SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read this operation manual carefully before use.
2. The safety and maintenance instructions in this operation manual
should be retained for future reference and must be followed at all
times.
3. Keep the product away from heat sources such as radiators, heaters or
other appliances that produce heat.
4. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight for longer periods. High
temperatures will shorten the life of the product, destroy the battery and
distort certain plastic parts.
5. Do not expose the product to extreme cold as it may damage the
internal circuit board.
6. Avoid liquids getting into the product.
7. Do not throw with or stamp on the product. This may damage the
internal circuit board.
8. Do not try to disassemble the product. This must only be done by a
professional.
9. Do not use concentrated chemical products or detergent to clean the
product.
10. Keep the surface away from sharp things, as these may cause damage
to the plastic parts.
11. Use 5V / 1A power supplies only. The connection of power supplies with
higher voltage may lead to severe damage.
12. Donotarbitrarilydiscardorplacethelithiumbatterynearreorintense
heat in order to avoid a risk of explosion.

1. INTRODUCTION
The toCHARGE power bank is prac-
tical and easy to use. It can charge
many portable electronic devices. It
is compatible with mobile phones,
PDAs, digital cameras and other
electronic devices compatible
with 5V1A, by using specialised
connectors (sold separately as
accessories). This makes it a ver-
satile travel companion to provide
you with immediate power when
in need.
Please read this user manual
carefully before using the toCHARGE
power bank. The supplier takes no
responsibility for any use of this
product. Contact your personal de-
vice supplier to ensure compatibility
with your electronic devices before
connecting.
The power bank you have
purchased comes with a single
USB output.

2. GENERAL OPERATION
METHODS
2.1 Charging the power bank:
Please recharge your power bank
on your computer via the USB port
or with a USB compatible wall
charger (output 5V 1A).
TheLEDlightwillkeepashing
red during charging and stop
ashingbecomesolidredwhenthe
power bank is fully charged. When
the power bank is fully charged,
disconnect the USB cable and the
redLEDlightwillshuto.
2.2
Select a 5V USB charger or a
compatible charger (not provided in
the box) and cable to connect your
power bank and digital device. The
toCHARGE MINI power bank will
charge the device automatically
when the device is connected.
Once you begin charging, the LED
light will activate and become solid
blue during charging. The LED light
willashbluetoremindyouthat
the battery is low capacity during
charging. The power bank will shut
oautomaticallyandtheblueLED
lightwillturnofromashingif
eth power bank is out of power. To
ensure a long lifetime of the power
bank we advise you to recharge
toCHARGE MINI when the LED light
beginstoashblue.
2.3
The toCHARGE power bank will
beshutoautomaticallyafter
10 seconds, when charging is
nished.
2.4
If the device is removed from the
power bank during charging, the
blue LED light and output will shut
oafter15seconds.

When no connection is detected,
the toCHARGE MINI power bank will
keepturningostatus.

This toCHARGE MINI power bank
has over current protection, short-
circuit protection, low-voltage
protection and under loading
protection.
3. PRECAUTIONS AND
TAKING CARE OF THE
POWER BANK
3.1
This product should be used and
stored at a temperature between
-20° to 40°, and humidity should be
less than 85%.
3.2
Be sure not to place the toCHARGE
power bank in high temperature
environment during charging to
avoid overheating and damage.
3.3
Keep this product in a dry place.
Never place or use this product in
wet or dirty conditions.
3.4
Never throw this product into a
re.
3.5
Never throw or drop this product
as it may cause damage and
malfunction.

If you do not plan to use the power
bank to charge your electronic
device, disconnect your device from
the power bank.

Never attempt to alter or
disassemble this product. If there
is a problem with the product,
please contact your seller for
further assistance.

Charge your toCHARGE power bank
at least once every 3 months when
not in use to maintain battery life.
3.9
Keep away from high voltage
devices (highest 5V).
3.10
This product is not a toy. Please
keep away from children.

Respective countries have their
own laws on the minimum age
allowed to operate toCHARGE
power banks. Please check with
your respective authority for
further information.

4.1 Why is the toCHARGE power
bank not charging?
• The cable is not properly
connected.
• The charger is not switched
on correctly.
• The power bank is already
fully charged.
• The USB cable is not
compatible with the power
bank because it is not the
original cable.
4.2 Why is charging often
interrupted, and how to continue
charging?
• The charging current is
too much. The toCHARGE
MINI power bank performs
over-current protection.
Disconnect the Power bank.
Reconnect the power bank.
After reconnecting the
charging starts again.
Start short circuit protection. After
reboot, the charging will continue.
4.3 Why can’t some digital devic-
es charge?
• Ensure that the charging
voltage of the device is 5V.
• The device might not be
compatible with the power
bank.
