Please read these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself with the required
tools, materials, and installation sequences. Follow the sections that pertain
to your particular installation. This will help you avoid costly mistakes.
In addition to proper installation, read all operating and safety instructions.
All information in this manual is based upon the latest product information
available at the time of publication. At Kohler, we constantly strive to improve
the quality of our products. We reserve the right to make changes in product
characteristics, packaging or availability at any time without notice.
NOTE: The bathtub pictured in the installation steps may dier from the
model being installed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INSTALLERS!: Please leave these instructions for
the consumer. They contain important information.
In addition to installation procedures, this manual contains important care and
cleaning. Please retain for future reference.
¨Please provide adequate available space for the bath unit in accordance with
rough-in. Arrange the location of drain in advance.
¨ Bath can be installed aer the wall is completed. Bath drain supplies
should be arranged preliminarily according to the selected bath.

Product Notice
A. Installation Hazard Notication

all electrical connections.

all instructions thoroughly before beginning installation, including
the following product requirements.
WARNING: Keep the area around the blower motor clean and free of
debris. Ensure that the area around the blower motor is free of sawdust,
insulation, dirt, or other small loose debris. Such material could clog the
blower motor air ducts and reduce the air ow through the blower.
NOTICE: Follow all local plumbing and electrical codes.

B. Factory-Assembled Features
Factory installed components include blower motor with power supply cord,
check valve, air piping, user keypad, and keypad cable. Other than power
wiring and plumbing, no assembly is needed.
WARNING: Unauthorized modication may cause unsafe operation
or aect performance of the bath with airjets. Do not relocate the
blower motor, or make other modications to the system in the absence
of kit instructions, as this could adversely aect the performance and
safe operation of the bath with airjets. Kohler Thailand shall not be liable
under its warranty or otherwise for personal injury or damage caused
by any such unauthorized modication.

Product Requirement
A. Summary Of Key Requirements
¨Observe all local plumbing codes.
¨ Install the unit to a level suboor.
B. Plumbing Specications
If installing a rim-mount faucet, make sure there is no interference with drain
overow before drilling any holes.
Conrm adequate mounting and connection space for the faucet specied for
your installation.
C. Product Inspection
Unpack and inspect bath for damage. All Kohler’s baths have been manufactured
with sophisticated crasmanship. However, please inspect for any possible
damage that may have occurred in transit. Leave all materials in the crate
during construction to prevent damage.
NOTE: Damage occurred during transit shall not be covered by warranty.
D. Electrical Requirements
The installation must have a Class A Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI).
The GFCI protects against Line-to-ground shock hazard. Use a 220-240 V, 10 A
(minimum), 50 Hz dedicated service for the bath with airjets.
E. New or Replacement Installation Requirements
This bath can be installed in new or existing bathrooms.
For replacement: Remove the old bath, and remove enough old wall material
and oor covering from the area to allow for installation. Remove any old
plumbing that does not conform to the rough-in requirements.
For new installation: Position the plumbing according to the roughing-in
dimensions.
F. Clearance Requirements
¨Check the rough-in and room dimensions to provide adequate available
space for the bath unit.
¨ Make sure the ooring oers adequate support for your bath, and verify
that the suboor is at and level.

Prepare the Site
NOTICE: Adequate oor support must be provided. Consult the roughing-in
sheet packed with your bath for specic oor loading requirements.
¨ Ensure the suboor oers adequate support for your bath.
¨ Ensure the suboor is level.
¨ Use the cut-out template provided with the bath (specied model) to
properly mark the bush and drain locations in relation to the determined
location of the bath.
IMPORTANT! To ensure a successful installation, it is critical that bath be
installed on a perfectly level nished oor.
¨ Ensure the nished oor is perfectly level before proceeding with the bath
installation.

1. Adjust Height of Bath /
¨Adjust the feet under the bath to make it level. Tighten the nut on the
adjustable feet to sele the height of the bath.
IMPORTANT: The bath must be installed level on all top edges. Floor should
be at, level and free of any bumps or protrusions.
IMPORTANT: Keep a certain clearance (suggested value: 5 mm) from oor to
the apron boom. Be careful with the drain hose to prevent it to be squeezed.

2. Install the Bush /
For K-11344X-G
¨ Place position template (specied model) on the oor.
¨Place guide bush onto the corresponding area of the position template.
Then x guide bush onto the oor with silicone sealant or anchors, washers
and screws.

3. Connect Drain Hose /
¨ Have the bath supported above the oor and ensure the bath is located
right above the marked location.
¨Apply silicone sealant around the end top of the drain hose. Connect the
drain hose with oor drain and make sure the drain hose protrudes from the
oor for a certain length to facilitate future bath removal.

4. Complete the Installation /
¨Connect cold and hot supplies and check all connections for leak.
¨Make Electrical Connections.
WARNING: Risk of electric shock. To reduce the risk of electrical shock,
connect the control box to a properly grounded, grounding-type
receptacle protected by Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupters (GFCI ‘s).
Do not remove the plug grounding pins. Do not use grounding adapters.
NOTE: The bath with airjets model number is printed on a label near the
blower motor. This label also identies the electrical rating.
¨Your Kohler bath with airjets is equipped with a cord and plug. The blower
motor has been wired at the factory. A licensed electrician must install
a dedicated GFCI-protected, 220 V, 10 A, grounded outlet.
¨Plug the control box into this outlet.
¨Clean the area of all dust and debris.

¨Check all electrical connections, and make sure the electrical power to the
bath with airjets is on.
¨Make sure all piping connections in the air harness are secure.
¨Verify that the blower motor is secure.
¨Run water into the bath, then check the drain connections for leakage.
¨ Operate the bath and check for air ow through the airjets. Check the air
piping for air leaks.
¨Stop the bath and drain the water.
¨Apply silicone sealant to the guide bush inside wall and the guide pin
outside wall. Insert guide pin into guide bush as per the guide of the
position template to nally x the bath to the oor.

6. Clean-Up After Installation
¨Clean the area around the blower motor of all dust and debris.
¨Use warm water and a liquid detergent to clean the surface of the bath
with airjets. Do not use abrasive cleansers, as they may scratch and dull the
surface. Do not use powdered cleaners unless the cleaner is fully issolved
in water. Solid substances could block the airjets. Do not use bleach or
ammonia cleaning solutions. Chemically active cleaning solutions can
damage the bath surface. Refer to the homeowners guide for normal
cleaning recommendations.

7. Using the Keypad

Power On/O Turns the blower motor on and o. Pressing the switch
once starts the blower motor at a low speed. Pressing the
buon again stops the blower motor. The blower motor
automatically stops aer about 20 minutes of operation.
The blower motor can be restarted by pressing the On/
O buon.
Purge Mode Initiates the purge cycle manually. The purge cycle blows
any residual water out of the air channels aer the bath has
been drained. Pressing the buon once starts the blower
motor at low-speed. The blower motor stops automatically
aer about two minutes. Pressing the buon again before
the cycle ends will stop the blower motor. Note that this
product also has an automatic purge cycle, which initiates
about 30 minutes aer the blower has stopped.
Increases Flow Increases the air ow.
Decreases Flow Decreases the air ow.

Cleaning Your Acrylic Bath

For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your KOHLER
product:
• Use a mild detergent such as liquid dishwashing soap and warm water for
cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners that may scratch or dull the surface.
• Carefully read the cleaner product label to ensure the cleaner is safe for use
on the material.
• Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying
to the entire surface.
• Do not allow cleaners to sit or soak on the surface.
• Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately aer
cleaner application. Rinse and dry any overspray that lands on nearby
surfaces.
• Use a so, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such
as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces.

of Thailand only, to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

adjustment where company’s inspection disclose any such defect occurring
in normal usage and maintenance but is not responsible for labor charges,
removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In
no event shall the liability of Kohler (Thailand) Public Company Limited
exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the defect or damage caused by
accident, natural disasters such as re, ood, or earthquake, misuse or abuse
of products. Improper care and cleaning will avoid the warranty. Consumers
are responsible for the cost of service parts and service fee for such cases.
