Precautions
Location
Using Ihe unit in the following locations can result in a mallunclion.
• In direct sunlight
• Locations of extreme lemperature or humidily
• Excessively dust Y or dirty locations

Power supply
Be sure to turn the power swilch to OFF when the unit is not in use. Remove the battery
in order to prevent it from leaking when the unil is not in use for extended periods.
Interference with other electrical devices
Radios and televisions placed nearby may experience reception intenerence.
Operate this unit at a suitable distance from radios and televisions.
Handling
To avoid breakage, do not apply excessive force to the switches or controis.
Care
If the exterior becomes dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use liquid
cleaners such as benzene or thinner, or cleaning compounds or flammable polis hes.

Aufstellungsort

Installing batteries / Installation des piles

If the battery power is low, the output sound will become unstable. Replace the
batteries.
Slide open the battery case cover on the rear of the unit, remove the batteries, then
insert new batteries in the correct polarity orientation. Re-metall the battery case cover,

pills inserez des piles neuves en respectant leur polante. Råinstallez le couvetele du
compartiment il piles.
Bei einer geringen Batteriespannung ist die Tonausgabe instabil. Wechseln Sie die .
Batterien dann aus.
Schieben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel zur Geräteriickseite und legen Sie unter
Wahrung der Polentät zwei frische Batterien ein. Bringen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel
wiederan.
Si se estån agotando las baterias, el sonido de salida sera inestable. Sustituya las
barerfas.
Desliee y abra la tapa del compartirniento de las barerias de la parte posterior de la
unidad, e inserte unas baterias nuevas con una orientaci6n de la polaridad correcta.
Vuelva a colocar la tapa del cornpartimiento de las baterias.

Please Read Before Using The Unit
This unit is an analog synthesizer. Depending on the ambient temperature. the
range of the ribban keyboard may be subject to change. To set your preferred
range, adjust the "Range" adjustment trim knob on the rear panel using a Phillips
screwdriver (#0). Rotate the knob clockwise to widen the ribban range, and
counter-clockwise to narrow the range.
Depending on the temperatur e, the LFO rate may be subject to change.
The unit will take about 30 seeonds to warrn up and stabilize after it is powered
on.
Stereo signals input to the aux jack will be mixed inta monaural.
Part Names and Functions
t. standby/pitch mod/cutoff mod switch
This switch functions as the power switch and a modulation select switch. Select from
Standby, Pitch Modulation, or Cutoff Modulation.
2. Ribbon keyboard
Press with your fingers to play sounds.
3. VCO pitch knob
This knob enables you to set ffie asic oscillator pitch.
4. LFO rate knob
This knob enables you to set the LFO rate.

• Dieses Gerät ist ein analoger Synthesizer. Bei bestimmten
Umgebungstemperaturen ändert sich eventuell der Tonurnfang der Bandtastatur.
Bei Bedarf mussen Sie den Tonumfang dann ändern, indem Sie mit einem
Kreuzkopfschraubenzieher (Nr. O) an der .Range" -Schraube drehen. Drehen Sie
sie im Uhrzeigersinn, um den Tonurnfang des Bandes zu vergröBern bzw. gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn, um ihn zu verringern.

Die Umgebungstemperatur könnte die LFO-Geschwindigkeit beeinflussen.
Nach dem Einschalten benötigt das Gerät ca. 30 Sekunden, um warm zu wer den

An die aux-Buchse angelegten Stereo-Signale werden zu einem Monosignal
kombiniert.

Hier kann ein CD- oder MP3-Player angeschlossen werden. Dessen Pegel muss auf
dem externen Gerät eingestellt werden.
11. Kopfhörerbuchse (stereo)
Hier kann ein Kopfhörer angeschlossen werden. Die Lautstärke im Kopfhörer muss
mit dem vol-Regler eingestellt werden.
