Safety Precautions
When using electrical appliances, always follow basic safety precautions. This includes:
•Remove and discard the cover fitted on the power plug of the Air Fryer & Grill.
•This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and
they understand the hazards involved.
•Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Do not allow the
appliance to be used by children. Supervise when used near children.
•This appliance is for household use only. Do not use this appliance for anything
other than its intended use.
•Do not use in moving vehicles or boats. Do not use outdoors. Misuse may cause
injury.
•Ensure the surface is level, clean and dry. Do not place the appliance near the
edge of a countertop during operation. Always ensure the appliance is properly
assembled before use.
•When using this appliance, provide at least 6 inches (15.25cm) of space above and
on all sides for air circulation.
•Always use protective hot pads or insulated oven mitts and use available handles
and knobs.
•Recommend use of long-handled utensil.
•Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
•Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than described in this user guide.
•Do not leave the appliance unattended when in operation.
•A fire may occur if air grill is covered with flammable material, including curtains,
draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
•Unplug the appliance and let it cool thoroughly.
•Do not immerse the appliance in water or rinse as it contains electrical and heating
components.
•Oversize foods, metal foil packages or utensils must not be inserted in an air grill as
they may involve a risk of fire or electric shock.
SAFETY & WARNINGS

•During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlets. Keep your hands
and face at a safe distance from the steam and the air outlets. Also, be careful of
hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
•Keep all cords away from hot surfaces.
•Do not replace or fix a damaged part such as the main cord. Regularly inspect the
appliance and power cord. If the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in
any way, immediately stop the use and contact Kogan.com
•Make sure that your output voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the
rating label of the appliance.
•Do not connect the appliance to an external controller such as the external timer
switch.
•Do not put plastic dishes, protection film or those non-resistant to high
temperature into the fryer.
•Do not use with an extension cord; it must be plugged into a wall outlet.
•Do not let any liquid enter the appliance (aside from cooking liquids added to the
pan) to prevent electric shock or short-circuiting.
•Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating, it will be very hot.
•Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn off and then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
•Never use an extension cord. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the
risk of children grabbing the cord of becoming entangled and to reduce the risk of
people tripping over a longer cord.
•Never use outlet below countertop surface.
•Never place appliance and let cord hang over edges of tables, counters or touch
hot surfaces.
•Only use the recommended accessories included with this appliance. The use of
accessories or attachments not recommended may cause a risk of fire or injury.
•Before placing any accessory into the cooker, ensure they are clean and dry.
•Never use the appliance without the removable cooking pot. Always ensure the lid
is fully closed before operating.
•Never move the appliance when in use.
•Never cover the air intake vent or air outlet vent while the appliance is operating.
Doing so will prevent even cooking and may damage the appliance or overheat.
•Never touch hot surfaces. Appliance surfaces are hot during and after the
operation.
•Never touch accessories immediately after cooking. The accessory becomes
extremely hot during the cooking process. Avoid physical contact while removing
the accessory from the appliance.
•To prevent burns or personal injury, never use this appliance for deep-frying.

•Cease use if fire occurs, or the appliance emits black smoke, unplug immediately.
Wait for the appliance to cool down before removing any cooking accessories.
•Never clean with metal scouring pads.
•Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done/operated by children.
•Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.

1. Plug-in the Air Fryer and Grill. The appliance will beep once. All indication lights are
on and then goes off.
2. Select desired function. If you want to air grill, select, press Air Grill button until
indication light of the desired mode is on.
3. Adjust time and temperature by pressing the Temperature Increase button or
Temperature Decrease button .
4. Press Start to start preheating. During preheating, “PrE” appears on the control
panel display.
5. When the preheating is done, the “Add” message appears on the display.
6. Open the lid and add the ingredients, then close the lid; the appliance starts the
timer automatically.
7. When the countdown is complete, the “Done” message appears on the display
and the appliance will stop working.
8. Press Cancel button to go back to standby mode and to stop the appliance’s
motor. The “Off” message appears on the display.
9. During preheating or cooking, press Start button to stop cooking.
10. During preheating or cooking, when the lid is opened, the “Open” message
appears on the display and the appliance stops working. It resumes working once
the lid is closed.
11. If you are using grill grate, put the grill grate in the pot before preheating the
appliance.
OPERATION
Note: The Air Fryer and Grill emits an unpleasant smell when first used but the
smell reduces as you use.
Note:The motor will run for 2 minutes to cool down the appliance.

1. Press the Roast button. The default temperature appears on the Temperature

1. Add the roast rack and ingredient, close the lid.
2. Press the Dehydrator button. The default temperature appears on the
Temperature Display and time appears on the Time Display.
3. Set the cooking time, press the Start button, the machine enters the cooking mode
and starts the timer automatically.
4. When the countdown is complete., the “Off” message appears on the control
panel display.
Note: There is no preheating for the Dehydration function.

10. Use the oven mitts to shake the basket. Put the basket back and close the lid for
cooking to resume.

2. Place the grill grate on the cooking pot.
3. Adjust the temperature and time by pressing Temperature Increase button or
Temperature Decrease button.
4. Press the Start button to start preheating, the “PrE” message appears on the
control panel display.
5. When the preheating is done, the “Add” message appears on the display.
Note: We recommend shaking ingredient basket during cooking for best results.

6. Open the lid, the appliance will stop working, and the “Open” message appears on
the display.
7. Add the ingredient on the grill grate, close the lid and the appliance will start the
timer automatically.
8. When the countdown is complete, the “Done” message appears on the display.
9. Press Cancel button to go back to standby mode and to stop the appliance’s
motor. The “Off” message appears on the display.

1. Press the Air grill button to select the desired mode of the air grill. The default
temperature appears on the Temperature Display and time appears on the Time
Display.
2. Place the grill grate on the cooking pot.
3. Adjust the temperature and time by pressing Temperature Increase button or
Temperature Decrease button.
4. Press the Start button to start preheating, the “PrE” message appears on the
control panel display.
5. When the preheating is done, the “Add” message appears on the display.
6. Open the lid, the appliance will stop working, and the “Open” message appears on
the display.
7. Add the ingredient on the grill grate, close the lid and the appliance will start the
timer automatically.
8. When the countdown is complete, the “Done” message appears on the display.
9. Press Cancel button to go back to standby mode and to stop the appliance’s
motor. The “Off” message appears on the display.
Note:
During cooking, you can open the lid to check the food or flip the food.
The appliance will automatically pause when the lid is opened and then
resume cooking when the lid is closed.

•The unit should be cleaned thoroughly after every use.
•Remove the main plug from the wall outlet and let the appliance cool down for at
least 30 minutes.
•Remove the accessories to let the air fryer cool before cleaning.
•Clean the appliance after every use.
•Do not clean the accessories and the inside of the appliance with any metal
kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage the coating.
•Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
•Clean accessories with hot water, liquid detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
•You can remove any remaining food residue with degreasing liquid.
Problem

I want to check if the food is cooked in the
middle of the cooking process.
You can open the lid during the cooking
process. The appliance will automatically
pause, and the “Open” message appears
on the control panel display.
I want to put the cooking pot on my
countertop.
The pot will be hot after the cooking. Use
caution to handle the cooking pot and
place on heat-safe surfaces only.

The food did not cook when air crisping
For consistent browning, make sure
ingredients are arranged in an even layer
on the bottom of the roast rack with no
overlapping.
Shake ingredients during cooking for
consistent crispiness.
