1. General Safety Rules

A. Do Not Operate Unless

D. Fall Hazards
1 Do not lifting glass panel that is not dry or
unclean
2. Do not lifting glass panel that is damage
with fissure or crack, which might
potentially break apart while you are lifting
and cause injury
E. Tip-over Hazards
1 Do not exceed the rated load capacity
The maximum capacity is 180kgs
2 Do not travel the machine with a raised
load or under slope
3 Do not raise the load unless the legs
have been fully locked
4 Do not place ladders or scaffolding
against any part of the machine
5 Do not replace machine parts critical to
stability or structure with items of
different weight or specification
6 Do not cause a horizontal force or side
load to the machine by raising or
lowering a fixed or overhanging load
7 Do not use the machine on a moving or
mobile surface or vehicle
8 Do not operate the machine in strong or
gusty winds
9 MAKE SURE the area is level with
raised load
F. Collision Hazards
1 Do not rise if the load is not properly
centered on the load platform
2 Do not lower the load unless the area
below is clear of personnel and
obstructions
3 Use common sense and planning when
transporting the machine on an incline,
slope or stairs
4 Do not move the machine when it is
raise
5 Do not stand under or allow personnel
under the machine when the load is
raised
G. Vacuum cup Hazard
1. hile vacuum pad is sucking glass panel,
please ensure vacuum pad is maintained
vacuum.
2. Once vacuum pad‘s pumping plunger
safety red line is visible. Its indicating
vacuum pad is not maintained enough
vacuum to hold the glass securely.
3. Please press vacuum pad‘s pumping
plunger repeatedly, until red line is no
longer visible
H. Electrocution Hazards
1 This machine is not electrically
insulated and will not provide
protection from contact with or
proximity to electrical current
2 Keep away from the machine if it
contacts energized power lines
3 Personnel must not touch or operate
the machine until power lines are shut
off
4 Do not use the machine as a ground for
welding
5 Maintain safe distances away from
electrical power lines
I. Improper Use Hazard
Never leave a machine unattended with a
load
Unauthorized personnel may attempt to
operate the machine without proper
instruction, creating an unsafe condition

1 Do not grasp the steel wire

module and other potential pinch points

3. Products feature:
The KSF GT2, with the 2 vacuum
cups in operation, is designed to lifting
glass panel weight 180KG (400 LBS) and
up to 140 CM ( 47 “ ) height The GT2 can
be used as a device to load/unload glass
onto dollies, trucks and vans Thanks to it’s
invisible steel wire which prevent pinch or
snap injury from operator
It offers a safer working environment
and no more back pain from the job
site

5. ASSEMBLE
1. Please follow the following assemble drawing for GT2.
2. Please make sure you don’t miss any items.

6. Pre -Operating Caution
A. GLASS SUCKING/RELEASING PROCEDURE
1. Keep the glass is clean of dust and dry, to ensure the vacuum pad will attach with glass securely
2. Position the vacuum cup on to the center of the glass
3. Sucking three vacuum cups to the glass by press vacuum pad‘s pumping plunger repeatedly, until
red line is no longer visible
4. The operator now can wind the winch slowly to lift the glass upward or lower
5. Do not move the GT2 until the glass is securely attached with the vacuum cup
B. GLASS ROTATING PROCEDURE
6. Make sure glass is attached to the center of the glass before you rotate it to sideway
7. Ensure the ground is level to prevent any rocky vibration while its rotating
8. Lifting the glass to sufficient height to prevent it collide with ground while rotating
9. Make sure nobody is standing sideway before your rotate the glass to sideway
10. Do not move the GT2 while it’s rotating glass!

7. OPERATE RAISING / LOWERING
Before each use, ake sure the winch break has its function. Winding the handle clockwise for raising,
and release the handle to ake sure the break has its function to stop at the position.
7-1 THE CARRIAGE LOCK / UNLOCK
Function:
(1) During the transportation, to prevent the carriage slide up and down cause steel wire off from
the drum, always make sure the Carriage Lock is locked.
(2) Carriage Lock is also work for the safety stop while loading heavy glass panel and desire stop at specify
height.
Here is the position for Lock or Unlock.

Warning!!
Never counter-clockwise the handle to lower the carriage while Carriage Lock is locked, it
will get wire off fro the dru cause possible da ages.
Always ake sure it’s at Unlock position before operate raising or lowering.

7-2 Load the glass on the vacuu pad:
Place the glass on the vacuum pad and pumping plunger repeatedly till red line is no longer visible.
!! Warning!!
Once vacuum pad‘s pumping plunger safety red line is visible, its indicating vacuum pad is not
maintained enough vacuum to hold the glass securely.
Please press vacuum pad‘s pumping plunger repeatedly, until red line is no longer visible.
7-3 Rotating the glass cradle, side the glass cradle for pass through doorway.
(1) Pull the Rotating shifter to rotate the glass for installation purpose.
(2) Pull the Side shifter to shift the glass cradle to the side for pass the narrow path, like
doorway.

7-4 Extension chassis:
There is two ways to push the GT2 by forward the extension chassis or backward it.

Release the lock below, and push or pull the extension chassis freely. Make sure it’s locked again after shift
the position.

7-5 Raising and Lowering
1. Rotate the handle clockwise to raise the cradle.
2. Rotate the handle counterclockwise to lower the cradle.

8. TROUBLE SHOOTING / BASIC MAINTENANCE
1. GT2 BASIC MAINTENANCE
The GT2 must be inspected twice a year to ensure all components are in good condition. Neglecting your
annual maintenance could result in malfunction of GT2 and causing injury.
The following components must be checked:
MAST AND FRAME
1. Check the mast and frame for any rust, dents and rift
2. Check all bolts and nuts are not loose, rust and undamaged
3. Pulley is undamaged and in good condition
STEEL CABLE
4. Check the steel cable is undamaged without any freckle
5. Please replace steel cable If you spot any fray wire on the steel cable.
6. Do not use the GT2 for lifting task before your replace damage steel cable
7. If during anaphase of steel cable usage the quantity of broken wire or the elongation lengthens is
changing rapidly the steel rope shall be replaced immediately
8. Do not lubricate steel cable!
ROTATING HEAD
9. Testing rotating pin lock to ensure lock working properly
10. Check any freckle and rust of the rotating head
WHEELS
11. Check any cut or worn on the wheels
WINCH
12. Check any freckle or cut on handle
13. Check winch could winds easily
