Medium sized was ed potatoes (1 per person)
Soft butter
Ground black pepper
Garlic, salt
Make sure potatoes are clean. Remove any eyes, bruises, faults etc. Dry wit a paper towel. Rub a little
softened butter onto t e potatoes. Place on foil paper. Sprinkle wit a little garlic, salt and fres ly ground
black pepper. Wrap up in foil paper. Place potatoes on ig rack in air fryer and cook for 45 minutes at
250C. C eck wit a fork to see t at t ey are cooked t roug . Serve wit sour cream, c ives, grated c eese
and cooked bacon pieces.
For a variation, mix a little soy sauce into t e butter before rubbing into t e potatoes w ile omitting t e
garlic salt.
