Vorarbeiten
- Sozius-Sitzbank (3) demontieren (siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Sitzbank (4) demontieren (siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Tankhaube (5) demontieren.

Der Betrieb der LED-Beleuchtungen ist im Sinne der StVO während der Fahrt
verboten.
- Schrauben (6) demontieren.
- Schrauben (7) demontieren.
- Schrauben (8) demontieren.
- Schrauben (9) links und rechts demontieren.
- Kühlflüssigkeitsdeckel (10) demontieren.

- Tankhaube abnehmen (Bild A).
Montage
- Led-Leiste (1) in die Tankhaube links und rechts einkleben (Bild B).
- Schrauben (11)demontieren.
- Scheinwerfermaske nach vorne klappen (Bild C).
- Kabel der Led-Leiste entlang der punktierten Linie nach vorne verle-
gen und mit den Kabelbindern (Lieferumfang) befestigen.
- Bohrung ø8,5mm an der Position (D) bohren und Schalter (2)montieren.

- Kabel wie auf der Abbildung am Schalter (2) anschließen.

ACC Kabel 90111942010 (optional erhältlich) verlegen
- ACC Kabel 90111942010 (optional erhältlich) entlang der punktier-
ten Linie nach vorne verlegen und mit den Kabelbindern (Lieferumfang)
befestigen.
- ACC Kabel an der Batterie anschließen.
Nacharbeiten
- Scheinwerfermaske montieren (siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Tankhaube montieren.
- Sitzbank montieren (siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Sozius-Sitzbank montieren (siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Stecker (12)mit ACC1 oder ACC2 verbinden.
HINWEIS:
ACC1 - Strom über Dauerplus.
ACC2 - Strom über Zündung.
HINWEIS:
Bei Modellen ohne ACC Kabel wird das optional erhältliche ACC
Kabel 90111942010 benötigt. Montage siehe ACC Kabel verlegen.
HINWEIS:
Stecker (13) können als ACC1 oder ACC2 weiterverwendet werden.

Preparations
- Remove the passenger seat (3) (see the Owner's Manual).
- Remove the seat (4) (see the Owner's Manual).
- Remove the tank hood (5).
Scope of supply:
1x LED lighting incl. wiring harness (1)
1x switch (2) 55011599000
2x cable ties 2.5x140 44011076140
The use of LED lights while riding is prohibited by the Road Traffic Regulations.
- Remove the screws (6).
- Remove the screws (7).
- Remove the screws (8).
- Remove the left and right screws (9).
- Remove the coolant cover (10).

- Take off the tank hood (Figure A).
Assembly
- Bond the LED strip (1) in the tank hood on the left and right (Figure B).
- Remove the screws (11).
- Fold the headlight mask forward (Figure C).
- Route the cable of the LED strip along the dotted line toward the front
and attach with cable binders (included).
- Drill a ø8.5mm hole at position (D) and mount the switch (2).
- Attach the wires to the switch (2) as shown in the figure.

Final steps
- Mount the headlight mask (see Owner's Manual).
- Mount the tank hood.
- Mount the seat (see the Owner's Manual).
- Mount the passenger seat (see the Owner's Manual).
Route the ACC cable 90111942010 (optionally available)
- Route the ACC cable 90111942010 (optionally available) toward the
front along the dotted line and fasten with the cable binders (included).
- Connect the ACC cable to the battery.

- Connect the plug (12)with ACC1 or ACC2.
NOTE:
ACC1 - current via permanent positive.
ACC2 - current via ignition.
NOTE:
Models without the ACC cable require the optionally available ACC cable
90111942010. To mount, see Routing the ACC cable.
NOTE:
Plugs (13) can continue to be used as ACC1 or ACC2.

Durante la marcia, ai sensi del Codice della strada, è vietato l’utilizzo di luci
a LED.
- Svitare le viti (6).
- Svitare le viti (7).
- Svitare le viti (8).
- Svitare le viti (9) a sinistra e a destra.
- Smontare il coperchio del liquido di raffreddamento (10).

- Rimuovere il copriserbatoio (figura A).
Montaggio
- Incollare la barra di led (1) sul copriserbatoio a sinistra e a destra (figura
B).
- Svitare le viti (11).
- Ribaltare la mascherina portafaro in avanti (figura C).
- Disporre il cavo della barra di led lungo la linea tratteggiata, verso la
parte anteriore del veicolo, e fissarla con le fascette serracavi (in dotazione).
- Praticare un foro di 8,5 mm di ø in posizione (D) e montare l'interruttore
(2).
- Collegare i cavi all´interruttore (2) come indicato nell´illustrazione.

Operazioni successive
- Montare la mascherina portafaro (vedere il manuale d'uso).
- Montare il copriserbatoio.
- Montare la sella (vedere il manuale d'uso).
- Montare la sella passeggero (vedere il manuale d'uso).
Posa del cavo ACC 90111942010 (disponibile opzionalmente)
- Disporre il cavo ACC 90111942010 (disponibile opzionalmente) lungo
la linea tratteggiata, verso la parte anteriore del veicolo, e fissarlo con le
fascette serracavi (in dotazione).
- Collegare il cavo ACC alla batteria.

- Collegare il connettore (12) con ACC1 o ACC2.
NOTA:
ACC1 - corrente attraverso il positivo permanente.
ACC2 - corrente attraverso l'accensione.
NOTA:
Per i modelli privi di cavo ACC sarà necessario il cavo ACC disponibile opzio-
nalmente 90111942010. Per informazioni sul montaggio fare riferimento
alla sezione "Posa del cavo ACC".
NOTA:
I connettori (13) possono continuare a essere utilizzati come ACC1 o ACC2.

Travaux préalables

- Démonter l'habillage du réservoir (5).
Contenu de la livraison :
1x Eclairage par leds avec faisceau de câbles (1)
1x Interrupteur (2) 55011599000
2x Collier pour câbles 2,5x140 44011076140
Selon les prescriptions du code de la route, l’utilisation des éclairages par
LED est interdit pendant la conduite.
- Retirer les vis (6).
- Retirer les vis (7).
- Retirer les vis (8).
- Retirer les vis (9) à gauche et à droite.
- Déposer le bouchon de liquide de refroidissement (10).

- Déposer l'habillage du réservoir (figure A).
Montage
- Coller la bande de Leds (1) à l'intérieur de l'habillage du réservoir, à gau-
che et à droite (figure B).
- Retirer les vis (11).
- Rabattre la plaque-phare vers l'avant (figure C).
- Faire passer le câble de la bande de leds le long de la ligne pointillée
virtuelle, vers l'avant, et fixer avec les serre-câble (contenu de la livraison).
- Percer un trou de ø8,5mm au point (D) et monter l'interrupteur (2).
- Raccorder le câble à l'interrupteur (2) comme illustré sur la figure.

Travaux ultérieurs
- Mettre la plaque-phare en place (voir manuel d'utilisation).
- Monter l'habillage du réservoir.
- Monter la selle (voir le manuel d'utilisation).
- Monter la selle passager (voir le manuel d'utilisation).
Placer le câble ACC 90111942010 (disponible en option)
- Placer le câble ACC 90111942010 (disponible en option) vers l'avant
le long de la ligne pointillée et le fixer avec les serre-câble (contenu de la
livraison).
- Raccorder le câble ACC à la batterie.

- Raccorder la fiche (12)à ACC1 ou ACC2.
REMARQUE :
ACC1 - courant sur Plus permanent.
ACC2 - courant sur allumage.
REMARQUE :
Sur les modèles sans câble ACC, il faut vous procurer le câble ACC
90111942010 disponible en option. Montage, voir le placement du câble
ACC.
REMARQUE:
Les connecteurs (13) peuvent encore être utilisés comme ACC1 ou ACC2.

Según las ordenanzas de la dirección general de tráfico, está prohibido
durante la circulación el funcionamiento de los alumbrados de LED.
- Desmontar los tornillos (6).
- Desmontar los tornillos (7).
- Desmontar los tornillos (8).
- Desmontar los tornillos (9) a la izquierda y a la derecha.
- Desmontar la tapa del refrigerante (10) .

- Quitar la cubierta del depósito (figura A).
Montaje
- Pegar la regleta de LED (1) en la cubierta del depósito a la izquierda y a
la derecha (figura B).
- Desmontar los tornillos (11).
- Abatir la cubierta del faro hacia delante (figura C).
- Tender el cable de la regleta de LED hacia delante por la línea de pun-
tos y fijarlo con las cintas sujetacables (volumen de suministro).
- Taladrar un orificio de ø 8,5 mm en la posición (D) y montar el interrup-
tor (2).

Tender el cable ACC 90111942010 (opcional)
- Tender el cable ACC 90111942010 (opcional) hacia delante por la
línea de puntos y fijarlo con las cintas sujetacables (volumen de suminis-
tro).
- Conectar el cable ACC a la batería.

ADVERTENCIA:
ACC1 - corriente a través de positivo continuo.
ACC2 - corriente a través de encendido.
ADVERTENCIA:
En los modelos sin cable ACC se necesita el cable ACC opcional 90111942010.
