The manual is made according to KH-01 standard specification,
and also applicable to all KH-01/KH-02/KH-03/KH-04/KH-05 Series.
Take practicality as standard of appearances and interfaces
because of software & hardware upgrades.
Detailed operation instructions are available in the SD card.

Notes
1. Do not use the printer in any way other than described to avoid injury and damage.
2. Put the Printer on a ventilated, shady and less dust platform, away from heat sources and
burn & explode.
3. Avoid shake and shock, or the printer is not working well.
4. Filament would be better of being suggested by the manufacturer, to avoid block and
damage.
5. Do not install any other power cable instead of the original one, connecting with 3-pole
plugs.
6. Do not touch the nozzle and hot plate during working, to avoid burn injuries.
7. Do not wear gloves or the similar, to avoid being caught by the moving parts of the printer.
8. Remember to clean the nozzle immediately after printing is over, and be sure to use the
nozzle cleaner.
9. Power off and make periodical cleaning to the whole Printer, including the surface, slide
track and others.
10. Do not let children approach and use the Printer.

5.Connect round filament holder with the bracket, then fix it on
the controller box
4.Fasten the right and left side bolts
on the T-Bracket to strengthen

Connect the Extruder motor with 6
pin(4-wire) connector according to
the yellow label.
4. Circuit connection

Connect the limit switches with
3pin(2-wire) connector accordingto
the yellow label
Select the correct input voltage
to match your local mains(220V or
110 V),to avoid damage.
Make sure the power cable is
connected.

Tips: Replacing the Filament
1.Cut off the filament near the entrance of
the extruder hole, then insert new
filament until the above result.
2.Preheat the nozzle and pull out the
filament immediately, then insert new
filament.

7. Bed Leveling
1. Prepare→ Auto home. Wait for the nozzle moving to
the left/front of the platform.
2. Prepare→ Disable steppers.
3. Move nozzle to front/left leveling
screw and adjust platform height by
turning the knob underneath. Use a
piece of A4 paper to assist with the
adjustment, making sure that the nozzle
lightly scratches the paper.
4. Complete the adjustment on all 4
corners.
5. Repeat above steps 1-2 times if
necessary.

1. Slicing
Open software→ Select file→ Prepare→ Save to Removable Drive

Insert SD card→ Press knob→ Select “print from SD”→ Select the file to print
