Thank you for purchasing this product. This wall set is versatile and can be used in
any period/genre in your miniature landscapes. This set is the starter set and has
several add-ons that are sold separately. These add-ons being additional wall
(KD-AC-WE-P-003M) and corner sets (KD-AC-CR-P-003M), and a column set (KD-
AC-CL-P-003M. We hope you enjoy assembling and customizing this model kit and
adding it to your landscape collection.
Skill Level: Beginner
Items Required for Assembly:
-Glue (We use fast drying wood glues, but note that there are many
different glues on the market.)
Optional (Recommended):
-Several clamps/cloth pins/rubber bands
-Paper towel
-If painting the model, colored spray primer, desired acrylic paint colors,
brushes, and clear flat or matte spray lacquer for under and over coating
finish.

Cautions:
-This model contains small parts, keep away from small children.
-All our models are designed for miniature enthusiasts and collectors, they
are not toys.
-For ages 14+
-MDF is a pressed wood material; do not submerge in water as this will
cause damage to the product.
-Avoid excessive moist environments.
Cleaning & Storage:
-Occasionally wipe with a slightly dampened cloth
-Store your building in a cool, dry location.

Pre-assembly:
Organize the model pieces in group and familiarize yourself with their purpose.
Here is a visual aid of all the parts included in your kit to help:
*** If you are painting your model, we recommend that you first apply a clear
flat/matte clear lacquer, then follow by a spray primer (color of your choice) to all
your pieces prior to assembly. This helps seal the porous surface of the MDF and
will provide a consistent surface to apply your paints.
Tips:
-Wipe off excessive glue
-If you can put a clamp on it or a rubber band to hold parts in place while
glue bonds, do it.
-Do a walkthrough of the assembly without gluing to get familiar with the
way the connections and pieces fit.

Step 1: Start assembling the walls. Apply glue to the non-detailed side of one wall
piece (#1), and press together to the non-detailed side of a second wall piece (#2).
Hold together with a clamp if needed. Set aside.
Step 2: Attach wall to base plate (#3) by applying some glue to the bottom of the
wall piece that have the insert tab. Set aside.

Step 3 : Apply glue to the unfinished side of the wall topper piece (#4). Attach the
wall topper to the top of the wall to complete the piece.
Repeat these steps nine times to complete all ten wall pieces.

Instructions: Corners (x4)
Step 1: Start assembling the corner by applying glue to each non-finished side of
the side detail pieces (#2 and #3). Next, attach #3 to #1 (glued side to unfinished
side) together and #2 to #4 (glued side to unfinished side). Clamp if necessary.

Step 2: Apply glue to the bottom of the column walls and the corner joints. Attach
the corner walls to the base plate (#5) and finish by attaching the corner topper to
the top of the walls.
Repeat these steps three times to complete all four column pieces.

Instructions: Single Gate (x1)
Step 1: Start assembling the gate by applying glue to each non-finished side of the
wall pieces (#1). *** Take note that one wall piece #1 has very small tabs. These
are used to attach the doors. Make sure that these tabs are in the doorway
opening. Next, attach #1 to #2 (glued side to unfinished side) together. Clamp if
necessary. Apply glue to the bottom of the wall pieces.

Step 2: Attach the walls to the base plates (#3). Glue the top of the walls and
place the unfinished side of crossbeam (#4) against the glue. Make sure that the
walls are lined up evenly with the ends of the crossbeam and that the tabs on the
walls are on the inside of the doorway.
Step 3: Apply glue to the two small gable end pieces (#5). Then place glue along
one side of the larger roof panel (#6). Connect the gable ends and roof panels to
form the gable roof. Apply glue to the bottom of the gable ends.

Step 4: Place the gable roof centered with the crossbeam and walls. Apply glue to
the hinge side of the door (#7). Position door on inner door tabs so that the door
aligns with the walls and leaves the base plate height empty. The door at this
point may be positioned as desired. Illustration below shows door cracked
opened for someone to take a peek.

Instructions: Double Gate (x1)
Step 1: Start assembling the gate by applying glue to each non-finished side of the
wall pieces (#1). *** Take note that wall pieces #1 have very small tabs. These
are used to attach the doors. Make sure that these tabs are opposite each other
on the inner doorway. Next, attach #1 to #2 (glued side to unfinished side)
together. Clamp if necessary. Apply glue to the bottom of the wall pieces.
