Common bacteria found in kitchens include Salmonella, E. coli,
Staphylocolli, Staeptocolli, and Campylobater. Kitchen sponges are
ideal breeding grounds and have been found in University studies to
contain these bacteria.
The Lentek Sponge Sanitizer can eliminate over 99% of these microorgan-
isms during each four hour cycle. The trivalent oxygen produced by the

This Limited Warranty is effective upon purchase.

International.
1. Lentek International warrants this product to be free of manufacturing
defects. Should any such defect develop or become evident within
ONE year from the date of purchase, Lentek International will replace
the entire product or, at its option, repair or replace the defective
part(s) without charge.
2. Securely pack the entire unit. Be sure carton clearly identifies sender
by name and address. Attach a letter or card describing the defect.
Original receipt of purchase must be included in returned package for
warranty coverage.
3. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure
to operate product in accordance with instructions and on recom-
mended electrical current.

POWER SOURCE:
The Sila Sponge IO-13 is powered by an AC plug-in adapter.
Place the unit anywhere you want fresh smelling sponges, such as a
kitchen, bathroom or laundry room.
READY TO GO:
1. Lift lid on sponge sanitizer.
2. Place a sponge (2 1/2" x 4") into the compartment after squeezing out
excess water.
3. Close lid.
4. To start the four hour cleaning cycle, locate the ON/OFF switch on the
side of the unit, turn to ON, and clean air will begin to flow. The green
LED indicator on the side of the unit will blink, signaling that the unit is
powered and operating.
5. Lift lid to remove sponge after four hour cleaning cycle.
