Tools and Materials
Before You Begin
NOTE: This product is designed to be installed between two
vanities or between a vanity and a wall and is not intended to be
installed individually. Read both product installation instructions
before beginning. One vanity should be installed before installing
the drawer assembly.
Observe all local building codes.
Secure the drawer assembly to stud framing. When possible,
provide 2x6 bracing behind the finished wall for additional
support. Refer to the vanity installation instructions for stud
framing and site preparation.
The appearance of your product may differ from the illustration
in this guide. The instructions still apply.
To ease installation, remove drawers before beginning. Refer to
the section in this guide for proper removal.

1. Secure the Drawer Assembly
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Drill the lag bolt pilot holes
in the ends of the back rail to provide maximum support and to
prevent flexing of the unit.
NOTE: The drawer assembly can be aligned as desired with the
vanity top. Take visual impact, leg room, and clearance into account
when determining the height of the drawer assembly.
To properly secure the drawer assembly, 2x6 backing material
must be installed behind the finished wall. Refer to the vanity
installation instructions for site preparation.
Place the drawer assembly in position against the previously
installed vanity and finished wall.
Verify the vanity is level and the back rail is plumb against the
wall.
Using a 1/4″drill bit, drill two pilot holes through the ends of
the back rail and the finished wall. Verify the pilot holes are
positioned in the back rail ends and ensure that the lag bolts will
engage the 2x6 backing material.
NOTICE: Before drilling the pilot holes into the vanity, ensure that
the pilot holes will not damage any of the internal components.
Using a 1/8″drill bit, drill two pilot holes through the side of the
drawer assembly and into the vanity.

and secure into bracing.

Secure the Drawer Assembly (cont.)
Secure the drawer assembly to the finished wall with two 5/16″
lag bolts and washers (not provided).
Secure the drawer assembly to the vanity using two #8 x 1-1/2″
panhead screws (provided).
Install the Second Vanity
Install the second vanity according to the instructions packed
with the vanity. Ensure the vanity is flush against the drawer
assembly before securing the vanity to the wall.
Using a 1/8″drill bit, drill two pilot holes through the side of the
drawer assembly and into the second vanity.
Secure the drawer assembly to the vanity using two #8 x 1-1/2″
panhead screws (provided).

2. Remove/Reinstall the Drawer
Alignment
To adjust the height and level the drawer, move the tabs
underneath the front corners back or forward as needed.
For fine adjustment, loosen the screws behind the drawer face,
then hold the drawer face level while retightening the screws.
Removal
Fully extend the drawer.
From underneath, press the release latches toward the sides of the
drawer.
Lift the front of the drawer to disengage from the rails.
Reinstallation
Fully extend the rails.
Align the holes in the back of the drawer with the rail hooks.
Rotate the drawer down onto the rails, engaging the latches with
the rails.
Push the drawer closed to fully engage the latches.
To ensure the drawer is properly engaged, lightly lift the front of
the drawer. If not engaged, repeat the ″Reinstallation″procedure.

Care and Cleaning
For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your
KOHLER product:
•Blot spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth.
•Test cleaners in a discrete location first, such as the inside of a
door, to ensure that there is no adverse reaction.
•Do not expose wood furniture to direct sunlight, drying heat
sources, or dampness.
•Protect wood surfaces by using felt, leather or cork under
accessories. Never slide objects across wood surfaces.
•Dust frequently with a soft cloth in the direction of the grain.
•Use only products specifically made for cleaning wood. Avoid
using oily polishes or waxes, or products containing silicone.
•Every six months, remove soil buildup by rubbing with a soft
cloth dampened in a 50/50 solution of warm water and an
ammonia-free detergent. Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in
warm water. Wipe dry.
•Paint pens and touch-up markers are available to conceal
scratches on the wood surface. These products may be purchased
from a Kohler distributor or call 1-800-4-KOHLER for ordering
information.

Warranty
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
KOHLER plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in
material and workmanship for one year from date of installation.
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate
adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects
occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. Kohler
Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank
toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

Avant de commencer

toilette doit être installé avant d’installer l’ensemble de tiroirs.
Respecter tous les codes de construction locaux.
Sécuriser l’ensemble de tiroirs sur l’ossature. Lorsque possible,
fournir une entretoise 2x6 à l’arrière du mur fini pour fournir un
support supplémentaire. Voir les instructions d’installation du
meuble de toilette pour l’ossature et la préparation du site.
L’apparence de votre produit peut être différente de l’illustration
dans ce guide. Les instructions s’appliquent tout de même.
Pour faciliter l’installation, retirer les tiroirs avant de commencer.
Se reporter à la section dans ce guide pour une dépose
appropriée.

1. Sécuriser l’ensemble de tiroirs en place
ATTENTION: Risque d’endommagement du produit. Percer les
avant-trous des tire-fonds dans les extrémités du rail arrière afin de
fournir un support maximum et pour empêcher un fléchissement de
l’unité.
REMARQUE: L’ensemble de tiroirs peut être aligné comme on le
souhaite avec le dessus du meuble de toilette. Tenir compte de
l’impact visuel, de l’espace pour les jambes et du dégagement lors
de la détermination de la hauteur de l’ensemble de tiroirs.
Pour sécuriser le tiroir en place de manière adéquate, le matériau
de renfort 2x6 doit être installé à l’arrière du mur fini. Voir les
instructions d’installation du meuble de toilette en ce qui
concerne la préparation du site.
Placer l’ensemble de tiroirs en position contre le meuble installé
auparavant et le mur fini.
Vérifier que le meuble est à niveau et que le rail arrière est
d’aplomb contre le mur.
Utiliser un foret de 1/4″pour percer deux avant-trous à travers
les extrémités du rail arrière et la finition murale. Vérifier que les
avant-trous sont placés dans les extrémités du rail arrière et
assurer que les tire-fonds s’engagent dans le matériau de renfort
2x6.

Sécuriser l’ensemble de tiroirs en place (cont.)
AVIS: Avant de percer les trous pilotes dans le meuble de toilette,
s’assurer que les trous pilotes n’endommageront pas les composants
internes.
Utiliser un foret de 1/8″pour percer deux trous pilotes à travers
le côté de l’ensemble de tiroirs et dans le meuble de toilette.
Sécuriser le tiroir sur le mur fini avec deux tire-fonds de 5/16″et
des rondelles (non fournis).
Sécuriser l’ensemble de tiroirs sur le meuble de toilette en
utilisant deux vis à tête cylindrique bombée #8 x 1-1/2″
(fournies).
Installer le deuxième meuble de toilette
Installer le deuxième meuble de toilette en suivant les instructions
accompagnant celui-ci. S’assurer que le meuble de toilette est à
ras du tiroir avant de sécuriser le meuble de toilette sur le mur.
Utiliser un foret de 1/8″pour percer deux trous pilotes à travers
le côté de l’ensemble de tiroirs et dans le deuxième meuble de
toilette.
Sécuriser l’ensemble de tiroirs sur le meuble de toilette en
utilisant deux vis à tête cylindrique bombée #8 x 1-1/2″
(fournies).
