When the battery pack is used in parallel, different packs, can be distinguished
by hardware address. And the hardware address of each pack in the entire
battery stack is unique. The hardware address can be set in turn by the dial
switch on the board, The definition of the switch is referred to in the following
table.
Using a special host computer can use 1 to 16 address communication. Use a
general-purpose host to communicate using 1 to 15 addresses.

RS485 COMMUNICATION
BMS has the RS485 communication function of battery group cascade, the
default value of Porter rate is 19200 bps. the RS485 cascade communication
interface adopts 8P8C straight PCB welded telephone socket. the battery pack
may be in communication with the battery pack through the RS485
communication interface, The battery pack manages the data of each battery
pack in the cascade system.RS485 should have the communication function of
battery pack upload.
CAN COMMUNICATION
BMS has the CAN communication function of the battery pack, and the default
value of the Porter rate is 500 Kbps. the CAN cascade communication interface
adopts 8P8C straight PCB welded telephone socket. The battery pack may be
in communication with the inverter through the CAN communication interface,
The battery pack manages the data of each battery pack in the cascade system.
RS485 should have the communication function of battery pack upload.

1) Before using it, you should read the battery and charger specification
carefully to prevent the risk caused by damaged battery and charger.
2) When you combine the battery in series, if there is an oxidation layer on the
surface, you should brush the surface to the metal glow with a thin steel brush
in order to minimize the connection resistance.
3) As backup storage power, the pack should be used with the controller or
device of load. Because the pack is matched with BMS, you can not drive a
pure inductance load (application load or test load), otherwise, the system will
be damaged.
4) The system voltage is over 36V, it is forbidden to directly contact the positive
and negative terminals of the battery pack with your body in order to ensure
personal safety.
4. Data Archiving Requirements
5. Battery Use
The test data of the battery pack shall be stored in the database, which can be
queried through the external code.
Alpha 48
6. Shipment
The battery should be packed in cartons under 20%-50% SOC for shipment.
Violent vibration, impaction, or squeezing should be avoided in the transport
process, nor exposed to sunlight or rain. The batteries shall be shipped by
normal transportation such as by road, train, or by the ocean.

temperature of -5~35℃. It shall be kept out of fire and heat, and also be
avoided touching corrosion elements.
The batteries shall be charged every 6 months during storage. Both the stored
cells in the process and in delivery shall be “first come, first use”. The battery
storage period is 12 months from the date of storage.
Batteries expired must have a thorough check. Only conformity products can
be delivered to the customer. Non-conformity ones shall be rechecked, if it is
still not qualified, they will be handled by the customers.
